Much appreciation to Jerry, Joe, and the rest of the NW Audio team! We just picked up our truck and I am beyond amazed at how good it sounds. Both Jerry and Joe were very helpful and over-communicated with me during the installation process. I did a lot of research and had an idea of what I wanted to accomplish and both Jerry and Joe made it happen. Thanks, guys-we'll see you soon with another vehicle! -Ted

These guys are awesome. Have taken multiple cars here. Brought my brand new Tesla in, they did it had a small issue but they owned it and made it all good. Highly recommend. Plus the tinting is amazing.

I got my windows tinted on my car and they turned out perfect. It was fast, easy, and affordable. I m super happy with them especially with this 100 degree weather we ve been having so the sun stays out of my car!

I drive 45 minutes out of my way to go to this tint shop because they truly are the best in the entire KC area. I purchase a new vehicle every 1-2 years for business and have been to multiple shops throughout the city, most of which over charge or don t do what I ask of them. I ve taken the last 4 vehicles I ve purchased to NW Audio and all have turned out absolutely perfect! The owner is very knowledgeable and always willing to work with me to figure out which percentage of tint will look the best, meet my needs and provide me with proper visibility. I will always recommend NW Audio to anyone that needs their vehicle tinted!

I bought a radio in March of 2023. When it failed, they ran a software update under their shop warranty. When that didn t solve the problem, they did all the warranty paperwork and replaced it for me under their shop warranty. Great guys, nice clean waiting room, great selection and very knowledgeable. Would definitely use again!

I got my windows tined by the guys here at NW Audio. The older guy at the counter was nice, informational, and helpful but I am not happy at all with my window tint.Whoever it is that installed this tint needs to either slow down, or get some more practice in. I have multiple scratches on pretty much every window... There are also a couple spots where the film wrinkled and small bits of debris got trapped underneath and now you can see them as well as the small air bubbles they have created.I'm giving 3 stars rather than 2 because of three things:1. The time the quoted me was pretty much exact (Honestly wish they would of taken longer though)2. I used a Groupon so the price was Pretty cheap compared to other shops quotes3. They were nice and helpfulAll in all, I would probably choose to spend a bit more money with somewhere that may have a little more attention to detail. It's about an hour drive from me so I do not feel like driving back to get it corrected...The pics included are either scratches or wrinkles/bends in the film.

1st, I never leave reviews unless I totally feel it necessary. I came to NW Audio 7 years ago (July 2015) to get my VW CC tinted. In 7 years, not a single bubble. Not one. Now that's longevity, considering people don't keep cars this long. Good job guys. Simple.

I spent a lot of money on a total detail. The bottom line is that I could have done a better job and saved money by renting a carpet cleaner and doing it myself. There was a significant part of my van that didn't even get vacuumed! My daughter's seat didn't get cleaned at all. This wasn't just stains that couldn't be removed, this was ignoring or forgetting a very dirty seat! Then the guy who gave me my keys back also gave me a condescending lecture (I'm a 40 year old woman) about getting my car detailed once a year. I have 3 young kids, my van gets dirty. That's why I came to you! But not again. I'm not going to pay someone to do half of his job then lecture me.

These guys did a super solid install! Super easy to deal with them and their customer service is top notch. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I had this system previously in my Lexus GS350 but now becoming a dad I needed a bigger vehicle but just because you ride in an suv doesn t mean you can t bump anymore. These guys helped me achieve that. I appreciate them and when I (eventually) do upgrade my system, they re the first shop I m calling. Set your price expectations for $300+ on an install similar to this. If you think it s steep go somewhere who will do it for cheaper and see what kind of results you get quality is expensive and these guys are at the top of their profession.

This was another positive experience with NW audio. My second time using them for my audio installation. 2 years ago they did my window tint as well. So I was already liking the experience enough to return. Upon my 3rd time doing business with them, my car was damaged in the parking lot before they got it inside of their shop. I had gotten it home and noticed it then. The owner worked with me to have it repaired and taken care of. He certainly didn't have to as it wasn't their fault. I have nothing positive things to say about the customer experience and the hard work from the guys in the shop. All around cool guys. They've earned my business for good now.

Worst experience ever!! Terrible installation and wrong price and Lies. Sorry for the long read. I had an appointment for a remote start install. After they started, they found the remote kit they were going to install was missing the wire for the trunk release. So instead I was offered a unit with shorter range which I accepted. I was originally quoted 360.00 parts and labor. I ask later if the unit would be cheaper, the owner (I think) or manager said it would be $15 cheaper. He was typing in the computer to change the price for me. Once finished I paid the bill which was $376 , which $16 of that was tax, it was still $360.00. I didn t say anything I was just happy my mom would have remote start. I left and noticed the lower dash rubbing on the brake pedal. I drove home to fix it myself and that s when I noticed the other dash panel was loose as well. I discovered 3 screws and 2 push pins missing and they had used a nylon wire tie to secure the lower dash to a wiring harness. After further inspection I found the metal brace that mounts below the steering column under these panels was missing. It s approx. 14 inches long and 2 inches wide. That s what these panels mount to. That s when I called back. The manager said well I ll have to let you talk to the installer . The installer denied 3 TIMES that he removed this brace. Then he said it was not there when he took the panels off. I knew the brace was there as I had installed the stereo and an aux power port and reinstalled all hardware as well as NEW plastic pins. The installer said he would go look for it in the shop. He called me back and said he found the piece and said it must have fell out on the floor and he must have swept it up with some trash (14x2 steel). I went back. There was someone different at the counter, the tech showed up and took my car back without speaking to me. The manager came in the front area and wouldn t even look at me or talk to me. The tech brought the car back after 15 minutes. and the manager said, I think your car is done if you want to go talk to the installer . I went out and he didn t want to talk to me. He said well I found some old plastic push pins and put them in as well, but I don t think they were all in it. I said, yes they were , he turned and walked away before we could talk more. The other issues were the wire they ran to the trunk release button inside the glove box area was hanging down in view and moved when you would open the glove box, the antenna was mounted on the left upper portion of the windshield right in my sight instead of the center of the window by the mirror bracket like anyone else would have done. Also, when I talked to the manager and he said the factory alarm would work, I have my doubts as I locked the doors, reached in and opened the door and the horn never came on. I know they tied into the left door, so I believe they just used that as the lock and unlock circuit and the switch for the trunk as that function. And disabled the factory alarm. I heard the manager talking to customers during my first visit and he said no less than 4 times to various customers how he s been in business for 15 years or more and had a lot of knowledge. Problem is no accountability for his business. He should be the face of the business and walked out and went over my issues once I came back. Then made sure the repairs were completed once done. He had no interest, no accountability. I guess with enough high paying stereo jobs he ll be around for a while, but no recommendations from me.UPDATE. 5-2021 My mom's car starting having starting issues and random electrical issues. I remove the lower dash and found that when they removed the plug from the ignition switch to tie into it for the remote start, they must have left it loose. On the ignition switch you have to plug it in and then tighten the set screw to fully set the connector. The screw was completely loose and there was a burnt connection. Also found the cover for the plug under the seat where it had been getting smashed. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The window tinter is awesome. He did a great job on my 21 Durango and my wife's 21 ScatPac Charger. We love it and he was done really quick with both vehicles. Would highly recommend N W Audio for window tinting.

