Extremely courteous staff; Very knowledgeable and capable!I got a brand new set of tires for my Challenger, and replaced them with the exact same tires (Brand and model) that I had previously, by mere coincidence.Before moving into state as well, my car had its Oil Drain Plug sank with an impact wrench and I ended up stripping it while trying to get it off. Luckily for me, at the expense of a simple oil change, they pulled out the old one, put in a new one, and sent me on my way.Not only am I impressed with the precision of service, but the speed as well! I'll definitely be a returning customer in the future for maintenance and further MOPAR Parts Installation.

Was waiting forever to get a new wire in for my taillight that was going to cost $750. They kept having delays getting the part in. It has now been 2 months and they haven't given me a call back yet about the part. Luckily I took it to Baldwin Toyota after 3 weeks of no contact and good thing because they were able to resolve the issue which was a complete different issue than what Christian Automotive said. Better taking your business elsewhere.

Christians Auto in Poplar Bluff...I do not recommend! I got an free estimate at auto place in my town 500$ to fix my tie rod and ball joints using their parts. When my husband was life support in Poplar Bluff my truck was acting up and felt it was an emergency to fix it then. I went and bought my own parts and took it to Christians closest to hospital and soonest to get fixed. They charged 700$ with my own parts. It has been making strange noise every since so I took it back and told them about it and asked if they can look at the ball joints and tie rod to find out why it was making that noise since I had it fixed. They looked at it and told me it's the cv axel and they want 600$ to fix that. I told them no. They pulled my truck back around and told me that will be 41$ just checking it out. I said all I wanted them to do was make sure the ball joint job was done right because since they worked on it, it's been making a noise. Why wasn't it making the noise till they fixed it? Why they charging me more asking them to check their work they already done? Why they charge me 200$ more than the shop that would use their own parts? I'm very disappointed!

They are scammers do not trust them with anything but a tire change don t let them work on anything else because it will be worse than before they fixed and when you go back to ask if it was installed properly they charge to check there own work save yourself the trouble and don t let them work on your vehicle

As far as having a front end alignment done on a newer car or truck I wouldn t waste your time I had em do mine and they somehow forgot to to recalibrate the stability control sensors and so I I told em codes are being thrown and they said okay we will fix that and after the second time codes was still there idk if they just tried to clear them or what so I had to take it to the dealer and have them recalibrate it and then I called them to see if they would refund me or pay my bill I had to pay the dealer and he said no can t but you can bring it back in and we will fix it when I ve already let em try and clear they can t

Friendly, professional, fast and fair. I'd definitely recommend these guys. After 2 tire shops in poplar bluff turned me away these guys welcomed me, fixed my tire, and had me back on the road in 20min.

We were from out of town and had a blowout We arrived just as they were turning on their lights They were friendly and understanding We asked how long it would take and they were done in 30min just like they said!

My experience with their work was poor. the staff behind the counter are great but the mechanics working on my car took forever, and my vehicles ended up worse off when I left forcing me to go else where to fix it right. I think they cause other problems for repeat business IMO. Both vehicles I took there were not in that bad of shape to begin with. thanks but no thanks. just lost my business forever!

Used to be great, but the last 2 times have been disappointing! They added a fuel pump when all I asked for was a gasket. Then they didn't rotate my tires after adding 1 and left my keys in the car. Lost my trust!

These guys stole over $500 from me and my car is worse than when I brought it back to my house... I have recipes and proof... these guys are frauds and not mechanics... Don't do business with them... they will rip you off... I filed a complaint against them.

Had car towed there on a Friday night because it was posted they would open 7 a.m. Saturday. Found ride back to St Louis since it took week to replace radiator last time van broke down out of town. I called them at 7:15 and they said they closed at noon. Said I would call back Monday then. Was surprised when I got call back at 11:30 saying it was done. Told the cost to replace water pump and belt was just shy of $800. Was shocked when returning my car on Monday to see bill with $495 labor charge. I'm guessing actual labor time would not have been more than 3 hours...am I right? That puts rate at $165/hr or more! Needless to say I believe shop is Christian in name only. If you're from out of town beware.

