I called to inquire about a 2023 RZR that's on their website. I specifically asked for an out the door price and I was told that the price posted online was the out the door price unless I wanted to add accessories. I even heard the salesman verify that with someone else in the dealership. 2 days later I drive a hour to buy the RZR and somehow that posted price was no longer the out the door price. There was now other fees to add. After leaving there I drove to Sappington Pro Outdoors and bought one.

I personally had a great experience with Bluff Powersports. I bought a Honda rancher from another dealership in 2020 that ended up with a recall for the fuel pump. I contacted my original dealership 3 different times that ended up saying they had no recollection of me contacting them. I called up Bluff Powersports and they said they'd be glad to take care of me. They took me in the same day I called and had me in and out within 2 hours. You just can't beat that. I was relieved to finally have it running again after 8 or more months. The staff was very friendly and inviting and the service was excellent. I highly recommend and will be using them again for any future services.

Riddle me this, I call in advance mind you for a front tire. Quoted 142 bucks for the front tire, no big deal right. When I payed some how jumped up to 305 dollars. WHAT!! Really what they don't tell you it's 142 for the tire 135 for them to put it on. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!This place is a rip off, that does not tell you this. So now because I budget for 150 dollar tire, now double it cause they fail to do there job. I will never be coming back to these people for anything. Bogus place, now call plaza tire get a quote, for tires bet you pay what your told. Bluff power sports hides charges until your paying. Very poor place to go. Then on top of that you get charged for shop supplies, this company is flat out a rip off

This place is THE BEST! The service department is on top of their game. I had my side by side at another dealer for work....they couldn't get it done. I took it to Bluff Powersports and got a call within a week that it was FIXED....Doug...the service manager is AWESOME! The best Polaris dealer in SE Missouri.

Came with my father to get his new motorcycle OD/ID inspection. I came with the intention of buying a side by side once my fathers business was concluded. An hour and half later the inspection still hadn t been done. When asked why we were told they only had two parts guy on staff at the moment. The two parts guys were just sitting there talking to each other seemingly doing nothing else. So my father and I left to get his bike inspected and I will take my $15,000 I had in cash for a down payment somewhere else that has better service. You lost a cash sale today because of poor customer experience . Went down the road for the inspection! It was done within ten minutes. Spent my money in Springfield on a really nice side by side ROFLMAO your stores lack of management and your extremely poor customer service cost you two potential long term customers. Avoid this place at all cost!!!?

I placed a deposit on a side by side to hold it one day until I could get there to check it out. The salesperson Derrick Magill said the deposit would be refunded if we couldn t make a deal. A week later after several texts and phone calls saying I ll get back to you, still no info, still no refund. Just letting the public know not to give them a deposit on anything.

We pre ordered a new Polaris Ranger Ultimate from them and locked in a price with the sales person and manager, fast forward 6 months later the sales person did not work there and the store marked up the ranger price after they signed an agreement and they didn t honor the paper work almost like they didn t want to sell the ranger that way they could make even more money on it. We brought them the agreement paperwork with the ranger and signature of the manager and sales person they didn t even wanna look at it! One of the most unprofessional businesses I ve been in. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Got there at 9 am for a recall fix. They acted like they didn't want to work on it since it wasn't bought there but that doesn't matter you can take it to any Polaris dealer. They were supposed to call us when it was ready well after 3 hours of waiting we went in and the service guy acted like he hadn't even talked to us. We asked if our razor was ready and they were like oh yeah they just brought it out. We never saw it come out the 30 minutes we waited prior to going in. We won't be back ever.

Bought my Ranger 2 years ago and had a service plan. Called to get my service scheduled around February or March and was told due to the covid that they wasn't taking appointments and that they would CALL back. Never heard from them I thought I would give them a call to see whats going on. Called a week ago and the lady tells me that my planes expired but because of what was said she would have the manager call me. Waited a week with still NO CALL. As now i can see how there call backs are. I called back spoke with Katie who said she is the manger. She said nope we wouldn't say that and I'm expired now so I get no help. Definitely NOT a very good service DEPARTMENT. I guess the moral to this story is that they are a bunch of story tellers and can't be trusted

I had a problem with an old 05 Honda Recon I bought from them one of 3 4 wheelers I bought out there, and the owner Sam Griffin and his general manager Melissa got right on it and fixed the problem and were very nice, considerate and I cannot say enough good things about them and Dan in accounting is great also! Excellent Business and Professional!!!

