They had the car for three weeks to repair it, had it back for one night and the door stopped working. Took it back, they had it for three more days. Two days after we picked it up for the second time the door stopped working again. This will be the third time they ve had it, and we have yet to see if the door will work. The work came in $500 over what were quoted as well.

Everyone here is so nice. I had a total loss on my car and they were extremely helpful, and worked with my insurance to make it as painless on me as possible. Betty is AMAZING!!!

Jerret is an excellent manager and really knows his profession. I highly recommend him if you need body work on your vehicle. He was very professional, honest and friendly.Their office staff was also very friendly and helpful. Five stars for this business.

I ran over a large deer, it did a lot of damage to the underside of my car. The repair s took about 2 1/2 weeks, but I was expecting that due to it being a foreign can and the amount of damage. The repair s were perfect and my car looks brand new again. It was spotless!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This was my first time of needing a repair shop in a very long time. They made it so easy to start the process. I made the appointment on line then they called and confirmed. The sweet lady walked me through the process of what to expect. I dropped my car off this morning. I was greeted immediately signed the papers I needed to after they explained the paperwork. We went outside they took pictures and took any items I needed with me. I received my car back a day ahead of schedule. The work was great. Rachelle takes care of their customers from start to finish. I've not had customer service that excellent from every point in a very long time. Definitely would use again if needed and have already recommended to family and friends.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I called asking if Crash Champions could put a bar on my bumper to straighten it out and they indicated they wouldn't work on anything as old as my truck (1987 Chevrolet). This would literally have taken 5 minutes and they would have gained a customer. As it is, they are 'booked until April' and not interested in my business.With an attitude like this, I will not use this shop in the future. Their general attitude resonated on the call. WoW!

Teresa and Nick made the car repair experience so easy. Nick was so great to keep an open line of communication with me for the duration of the repair, and Teresa helped me manage the rental car experience as I had never had to use a rental car before. Would highly recommend Crash Champions on 92 Hwy to loved ones any day! So happy to have my car back and fixed!

I had heard good things about KCI Collision Center and decided to use them for my recent repair needs. My schedule was busy, I needed the repair done around my schedule and as quickly as possible. The owners were concerned about answering all of my questions, they were patient and really worked hard to find a time that worked for me. They gave me an estimate/quote quickly. It was very reasonable. They worked well with my insurance company and me. The process was simple and straight forward. The work was done well and right on time. I would highly recommend you use them if you have repair needs. You won't be disappointed.

Better than expected experience! I called the body shop I had used in the past due to an accident but they were no longer repairing collision damage and they recommended Crash Champions, then I saw them as one of the approved repair shops on my insurance's web site. They took me in right away and worked with my insurance in handling the repair. From start to finish the staff was great, the quality of the work was fantastic, and they cleaned the vehicle inside and out before turning it back over to me. Hopefully I won't have any more accidents but if I do I will definitely use them again.Service: Body & Trim

This place was amazing getting me in for an estimate quickly and then telling them my situation of leaving for vacation in a week and wanting to get it in while on vacation so I didn t have to get a rental and they got it done 3 days after I got back so no rental needed my car was clean and no more hail damage they even took time to pull out a dent that was not part of the hail damage I can not say enough great things about this place honestly couldn t have asked for better

Very friendly and helpful. The other peoples insurance company was a little slow on communication. Crash Champions was very helpful to get everything sorted out to repair my trucks bumper.Was able to get me in Monday afternoon after getting the parts and had my truck the next day. They even cleaned and vacuumed my truck out. Awesome customer service and the work was top notch.

Very satisfied with their work. They repaired my car after hitting a deer, and worked with the insurance company to ensure that all the damage was identified and fixed, not just what the insurance initially estimated. KCI made the process painless, and the quality of work was superb!

This shop is not in the USAA repair network, but I heard good things about it so I took a gamble on it when my brand new truck got keyed. I'm glad I did, because their work was phenomenal, the truck looks brand new again. They were also extremely honest when it came to pricing and the actual work that needed to be done for the repair. The staff was all friendly, and the repair process was extremely quick and painless. If I have any more vehicle repairs while I'm stationed here, I'll definitely be coming back here.

Very pleased with the customer service we received and the quality of the repairs on our 2013 EDGE. The damage didn't appear to be much, but once they removed the bumper cover some frame damage was discovered. KCI Collision took care of all aspects of the repair: meeting with the adjuster, submitting revised estimates, and keeping us updated on the progress. All we had to do was drop off our damaged SUV, and pick it up all clean and shiny 2 weeks later. They made sure our vehicle was washed, vacuumed, and spotless upon return. Highly recommend these folks over any shop your insurance company might suggest, as they definitely have your best interests as their customer in mind.

Outstanding service and professional communication! I was involved in an auto accident and in searching for a body shop to take my car, two colleagues recommended that I take my vehicle to KCI Collision in Platte City, MO. Although it was quite the drive for me and there were closer options to my residence, I couldn't pass up the positive recommendations to take my car to KCI Collision. I took their advice and had the tow company take it to KCI Collision. The process was smooth and they communicated with me every step of the way, including their interactions with the insurance adjuster.Unlike many body shops, they were very professional, honest, thankful, and have a very clean and modern facility. Everyone I came in contact with at KCI Collision portrayed outstanding customer service. If I ever need body work again, I will without a doubt take it to KCI Collision! I have already referred a few of my friends to this place for work on their cars and will continue to refer people to KCI Collision.If you live in the south part of Kansas City, Eastern Jackson County, or you think Platte City is too far of a drive, trust me that it is worth every mile! You won't find comparable service in this industry in the area.Great work and they made a life-long customer.

We have used Nick for years. He has worked on three different vehicles for us (two of the vehicles he has worked on more than once because some of us are bad "backer uppers"!). Cannot say enough good about Nick, his shop, the quality of his work, and Ryan, his wife and office manager. They are friendly people with high integrity. You can trust KCI Collision Center to treat you fairly, and for a fair price.

I had a nice little 'oops' backing out of my garage into one of our other vehicles. The folks at KCI Collision Center did a fantastic job fixing BOTH vehicles. It's nice that I can look at my cars and forget it ever happened. Paint and body match perfectly and they even coordinated everything with my insurance. They were friendly, affordable, and most all, the work they did was incredible. Thanks, guys!

1/24/2018 Update:I have been a repeat client at KCI Collision Center several times over the last few years- from Hail damage, to minor rocker body work, and even major collision damage. They have handled every aspect of my needs flawlessly. As a customer I am continuously impressed by both their care, and impeccable business acumen; which alone are rare to find these days- together borderline impossible!------------------------------Yes, this guy has all perfect scores. Brass tacks, here is why:- He is passionate for his work, and takes pride in the quality of his product.- He genuinely cares about his customers, going above and beyond to make your experience great- He provides honest, quality estimates that are fair to the customer (far lower than the competition, in my experience)David was an absolute pleasure to work with--- he is a man in the business, rather than a "business man". I had a bent rock guard, and he had it hammered out, and repainted within 12 hours. Support guys like Dave, I guarantee you won't be let down.UPDATE 3/18/2020-- New ownership. I comment on their work!
