I highly discount any quality statements in regards to a positive review here, and if I do let any of my opinions of this establishment surface, I can rightly acknowledge that it would only serve as a reductive statement. So I'll keep it simple, and here's 2 stars, just for being a small private owned business. Other than that I've nothing else to say. At least I shouldn't

Thank you for quick and proficient service!I had an oil leak emerge, and Ferrel's stopped what they were doing to investigate. Turned-out to be a quick and simple fix, but I wouldn't have known without them.

Fast service. I was in and out within 20 minutes of my appointment time for a inspection. The gentleman was extremely kind and very efficient.

Went in for a vehicle inspection. The gentleman was very polite and professional. On top of that he was patient when I was nervous about driving into the inspection bay. He did the full inspection in quick order and I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. I strongly recommend this place for your MO inspections!

I highly recommend you take your vehicle to Ferrel Auto. They are honest, thorough, reasonably-priced, and great to communicate with. Matt, their head mechanic, has my truck running better than it every has! He communicated all my options well, was very honest and helpful, and saved me from spending a lot of unnecessary money. These guys really care about doing a great job and taking care of their customers.

I highly recommend Ferrel Auto! They are honest and won't try to sell or create problems like most mechanics will. Very friendly and straight shooters. I take all of my vehicles there and won't go anywhere else. Everyone there is great but a special shout out to Matt for working so closely with me on different issues I've had.

Character - that's what will make America great again, and it's people like Gary and Matt at Ferrel's Auto Services that will make a difference. I was stranded on my way home to Minneapolis and they did their best to deal with me fairly and get me on the road. They put my needs above their own in order to do what was right. Those were the traits of the principled men and women that made this country great. You can trust them! #USA

I was on the road with four children passing through the city when my check engine light came on. The nice owner of this business checked out my car and got me back on my way. He was super busy, but saw the situation and went above and beyond. I m very thankful.

Matt is awesome!! Having an alternator go out while driving on interstate is a scary thing....especially for an elderly female traveling alone. I'm so thankful to have found Matt at Ferrel Auto. I know it wasn't the way he planned on ending his day at the shop, but he worked his magic and got me safely back on the road. I couldn't have picked a better place to do business. Since I'm from out of state, I hope I never need his services again...but I'm comforted knowing that I could rely on Ferrel Auto in the future if necessary. Thank you again!!!

Tried to get a vehicle inspection.Wanted to just drive over but the only did them by appointment. Guy was super nice though and gave me several other places to call.

Good work good price good communication and honest. .yeah fr I know sounds like click bait. Like whaaat, an honest mechanic....sry guys been lied to almost every trip to many different mechanics, always trying to get a little extra with lies during peoples distress pisses me off..these guys are really good dudes no B.S. got let people know ya know.

Butch, Gary, and Matt are great local guys who treat you very fairly and do quality work. From car inspections to repair great local service. Often closed in the afternoon.
