Truck was fixed to original beauty in the time it took to receive the parts needed.Al the people at @ Carstar we nice and informed about the work the work being done.I would highly recommend them for any body, interior, or safety work on any approved vehicles. In my language: they're fast, nice and do good work!

CARSTAR is consistently excellent in service and their work. I've had sunroof repairs twice with them. After fixing the problem, they detailed my vehicle. The guys are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend for any auto work.

My escalade was sent there by the other driver's insurance when it got it. It was there about a week before insurance decided to total it. They kept me in loop of status. No issues.

This is an exceptional business. They really go above and beyond. We are so pleased with the body work on our car. You can't tell anything ever happened! Top notch customer service as well! Quality of work was excellent and shop is very clean and professional; however, I felt I was given a low ball price with the understanding price could vary slightly according to unforeseen circumstances such as inferior parts, etc. My "slight" increase was $600 over quoted price. That put a hardship on meI figured slight to mean maybe $100. My car looks great though.

Carstar repaired damage to my truck caused by my hitting a deer. I figured they would do a good job, as that business has always had a decent reputation. I didn t expect anything out of the ordinary, though. So I was very pleased with the customer service I received. Heather and Dustin are very professional, efficient and helpful. I m sure the other staff members are also, but I had no occasion to interact with them. From stopping by for an estimate, to picking up my truck after the repairs were completed, the process was simple and painless. I ve never been kept updated on the process like I was with them. I was sent text messages almost every day to update me. And best of all, I feel like I have a new truck (well, I almost do, at least on the front and right side). They did great work!!! Very pleased with this experience.

I called to see if I could come by to have them make an estimate for me. I had used Baileys many times in the past. I asked about a specific body/paint tech, was told he was no longer there, and i asked when i could come in, was told to hold while he checked calendar. 15 minutes later i hung up, called back and got no answer. Maybe they have all the business they need?

My insurance suggested them for some body work needed done after having a small collision in a parking lot. They worked well with my insurance and everything was handled so smoothly and quickly. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and informative. There body work is guaranteed, which is a big plus for us. We weren t paying out of pocket, majority of cost was covered by insurance( besides my deductible) so I m not sure how there cost compares to others.Service: Body & Trim

EXTREMELY satisfied with their service! Customer service was excellent, I received periodic notifications of the repair progress and completion was exactly as estimated. They even removed all the little rocks from my floor mats and the dust bunnies on the dash are gone. CarStar is incredible!

I was very pleased with not just the service, but also how I was treated. My car looks like the day I bought it. They went above and beyond my expectations. Treated me with respect and made me feel like family. They also took care of two burdens which shocked me and will forever be grateful. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. While CARSTAR ultimately was unable to help me their service staff was extremely knowledgeable and they went out of their way to do their best to help me. This included putting my vehicle on a service rack to inspect the problem and taking pictures that they later Emailed to me. They deal almost exclusively in Insurance related claims... For folks who didn't get my money they did their best to help me just the same. An impressive and comfortable experience. Maybe next time CARSTAR...
