I had the oil changed in our Jeep and noticed it had a leak shortly after. The drain plug was loose..The next time I went they were open but had no employees to work. Told me to come back later...Never again.

Qwik Lube used to be a place I could call home. I always felt comfortable going into the shop even if I didn't have the most knowledge when it came to cars. It was affordable and truly a gem. I'm not sure if it is under new management or simply has different standards, but this is not the same shop. I wouldn't trust my car with these people if my life depended on it. Unprofessional in nature, terrible service, and the guy under the car has extreme anger issues. I feel so sorry for the kind men upstairs that have their reputations tarnished due to the lack of professionalism their colleagues show.

I drove up today with a bad oil leak and Andrew took the time to stay after closing time to help me out. He explained everything step by step and even videoed the leakage for me. Thanks Andrew for all the help we can travel to Wyoming with no worries.

I am never going here again. My car was running just fine until I went to get oil change, the next thing my car radiator starts smoking (3days after). They say they didn't have anything to do with it even though they were messing under the hood (one even said "oh sh*t"). So now I am having to replace the radiator ($300-400+). Dishonest people that won't own up to their mistake and risk safety (hot/damaged engine) don't go here, find a better place

Very honest people, and the back their work performed. My car is currently in the shop at Goodman s Auto because whoever changed the oil last that worked their cross threaded or did something to my drain plug. Nice to know that should there be a problem, they re willing to get it fixed. I ll continue to use them, for this reason.

Fast and great service. The gentleman were very helpful and nice. They answered all my questions as well. New sticker to remi d me for next fill up. Also got $2 off their car wash for purchasing with them.

Store hours say 8 am to 6 pm. It'd be nice if they could abide by them. Close before 4:30 PM two days in a row. Pure laziness.

They need to adjust their hours a little bit longer cuz some people can't get off work at their certain time you stayed open little bit longer you probably get a little bit more business

I have had several friends and family have terrible experiences with Qwik Lube. They broke part of my sister's car and claimed otherwise. Another instance: They swore up and down while doing a job and kept swearing and complaining about the job while my friend was sitting in the car.

Been burned 3 times coming here. They are only open when they feel like it. Don't waste your time go somewhere that isn't closed 4 random days a week.

7 minutes and was out this was my first time going here my wife told me about qwik lube so I gave them a shot and was very impressed how fast and easy it was this will be my go to place for oil change

Poor very poor was supposed to open at 8am I sat there until 8:10 no one acknowledged me and then an employee sat down to read a newspaper instead of opening I used to love going there but now I think I will find somewhere else
