I had a great experience with carmart. John got me into a car so fast and easy. He doesn't give you the run around hes straight forward so your not getting your hopes up. But he got me in something much nicer than I thought I was going to get!

I can't say enough about my experience it was wonderful. I got a great car that that runs smooth and now I have something reliable! I was in dire need of a car without the credit I needed to get one that's where carmart comes in, they gave me a chance with weekly payments I can afford! They went over my contract thoroughly, answered my questions, and was patient. Go to the Poplar Bluff carmart for great customer service and a great car!

Well, I have nothing nice to say about Carmart. They sold us a car that was in a wreck before we bought it and didn t even let us know about it. We found out from the highway patrol that the car had been in a wreck prior to us buying it. My husband had hit a dog in our car and thank God it was only a dog and not a tree or another car because my husband may not be sitting here if that s the case because the reinforcement bar that goes on the front of the car behind the bumper was not there , I was also told that if the car is over 10 years old, then they have to have a safety inspection on them and it did not have one. I will not go back to them and I hope that the people that read this do not go to them. Please go somewhere else besides Carmart. Also, whenever we call up there to talk to them about the car being totaled, they are very, very rude with us all except for Tee who I just absolutely love She is a very professional person and very nice.

They were nice and friendly! They ladies at the front desk was patient and understanding and had me laughing. The only problem I had was when I got in my car I had no gas and they sent a young man to I guess fill it up but he didn t it was like a quarter tank but other than that I m pleased

Very good experience with this team so far. Great place to go to get you on the road and build your credit. Very friendly staff that make a point to learn your name. John Talley was honest, helpful, and got me in the car I wanted with a payment plan that fits my budget.

This would be my first time going to a dealership to buy a car the man who worked with me was very kind and helped me out a lot his name was Brandon Moore. The manager James was very helpful as well and so were the other people who helped me there. They are very kind people and I felt I got my car for a good deal so don t be afraid to walk up to a dealership because you never know you could walk away with a new car.

They told me that because their sales were ahead they didn't want to help me. They didn't ask questions or give me more than 2 minutes before they just said no. I found a much better experience at Gregg's auto sales not a 1/4 mile away. I'd suggest going there instead.

The people at car mart were awesome and so so friendly and helpful! I left yesterday with a huge smile on my face! I saw a car I loved and they made sure to do everything possible to put me in that car! John, and Amy I worked with directly unfortunately I can't remember everyone else's name but the while staff there was so nice!

I walked in and told them what kind of car I wanted and then they took care of me from there. The whole experience felt welcoming. They were kind and got me the best deal they had for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend going here if you are looking to finance a car.

Purchased my second car from Car Mart today, they worked with my schedule and got me into the exact car that I wanted. Sales Rep Brandon was extremely nice and helpful, and the lady Amy that finished the closing process made it very fast. Highly recommend.

I am really happy with my experience. I came in at like late on Saturday and they worked with me to get me into a vehicle. The best part is is that the one I got I have been wanting for years. Thank you Brandon and everyone that stayed late to make sure I was happy!!

The waiting around part was definitely a bummer. I got a car and the staff was wonderful. Well now 7 days later the car quit on me not my fault and now I have no car yet again. I m done with poplar bluff and their scam artist of selling cars

Car-Mart is a very good company. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them. When problems comes up they need work done on them they always trying to refer me they right direction. I would send customers to Car-Mart. Always their if problems comes up you can speak to your agent 99% of the time they will help. I'm a satisfied customer. CAR-MART POPLARBLUFF LOCATION IS GREAT..

I absolutely LOVE Poplar Bluff Car Mart!! They are always so helpful and have always worked with me especially through tough times such as loss of loved one and life changes surrounding that. Tatiana is the best! Along with the managers and the front desk ladies!! I couldn t recommend them more. As long as you are honest and show you are trying your best they will do the same!

I have never purchased from this company but still have had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with them. My property was entered without permission or prior notice months ago, where I kindly explained the person they are looking for is not here. I own the house and am the only resident. They assured me they would correct this. Today, while working remotely, one of the employees trespassed again get y all s stuff together and leave me alone please, we have never had any business.

I purchased a car at Car-Mart on 8/5/2022. The customer service was Awesome! They have a lot more perks to offer when you purchase a vehicle from them! This is my 2nd car that I have purchased. Whoever is looking for a vehicle, you should give them a try. I haven't had any bad luck or anything else with them. The car sales in Poplar Bluff is where I go!