I got recommended one of the wrong speakers by a coworker, owner made it right and swapped me out for a correct pair that would work with my set up and made me a bracket for them in a very timely manner. The service was good, could've been better my first go around, and I wish my bracket bolts were counter sunk correct, but that's an easy fix. I'd consider going back for more audio needs if I want hands on convince/labor! Thanks very much Jerry!

NW audio did a fantastic job in detailing my vehicle. I have had few detailing companies in the past but honestly this one has exceeded my expectations. The guys name is Andre. Guys, this place is better than best. Don t trust my review then try and see.

Does this look like a detail?? It's in the name... DETAIL!!! IN DETAIL!!! Worst detail I've ever had.. this place used to be good it's trash now had to have them do the detail again and still missed countless things . Would not recommend. Will add photos. At first glance it looks good but once you really get up close things are just dirty that shouldn't be. Do not get you vehicle detailed here. Or any other services.

They are very transparent and honest with the work/job, will ultimately do their very best to ensure you receive your vehicle back the way you want it and will make sure that the job is done right before completing the job.

I have bought 2 systems, internal speakers, subs & amps and have always been impressed not only with the quality of the work but the honesty of the team there.There was an issue that required an additional part and at no cost to me or a surprise charge at the end they gave me the $70 piece and got it working and I couldn't be happier.I had my windshield replaced and needed it tinted and a brow and for a reasonable cost both were done same day and I am completely satisfied.Thank you!

These guys are great. My 7 year old aftermarket remote starter wasn't supported by the cell towers any longer and I bought another from the manufacturer. NW Audio put it in. Previous install buggered up the installation but this place cleaned up the install, put in the new hardware. Took 2.5 hours, but honored their quote for a 30 minute install.

NW was a life saving Audio! After going to a unreliable Audio store, NW installed a new system in my vehicle, I love it!!! Their customer service and professionalism was top notch! I highly recommend them! They also installed my remote starter, beautiful job!!! I'm Happy!!!

Came here to get a new head unit for my Jeep. Jerry was very knowledgeable and friendly taking his time to explain all the options and what all would be needed for the install. I ended up having them install a complete audio system, replacing the head unit,all the speakers along with an amp and 12" sub. They were able to get me scheduled for the install quickly. Dropped my Jeep off in the morning and was able to pick up the same day. After the install they took the time to explain all the features of the stereo. Will definitely be back for all my stereo needs. If you're looking for a new stereo or a new system, this is the place to go whether it's for your car, motorcycle, atv or boat.

I got a Groupon to get my windows tinted at NW Audio as a Christmas gift. The professionalism and quality was above par. They did what they said they were going to do. There was a miscommunication on the tint level on my front windows. I called the owner back and discussed it with him. He had me come back and they fixed it with no questions asked.The only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are in Platte City and it is a long drive for me.

Purchased a Groupon tint package for my husband for his truck for Christmas. We were pleased with the options available to us and even did some upgrading on the tint. Staff is very friendly and they did an excellent job! Very pleased we went here.

This week I brought in my 3rd and 4th vehicle to NW Audio to get Smart Start remote start installed.The Smart Start allows you to start your car from literally another state. The distance is unlimited. Basically anywhere you get phone service. All other starters seem silly to me- but that's just my opinion. But I guess that's what reviews are, right? Ha...The service was great with all 4 cars. Staff was super friendly and didn't try to sell me anything- but kept me well informed on option. (My pet peeve)I also installed a new radio touch screen with wireless Apple Play. I bought a 2014 Prius and put remote start and a radio in it and I basically got a 2022 Prius. PS: Support small businesses by leaving a 5 star review when the service is great. Many only leave reviews for bad interactions and give zero credit for good ones. And let's be real- everyone has a bad day occasionally. Anywho- shop local!

Not experts in the work, spoiled my car interior and done stupid work. Broken the inside panels, and made many cuts on the leather dash board which even cannot be repaired. Please avoid this unprofessional work to protect yourselfs

I made a appointment in a week advance, that was quick they got me in on a Saturday and it took less than the quoted time, the result is awesome I waited a complete 5 days before rolling down my windows or washing them and they look amazing, WINDOW TINT! From here is a great price for a great job friendly fast customer service and great product
