Excellent service. The Manager was outstanding. Found my car's problem and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend this place!

Arrived 10min after they opened, doors were still locked and employees were sitting around doing nothing instead of getting ready for the day. I had to knock on the door to get them to open it, I was stared at as if I shouldn't have been there, i guess customer service hadn't clocked in yet. I told them I needed 1 tire fixed, they handed me a piece of paper and told me to write down my name, address, phone #. I ask why, they said because that's what they do. I repeated that I just needed 1 tire fixed, I lived in Texas, and I was paying cash. They replied, "doesn't matter" so I left.

We had a tire going down on our Grand Cherokee being towed behind our motorhome as we traveled through Missouri. Stopped at the store first thing on a Monday morning hoping to get back on the road quickly. Ashley greeted us promptly, got the tire out of the back of the Jeep, and said they'd get right on it. We went on to breakfast and when we returned, it was ready, they mounted it on the car, and off we went! Having been in the tire business in a previous life (and knowing what Monday's are like), I was extremely impressed with Ashley's friendly and knowledgeable service and how painless the experience was. That girl deserves a raise! Thanks, Ashley!

My bearing failed on my mini van. I was on my way to a camping trip. I was already two hours from home:( when the bearing failed and I pulled into good year. Not being from here I had no idea what to do or what to expect but I was extremely happy with my service from Randy who immediately took my car in asap and packed my bearings so that I could make it home. I was so grateful for the service I received at this store. Randy was an excellent technician. The lady up front was also very kind, but I am unable to remember her name. I was even given the part numbers I needed to order so that when I got home I could order them such a blessing. Thank God For randy and his team I made it home safe! The sign outside still says Raben but they are transferring over now.

We were on a road trip and had the bottom cover of our car start to fall out as screws apparently had popped out along our drive. They were so helpful and quickly got us back on the road quickly. They even let our dog come inside on a leash as we waited. We are so appreciative of the excellent service!

My appointment was at 3 I came in at 2:15. They said they were running on time. I went home to feed dogs. They were not ready for my car for at least 15 or 20 minutes. But I have Absolutely No complaints about the quality of my service. They are kind, courteous, and accommodating along with being extremely busy!!! I have used them for years and will continue to do so. They need to replenish their staff as it seems they don t have as many as they used to have working in front and back!That would help with scheduling and walk-Ins.They had to turn 2 travelers away and give them directions to other places so they could continue their trips. My sister was very impressed with them also. She commented to me.Kathryn Pinkston.

I had just pulled into town from a 5 Hour Dr., and realized that I was losing tire pressure. I did not know a soul in Poplar Bluff and when I pulled in I was not only greeted with warm smiles, but I was treated with honor and respect. The people working at the store were quick to get my tire changed and to help me on my way. It makes me feel like a 4 Hour Dr. would be worth it just to buy my tires from this group. Anybody coming into the store will be grateful that they re dealing with professionals who care and are conscientious and who pay attention to the needs of their customers. The owners of the store should be very proud to have men and women with the character and work ethic of these employees.

Scam artist, be aware!! They try to sell you parts or services that you don't actually need, telling you that you do need them. I have been charged over $100 more than I was originally told twice here for one bolt each time for the alignment components. And I've been here several times when it took much longer than expected. Each time I've been here they haven't done the most professional job on my vehicles either. Prime example, when they align your car they just get it "good enough" and don't spend any time getting it where it should be leaving your steering wheel off center or your car still pulling to one side. I finally learned of their scam and got tired of their poor quality and will not be giving them any business of mine from now on.

Excellent service. They don t leave you with a greasy smelling car, very clean. Plus they re honest!! Which should say a lot. I feel the prices are reasonable and they are quick but get the job done right too. There s clearly great communication between the office and the mechanics. Thank you everyone for the wonderful service every time.