Fast, friendly and affordable.I was told about 4 hours and $400 for what I needed and they were only 1 1/2 hr and not even $200. Definitely will be back!

These guys are great! Will be my go to shop when I finish my move to Poplar Bluff. On the day I was supposed to head back to Colorado my trucks engine decided to be a problem. A complete stranger and the guys at Oreillys auto helped me figure out that I was having a misfire in cylinder #4.So I called Christian auto and even though they were slammed and behind schedule, they understood I needed to get it done ASAP. I dropped my truck off late in the afternoon, they gave me a ride home and I can only assume somebody worked late b/c they called first thing at 7am to let me know it was done. Very friendly, honest no BS, knowledgeable staff and fair pricing.

Fast, friendly service. I was out of town and noticed that my car was due for an oil change. I called several places but they required an appointment several days in advance. Christian Automotive said they could fit me in. When I got there they were sweet and friendly, got my car in for service, and even gave me an air freshener. I definitely recommend them and will remember them the next time I'm in the area and need service for my car.

This was absolutely THE worse experience we have ever had. We made an appointment on Saturday for repair work to start on our truck the following Monday. We were told at that time we could pick it up that evening. We supplied all new parts and just needed the labor completed as well as a radiator flush. Monday evening we called and were told it was taking a little longer then they anticipated and that it would be ready on Tuesday. That was fine. When we called Tuesday afternoon, we were told they were having problems and promised the vehicle would be ready by noon Wednesday. That was important, as we explained we needed the truck to leave for work that afternoon. When we arrived Wednesday around noon, we were again told it was going to take a couple more hours. I asked if there were any problems and they explained that with a 2500 Big Horn, "everything's harder". I then drove back to the garage bay to where our truck was. The hood was up, and all four brand new boxes of parts were sitting on the floor and had not even been opened. I went back to the office and asked if the radiator flush had been completed and they weren't sure. I told them I wanted the parts and the truck at that time. They then asked if it was just an issue of getting a ride. I explained that the issue was that they had had our truck for THREE days and had just pulled it into the bay that morning. I DO NOT recommend this establishment. They are not honest and do not seem to care about their customers.

I have to give this business 5 stars. They are great at communicating and very accommodating to your needs. Quick, great service for reasonable prices and they are very nice people. I recommend them for any car services you're needing. I'm very pleased.

Update 2 - still amazing customer service and they were fast again for a quick tire repair. Definitely recommend these guys over some place like Raben...First time here - fit me in and got me in and out for a state inspection quickly. They seem a lot better than Simmons.

I was 5 hours from home, and Simmons made us feel right at home! They have wonderful people working at the desk, and worked me in right away! It cost half of what they said it would, and I couldn't have had a better experience! Still had time to hit the river after that!

Very Kind and Friendly. I had a flat tire and they got me in immediately for the replacement. Only reason not 5 stars is I mentioned I was due for an oil change and they did not tell me it was going to be a two hour wait for the oil change ... waited an extra 45 mins before I had to leave.. so 45 mins extra wasted because I was not told there was a substantial wait for that part of the facility.

My truck broke down while I was in town, stranding me a couple hours from home. These guys got me in the same day and worked expediently, did not price gouge, and all around conducted business like professionals. If my company was located in town I would seriously consider them for our fleet s maintenance. Highly recommend them!

Took car in for an alignment and basically the before and after problem are still in the red on the caster. Was told later that he adjusted it as far as he could, a -3.0 to -2.8 and -3.6 to -3.5. So i paid $75 for im thinking maybe a turn of a wrench. Nothing said about the knockouts which Hyundai told me needed to be done to adjust properly. I just don't understand people today . Where is the pride in your work.

Friendly staff always done a good job we take all our tire work to them
