Worst place I ve ever been. The used car salesman told us our trade in needed a new tramission. They said if the problem was fixed/ new transmission that we would get about 4,000 more for our trade in. We left and went to a transmission shop and all we needed was fluid drained and re added. They checked everything and checked for codes and said the transmission was fine. We even brought back the paperwork to show it. We went back to see if they would still honor their word and they said it has to have a new transmission and got all snarky about it. They were SO confident that they knew what was wrong when they didn t. I didn t know that car salesman were also mechanics. I would never go there EVER. They will flat out lie to you!

We needed a vehicle with a cheap price tag. My son also had some requirements that he wanted and you guys were able to deliver. I also want to brag on your website. I looked at a lot of dealership websites and I appreciate you putting cars on the site you are actually selling. I did have one place tell me the car wasn't good enough to sell. You also have the prices which is helpful as well. Then Rob Caudel has always been so helpful and goes above and beyond with us in looking for a car.

Steve and Tim have always been very helpful! I have bought 3 cars from from Baldwin and have never had any issues. They are super helpful and are always willing to go above and beyond. With one vehicle, the dmv messed up on the title that voided my warranty, the repair shop and Connie made sure the DMV corrected the issue, made sure my warranty was reinstated, and took care of the process without bothering me at all. Highly recommend

Service guys that change oil doesn't seem to take care of customer vehicles. Leaves oil in skid plate area and oil filter that seem to drip and think there is a leak. Please clean up to eliminate suspicion and take pride in the work that is done. Also wipe oil off the exterior of vehicles. The issue was resolved. Wish they could figure out why the truck has a vibration at 60 to 70 mph.

We are full-time RV travelers and were beginning a long travel day when our 2021 3500HD displayed an emissions warning light. Baldwin was on route, so pulled in with big camper and fingers crossed. The service department was outstanding. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a DEF pump failure and set about finding a replacement. None in stock, but dealership an hour away had one available. They immediately sent a runner on the two hour round trip and allowed us to park RV in back lot as they waited for part. Five hour after arrival, warranty repair and back on road. This was Friday of Memorial Day weekend. They went above and beyond. Could have just as easily said part not available and would not be in until after holiday. Awesome experience.

I was approved to buy this 2017 impala from the dealership they got my payoff amount which is less than I told them but my car has a gps tracker on it it s simple just remove it and I take it back but seems neither the sales manager has a education at all I gave them a 1 star can t give a 0 so one it is just remove the gps and sale your car but they don t like to sale cars if I was Chevy I ll closed them down

I made an appointment to get a new battery installed. After getting my receipt, my battery was way cheaper than what it should have been so I asked questions about the details of the battery. It was supposed to be an AGM type battery which are more expensive. They continued to assure me that it was the right battery, it was the end of the day so I left. I ended up calling other dealerships to confirm if I had the correct battery on my car. They all confirmed it should have been an AGM battery, and the one they gave me was not. They decided to give me a cheaper option than I was even quoted. I called the next day to rectify the issue & was told that if it was indeed incorrect, then they would replace it with the "correct" one. They checked the battery and replaced it. I asked for information on what battery they put in part number or identifying information so I could make sure before I left that it was correct and was told they couldn't, they didn't know what put in the car and they would mail me the new receipt. My issue is if the battery was just installed at this facility, someone knows what they put in the car. It's not difficult to find out. Ultimately, I had to take the car home and take apart my car to find out what battery was put into my car.I'm also not impressed with the $115 service charge that came with the original battery replacement. I made an appointment, and it took a while for me to get my car back whereas I brought it in without an appointment and it took maybe 20 minutes. Also after having to locate my own battery to figure out what I had in my car, $115 is outrageously ridiculous. The service desk ladies were great by the way. I just will not be back.Update: it took until today, May 4, 2023, over a month later, to receive a new, corrected invoice that was supposed to be "mailed" three times already. Which in fact never got mailed so I went in to the dealership to get it myself just to be told with an attitude that I already have it & they gave it to me when it was switched. See above review for proof that it didn't go home with me. I wrote it the same day. All of the extra back and forth for a piece of paper is ridiculous, just print it and go about your day. I'm over this place.

Repaired an issue under warranty. Did not fix correctly. Brought it back and two more issues that were fixed but now had a noise. While over in Baltimore, MD, that noise turned into a belt being destroyed and no local dealer would honor the extended warranty. Had to tow the vehicle 900 miles back to Poplar Bluff. Come to find out a bolt was broken during the last repair and was causing the issue. Again had fixed and now the AC is making noise.

Brought my 2019 Trail Boss in for a set of new front brakes and while the service at the dealership was fine it s the quality of work done on my truck wasn t, I found 1 of my lug nuts in my driveway and when I inspected the rest of them every one was really loose. Now these are supposed to be torqued to a specific amount and if they was none would fall off or be loose. My family and I could ve been in real danger if these where to fall off while driving down the road

So my ATS was making noises like the Differential was going out, service rejected my thoughts until i presented a video. 2 months later it wasgoing out again. Again service rejected my thoughts and video. Said it was dirty and cleaned the outside of the Differential and all good. As if ! Video shows the 2nd one in less than 90 days. And i sold the cadillacin days, i will not pay for more after warranty expires in 3 months, bye Cadillac! And the non-service of this dealership !

My vehicle was repaired at the body shop. When I picked it up I noticed 2 small chips on the hood. Those chips were not there when I dropped my vehicle off. I had Chris look at them. He had one of the workers put some touch up paint on the chips. Now that the paint has dried, it is darker than my vehicle paint. I am not happy about this. Those chips happened while the body shop had my vehicle and they need to be repaired correctly.

The last two service visits oil filter leaking oil to the point all oil lost and engine started knocking. I feel certain that my engine life has been cut short.

Just bought a lightly used Tahoe from them and the process was perfect. I found the vehicle listed online and the listing was completely accurate to the actual condition of the vehicle. Our salesman, Trevor made the whole process nice and easy. Well worth our hour and a half drive one way to make this purchase. When we are ready for another vehicle in the future I will for sure be checking with them.

I had the best buying experience! I bought a brand new 3500 LTZ dually all the way from TX 8 hours away. They got the gooseneck and plug in bed installed for me. Even found a rebate to save on cost. Then they kindly meet at the airport!

Everybody at Baldwin Chevrolet was great!! 2020 trail Boss Silverado broke down while traveling home to California. It was a very serious engine problem the staff at Baldwin and the technicians started to work immediately on it. Had it back by noon the next day back on the road. The most sufficient and caring Chevrolet dealer I have ever been to. I have always owned Chevrolets and I've been too many dealers.Thank you to the Baldwin group!!

I ve done a lot of business with this dealership, but I will never buy a car from here again. I feel like I was lied to from the beginning when I was told the used car I bought would be perfect for my new driver. I ve had nothing but problems since the beginning and it wasn t fixed correctly the first time. And after taking it several times to the shop and they finally figure out what is going on they want to charge me $1600.00 after what I have already paid to begin with. I sadly will not recommend Baldwin to anyone else. We currently have 4 cars from Baldwin, but will take our business elsewhere in the future.

DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM! My son single dad works hard for what they have. Decided to buy a car. He hasn't even made the first payment and it needs a $500 repair! He wasn't asking them to do a free repair just cut the labor cost. He was told they did give him a deal got it in and gave you a loaner for for ahour. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!! WE WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! VERY POOR BUSINESS ETHICS. BUYER BEWARE!