My truck broke down on a friday, right outside of the building, one of their guys helped me move it out of danger. They made me an appointment for Monday to check out my rig but immediately got to it that day. They couldn't fix my issue but they recommended and even got me quotes for parts and a reputable shop that could. Front Counter was extremely cordial. Mechanics were super knowledgeable. All around great experience

Communication not good. Their financing through Acima on their website is NOT accepted at their facility. But yet that wasn t communicated to me before I setup an appointment and wasted my time to come in even though I asked ahead of time. Such a shame and super disappointed.

They got me in right after a holiday weekend when my alternator went out, had me on the road that evening, and at the most reasonable price. Add that to the pleasant workers and it equals an awesome experience with Raben. Highly recommend anyone needing service.

After my father's funeral down in the bootheel...my truck (dads actually) broke down outside of Poplar Bluff...Dad had always used Raben in Kennett for service, so when I finally got towed I had it taken to Raben in PB after hours. After a motel stay across the street, I walked over first thing in the morning, and explained my situation and how I needed to get back to Springfield. ALL of the staff bent over backwards to get my vehicle taken care of. There were several issues (water pump, serpentine belt, fan clutch and a radiator flush) And though it took the better part of the day to get it done, they kept me in the loop and called with updates and a time line and estimates along the way (which they kept good on their word on both counts)! I knew enough to know what needed to be done, and they didnt suggest or recommend or try to do anything that wasnt needed! I appreciated their professional, yet empathetic way that they handled my experience. They took the time to test drive it after and make sure all issues were taken care of and even checked the tires and made sure I was good to go without any other problems back to Springfield. I only caught the names of two of them, but Bryan Sisco "Sisco" was in contact with me several times and assured me they would take care of things. And Justin Rousan I believe is the one who handled the final paperwork. Id give this place more than 5 stars if allowed. They made a hard time (that was on top of a very hard week) a lot easier for me and got me back on the road as promised. I cannot thank them enough!!!!!!!!!!

I was able to schedule an appointment the day before which was nice for short notice. All of the staff was super helpful and friendly. It took longer than expected to get my services done, but the staff stepped up and provided transportation and dropped my car off later to work with my schedule which was greatly appreciated. Reasonable prices and no concerns with the work done!

I have been using Raben since 2003.They have always taken good care of me.The work they do on my vehicles has always been good. You have some excellent employees there.Yesterday, I had a 1:30 appointment and it was 2:00 before they pulled my car in. I have a spinal cord injury and can t sit for long or walk very well. I know they get behind sometimes and i ve never minded waiting before. Yesterday was hard for me,but they were still very kind and polite. Until I get better, I ll call to see if my appointment is running late.I would still give them 5 stars out of 5.I WILL BE BACK. Thanks.

I had a 8:30 a.m. appointment. I got there at 8:15. The Manager was at the desk and never acknowledged me. A man who was outside washing windows came inside to assist me. Which I appreciated. Many people came in and were waited on. I would go outside to see what was happening. They had my vehicle up on the lift for almost 3 hours. Just to change tires. At 11 o clock I went to the desk and asked about my vehicle. A different person waited on me. He took care of me and seemed shocked that I had been waiting so long just to have tires put on. I was finally able to leave almost 3 hours later. The service was embarrassing and abysmal. I have done business with Raven for over 20 years and this was the worst experience I have had there. On a side note, the guy with a mouth full of chew/dip that spit into a cup that was kept on the desk was a lovely example of pure professionalism!

Be ready to shell out some money if you have a nail in your tire! They charged me $26.85 for a flat repair on a two month old tire that they originally installed.

You have to make appointments, but they ve never gotten my car in on time. I understand that sometimes you run behind, but 3 times? The most recent was an inspection. They were 35 minutes late getting it in and then took them 50 minutes to tell me it wasn t going to pass. Back in August I left it at 8:00. I came back at 3:00 and waited another hour and a half for them to tell me it wouldn t be finished that day. Frustrating! I think the car repair is pretty good, but if you don t want to spend a lot of time waiting, you should go elsewhere.