What a poor excuse for a business. I took my motorcycle in for repair. I was told that it would take 2 days to look at it and then they would call me for parts list. I never got the call. I called down there and all I got was the run around and they were rude about me questioning about when my bike would be looked at so I drove a hundred miles to check on my bike and my bike was looked at but not for what I brought it in for. I explained again what I wanted done to my bike and they said that they will try to look at it again and will call in a week and that week never came. It took them a month to look at my bike and they charged me 204 dollars for not fixing my bike and at one time I spoke with Mel and she threatened to walk out and told me my bike will not get fixed. So I made another trip back down there got my bike and spoke to the owner who was just a young kid who does not know how to run a business. I would never ever recommend anyone to have their bike serviced there.

Took my gsxr 1000 in for tires brakes and issue with the tail lights. Bike was done quick but two days after having it done and spending 1200 bucks almost in parts and labor I rode my bike and applied the front brake it jerked hard and now it makes a grinding sound. My chain is also so tight the bike will slow it s self down without even using the brakes. I asked the staff via telephone to have the service manager call me it s been going on 3 weeks and still have no resolution for this issue. I have no way to move my bike Bc although I asked did the tires balance good the bike shakes so bad at 60 it s scary to drive it. Called yesterday asked for service manager and she got on phone told me your bike had a ton of issues. Tires ( bought new Michelin pilots ) , Brakes ( new ) , Fork Seals , ( new ) ! The only thing it needed was front brake master cylinder. I have a brand new one but can t get them to fix the first mess up and work on the bike again. I ve been getting avoided for 3 weeks now and I m sick of it. Since being worked on my brake rotors have burns in the inner of them. My bike shakes horribly at even 70 , and now it s making a grinding sound out of the front end, the chain is so tight the bike feels like I have a parking brake applied !I want my bike fixed the right way.Stop dodging my calls and come get my bike and fix it

Sales people were great, but the service department their is horribleUpdate. Been back 2 times now and it's been absolutely the worst service experience I've ever had. Regret buying the thing from here because of it. If you look at they're reviews, every one star is do to service. Pretty sad when the public has clearly identified the problem and it doesn't get any better

I wouldn't reccomended this place to anyone. Their service department is horrible! If you want your rig back in worse shape that it was when you took it there this is the place for you. Salesmen are mediocre at best. Parts department is a joke. I normally dont leave bad reviews....but....save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.P.S. i was a 15 year long customer prior to this.

Would love to give them a 0000. They sell you an extended warranty and then during servicing they tell you that you need a clutch on a UTV that is less than 1 year old that your warranty doesn t cover and it will be over $800. Our UTV has been driven very little and not hot rod at all. Will be calling Polaris and dealing with this. We should have gone to Abernathys for a better deal and dealer. Lesson learned.

It s a shame I can t leave zero stars. I bought a brand new atv here, the motor locked up soon after. Then they wouldn t honor the warranty they sold me, so I had to pay out of pocket for the rebuild. I filed a complaint with Polaris Corporate, who refunded some of that cost when Bluff Powersports would not, so it s not a knock on Polaris at all. Then the rebuilt motor failed again, and they wouldn t even pay part of their own rebuild job failing!! I can show anyone who would like to see it the entire paper trail. Prolly 10 thousand down the toilet and their only response was, your attorney can talk to our attorney. Save yourself money and go to somewhere else. I ve bought two RZR s since then from Midwest and they will bend over backwards to take care of you if you have trouble with it.

Very poor customer service. Also brought victory in for new clutches in 1500 miles new ones gone. Mel and Mike refused to fix problem or refund money.BBB has Ben notified small claims to come.

They had the chain i was needing but when i asked the parts guy about a clutch rod for my suzuki he didnt seem like he knew what i was talking about and he wasn't interested in trying to help past getting me a chain
