The ladies were very nice and friendly. The male in the parts department was friendly but didn't know how to make a key from my VIN number. It took over an hour to finally get it made from someone else.

They are great. It's not easy to find an honest dealer. I was working in Poplar Bluff and needed my vehicle serviced they really took care of me. I drive all the way from Arnold, MO

Was there for routine oil change. Kind of cramped/narrow reception area but the staff was friendly. No problems at all with the service. The parking area is also tight and somewhat awkward.

We had to unfortunately visit the body shop here. We had a vehicle strike ours while it was parked outside a business. While one hopes to not have to ever visit a body shop, this is an awesome place to go if you ever have need. Very highly rated work and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

The work on our body repair was done really nice and they only had to keep it one day. This would get a 5 Star, Supplied us a loaner till our repairs were done. Down side we waited two months to get it into the shop. Lost our order and then forgot to call. I had to contact them three times. Did not return my calls.

Thank you for helping us as we were just passing through and had trouble with some faulty sensor in our tire. They got us right in and fixed it. We were on the road to see family in no time. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you.

I don t know about the body shop. The office was empty at 10:40 am. Sign on the door said, gone to lunch. Be back at 1:15. I returned at one. The first drive into the place was blocked. It was hard to get into. The man was there at least. He told me that he was the one blocking the driveway. Then he gave me an estimate that I think might be low and almost demanded that he be the one to contact my insurance company. Then he said that he would be glad to help me. I think he has helped me quite enough already!

Broke the key to the car. They were so nice to let me know what needed to be done, so we could get the car driveable again. Was less than 24 hours and everything was squared away. Thank you for all your help.

Tried calling just to get ballpark pricing talk to 1 salesman then passed me off to another salesman sent all the information they requested told me they would get back in touch with me i texted and said it would be Monday I called told me they would call me back then looked on website truck wasn't there I really don't understand the communication skills its a hour and a half drive just need numbers to see if it was worth it guess I got my answers lol WOW

As far as value goes in the Poplar Bluff area goes they arent too bad. Prices and financing for just about any credit and income. The only negative I would have is the same as most you can't just search and look at the inventory without getting a huge push from the sales staff. Other then that it is a good dealership to go through.

Dealership service department. My 15 year old Silverado went in needing repair and came out repaired. The parts they used took much longer to arrive and were more expensive than at the local independent parts store. But, I supposedly had factory trained technicians and guaranteed repair.

Even with the powertrain warranty, my experience there has always cost me money, they say one thing is wrong with the car and then come up with something different to get money, nothing is ever covered. I even asked for the car fax report on the car and was refused wonder if it's because I'm a woman, they think I know nothing and will accept whatever is said!!!, very disappointed!!!!

The gentleman that waited on me was rude. Had nothing to say, treated me like I was more of a nuisance. Did not check fluid levels in car.