They are caring , and I feel that they have served our family well.I husband recently passed away. He trusted them and I feel better that when I tell them I am planning a long trip, that they make sure my car is is goid shape. So thankful!!!

I got to rabens about 5 or 10 mins before my appointment. They took the keys to my truck an started on it. The people were friendly and courteous very helpful and very nice. The employee that worked on my truck explained what he what he found on my trucks air conditioning and explain to what he did where are some places they just don't care to the Ravens I would recommend it did anybody

I was very pleased with the service and staff at Raben Tire & Auto Service! Everyone was very kind and helpful. It took longer than expected, but the wait was well worth it! My new tires look great and my Jeep drives like new!

I am from out of town, but i have been to Raben in the past. I have brought other people vehicles there and they were capable of finishing what i asked of them.My car however was a different story.It was a Saturday. I know that for an oil change that you its first come, first serve. They are open from 7am to 1pm. I called the day before to make sure that they were open and able to help me. They said yes. I dropped my car off at 8am. I called on its status a few hours later, and they got it in at noon. Like most places, they say its about an hour for oil change and tire rotation. I went to Raben at 12:45, and my car was not finished.This is why i give 2 stars. It was getting to 1pm, and i was told that my tire rotation will not be completed. They said that they previous person to tighten my lugs tighten them to tight. My oil change cost $75 and i was told that i could come in Monday to have to tire rotation finished. (my oil change was a full synthetic. That is about what it costs to get anywhere.) My thought process is this. If all it took was a few more minutes to properly rotate my tires, they should have done it instead of trying to get out at 1pm on the dot. I was already over my rotation and really needed this to be completed. The ( i think ) head of the shop that day was confused with why they didnt complete this task along with me. I left dissatisfied.

Went into Raben, very helpfull. I have been a Raven customer for several years. Had a lighting problem, got some pricing info from around town, very expensive, so we decided to order parts online from Rock Auto, less than half the price. Took 2 days for parts to arrive got an appointment to install and was done very soon. With all the parts installed we are back on the road safe and sound. Very good service.

I went in on Tuesday to get my tires repaired and they had to specially order them. They had them in by Thursday but when they were about to put them on one of my rims were bent so they then had to expedite in a rim. It was there by Friday. They were super helpful throughout the whole process and I am very happy with the service they provided!

Very great service!! I was very satisfied with their customer service. I called in and spoke with Rodney (very helpful) to set up an appt. and they actually came to my work to pick up my car, then brought it back to my when finished!! I will definitely be using them again. I highly recommend this place.

Raben Tire has been honest with me since the day I walked in the door. I thought I needed brakes for my vehicle so, that s what I told them. They put my car up on the hoist did the inspection come to find out it was a rock stuck in the rotor grinding. That s good enough for me to keep going. Unfortunately I will be moving out of state and to put my trust into a different company and someone else that I m not familiar with is a very hard thing.

Raben Tire & Auto provided my wife and I with the best customer service we ve ever experienced. While traveling home from Tennessee our truck had a wheel bearing go bad, which obviously made further travel impossible. Eleven hours from home and with no idea where to find help, we limped back into Poplar Bluff. We were unable to find a mechanic to help us out (especially given that it was a weekend) and although it should have been our first stop, we eventually made our way to Raben Tire. Even though it was just after hours and over the weekend they jumped at the opportunity to help us get back on the road. I know they were swamped, but they refused to leave us stranded. We got a hotel room for the rest of the weekend and were back on the road in no time. We are very thankful for everything they did to help us out. They are a commendable, honest, and hard working group of people. If you re in the area and in need of automotive service, save yourself the hassle and go straight Raben Tire & Auto Service!

Took my vehicle in for A/C repair checked vehicle out said it was compressor so I had them replaced at a cost of $1100.00 blowing hot air Raven wants another $60 to find out what's wrong.Not fixed
