We took out 4runner in for an insurance claim and when we got the truck back the battery had been switched out with an older one. I replaced the battery when we bought the truck, now the battery on it is 2 years older than when we bought it. Don't trust the shop! They also tried to total our truck and say it was way more damage than it was, personally I believe someone internally was trying to get it for a "STEAL".

This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought a 2018 Jeep Compass from them about 1 year ago. It has had nothing but problems since I bought it. My jeep would not start about 2 months after purchasing it. I took it back to this dealership and they told me nothing was wrong with it which forced me to take it somewhere else. A different dealership diagnosed and has fixed 3 separate issues my jeep has had within the last year. I've put thousands of dollars into repairs and only been able to drive this car half the time I've owned it. They have refused to work with me on anything, even though I have a warranty and THEY SOLD ME A DUD! Their service department is a JOKE!!!! I hope they know how much money they have put me out and how much stress they have caused!! Please for your own good take your service somewhere else!!!!

We were looking for a new Venza Hybrid and found Baldwin had exactly what we wanted. It was over two hours away so we made an appointment both to insure they had the vehicle and to test drive it. Connie connected us to Alex who sent us current photos and an out the door price before we arrived. This was as simple as it gets to purchase a new car. We received a lifetime power train warranty at no charge and received the manufacturer title via overnight delivery as promised by the finance department. We were treated with respect and would buy a vehicle from them without hesitation!

Came in for scheduled maintenance with an appointment. My car was not even taken back until an hour after my appointment time. I'm disappointed in the lack of consideration. Things happen...sure...but this has been our experience with service several times at Baldwin. I'll try one more time, but unless they are more punctual, I'll be going somewhere else for maintenance and car purchases.

My wife and I were looking for a new truck and wanted another Toyota I will tell you if you are in the market for a Toyota go see them at Baldwin Andy is your guy he was very helpful in every way possible and gave us what we wanted for our trade in they are very nice ver professional and I would recommend them to everyone local or not got my dream truck 2022 Tacoma in lunar rock thank Baldwin and thank you Andy glad to be part of the Baldwin group.

I had my vehicle towed there over four weeks ago and it still hasn t been fix this is my daily driving vehicle my complaint is that it takes to long for them to even look at my vehicle it shouldn t take them this long to fix this vehicle. This has happened to us three times.

I can only speak of the Service Department as we needed our Toyota key fob and chip replaced. They ordered a new one, came the next day and called to set an appointment. Those working behind the desks are friendly, courteous, respectful and understanding. Rare qualities indeed.

I couldn't have asked for a better salesman and person when finding a new car. John is one of the most genuine people I've ever met. He knew who I was as soon as I walked in the door, made the entire process fun and less stressful, and was eager to show be all the bells and whistles of my new vehicle when it arrived. I can't thank John and the Baldwin team enough for their genuine interest in helping me, and I couldn't be more excited to have my new vehicle. John was truly the best of the best and so was the finance manager. I will come back to Baldwin for any future trade-in or purchase in the future and continue to recommend their outstanding service to friends and family. Thank you so so much!!

If I could give them more stars I would! This was the best car buying experience that we've ever had. We expected the worst because of what the market is like and the other dealerships that we had previously gone to had terrible service. Neil went above and beyond to work with us on getting our Toyota Sienna. He took his time to show us all of the functions, history and was very knowledgeable on the vehicle itself. We chose to finance with our own credit union and he never haggled us to use their lenders and when we said we didn't want the extended warranty from Baldwin they didn't continue to push it. We were in and out in less than an hour with our new to us Toyota Sienna! It's been a month now and its been a wonderful addition to our family! Thank you Baldwin Toyota and Neil for such excellent customer service! We will definitely buy here again and recommend all of our friends and family.

The selection of vehicles was fine, but after standing around for 10 minutes and being passed by a dealer, we left. As a former car dealer, there should be more people hitting the lot when a car enters.

I bought a new car recently from this dealership. And even though I told them I will be doing a loan through my bank and not through them they still did a credit check which is on my credit. But there was good communication between me and the sales person. I was treated well at the very end when I got all my paperwork done so I m happy with my car hopefully I have no issues in the future with warranty maintenance stuff like that I will keep this updated but I would prefer anyone to this dealership

Would give 0 stars if possible. I wanted to buy a car from them; my boyfriend warned me that they were horrible to work with, rude and incompetent and unfortunately he was proven right in my instance. They initially told me they would charge MSRP for a car and then added an additional $2500 fee above MSRP at the last minute. Further I was looking for an estimate on my trade in and they refused to give one. Finally they told my boyfriend to buy my car from me (which makes no sense) and then with the money I got from him I could buy their car (with the markup). I would suggest supporting fair and honest dealerships and not Baldwin Toyota.

If I could I'd rate this place half a star! First screw up was shorting my car by 2qts of oil on my last oil change, this is the second time of getting my oil changed here in this car and they left the oil cap just laying under the hood. They called me and told me it was ready, I picked it up and got 2 miles down the road before smoke just started roaring out of my car and was filling the cars cabin..turned around came back and the service manager opened the hood and as soon as he did I saw that the cap wasn't even on the oil fill spout. Complete and utter incompetence!! And the mechanic that changed it supposedly had "a ton" of experience. NEVER doing any kind of business with this company again!!!

When something goes wrong, and its resolved to a customers favor, a review is in order! We wanted to purchase a car from out of state, Car Gurus had it listed. Apparently, Car Gurus put a price on the car below the dealers low...the sale was going to fall apart. The GM stepped in and honored the price, even at a loss for the dealer. This is a stand up dealership! way to go! were off Tuesday to get the car. Im thinking this will be a great experience!

I won t bring my car back for service there , they put the wrong oil in my car over tighten my drain plug , my car was under warranty threw them and they told me they couldn t fix it and didn t offer me any alternative solutions , it really turned me off , and putting regular oil in a car that only takes one kind of special oil just blows my mind , all you have to do is call the parts store and they will tell you , the bottom line is they where willing to destroy my engine over just getting the right oil and charging the extra money , I love my car and can t afford to keep buying new ones
