Ordered nothing. Get back to taking orders with a human. -I called to on a Wednesday afternoon at approx 6:20 to order a pizza... I was placed on hold for an exuberant amount of time waiting for someone to answer. When answered I was informed I had to order on an app and could not order in person as they were "50" pizzas behind and far too busy to take an in person order. I informed them I didn't have a smart phone or computer to place an order online. They pretty much said too bad and hung up on me!Very disappointed!!! I used to be a manager at a Casey's in another town and the phone were always answered front counter or kitchen. Fix the human interaction for your customers or I will not come back. I will also tell others to avoid your establishment.

The reason I am giving them 5 stars is that the 2 young staff members working had to quickly improvise as an employee did not show up tonight. They are working extremely hard. They should get bonuses. If it was not for the quick adjustments and hard work I witnessed, I would have given it a 1 star. They were so busy they could not answer phones, which is why my calling 1/2 hour before I arrived never was answered. This location needs more employees and they need corporate to help them. Based on other low scores it is obvious something is not right at this location. Thank you to the young people that helped me tonight.Update...was told 40 minutes for pizza today on the phone. Went into the store and then was told 1 hr 30 minutes... then they canceled it. I will never step foot in this place for food again!

Today I was headed to my son's football game in St Joseph Missouri. I unfortunately am on crutches and forgot that fact once I got into the the store. I must say, I received excellent customer service and the employee that helped me went above and beyond to help me since I foolishly forgot I was on crutches and could not get everything I needed. I want to say that I appreciate her customer service and help and I definitely will come to this Casey's location when I am around. Thank you!

Boy Cott this location. Don't order your Chiefs game day Pizzas at this location. Convicted Criminals that work here litter those Caseys cups as far as onto 2nd street, and use them as urine jugs.

Worst customer experience that I have had from any Casey s. Ordered 2 pizzas for the family. Waited 2 hours tonight for delivery. 5 minutes before they were to be delivered the order was canceled. Tried calling and have been on hold for an hour. No one is answering the phone. Worst Casey s, worst customer service.

Worst service in the state of Missouri. Lost my billfold. Casuys was the only place I've been with it.vim at work so can't go there at the moment. They don't answer the phones. I let it ring 10mns 3 times at 3 times. They are always talking to each other instead of taking care of custorme.vAnd there rude. I stopped going there after this experience out of many other as stated above

It s not much of a convenience store ever since they removed the printers at the pumps. I ve bought gas there several times recently and had to go inside and wait in line to get a receipt because the printer was not working, now they have been removed completely.

Been coming to this caseys for 22 years! I can't believe how badly this place has gone down hill. I went here before and after work but now I just don't. I won't even order for delivery anymore. The day shift employees are the only good thing about this place. At night is just ridiculous employees on phones the lady crystal at the register is simply bad for business. I was in there on Christmas eve and she was just running around cussing at employees! Unacceptable behavior. I now go to the ConocoPhillips the customer service has just gotten that bad at night.

Is this place even in business?? They don t answer the phone their app says everything is out of stock for pizza. What is going on!? Does the business just not care about their customers? Very displeased with the Casey s franchise.

After 17 Years of a repeat customer I'm boycotting Casey'sat the 64079 location til the cashier Ms. Elton can get her Children to obey the law without the repeat supervision of law enforcement and can stop waking me up walking back and forth at 2:45 am slaming that Toyota. I am related to the Armstongs in county office my name carries a lot of weight in this town. Miss that pizza terribly now...

Worst gasstation to go to never open never have food made on-time extra 45mins when you come for carryout and short staff I don't recommend this gasstation to my worst enemy

Shirley and the whole team are so positive. It is nice to be welcomed with friendly smiles when I come in. I highly recommend stopping in for your convenience store needs.

Don t waste your time trying to order a pizza here. If they actually answer the phone, the wait time is usually and hour plus. Like most places, the service has gone downn hill considerably since COVID.

First time ever eating food from Caseys. It was awesome. Ordered the Taco Pizza and the BBQ Beef pizza. It was very tasty. Best choice we made while visting our son on base!! Will definitely be ordering again when we come back.

It's an older Casey's, but don't let that fool you. It's modern on the inside and has all the amenities you'll find at most Casey's. YES -- The pizza is here, too!!! And It's just as good as all the other locations. They really have pizza figured out. Every time, I come, there's always pizza ready. Totally amazing! However, paying for my pizza and counting change back takes longer than eating my pizza.

Clean gas station and friendly service. They have quite a few food selections including pizza and premade or fresh sub sandwiches. Those are much more meaty than any subway sandwich. They were a little slower making the subs, but very nice and detail oriented.

I don t understand how you use the same excuse every time I order.....we only have one driver right now. You end up sending food 45 mins past the already over an hour waiting time. Couldn t even offer an actual sincere apology. Get other drivers in the door. The same bs excuse only goes so far. Or have managers and other staff jump in to get stuff out the door and delivered. I am done with this place makes no sense on a Saturday to have one driver.

Called on a Thursday (Sept 17th) night about 5:10 PM- I was asked to hold, to which I said sure. They simply laid the phone down (I could hear every conversation, including when they would swear at the customer when the phone would ring) I waited for 15 minutes and then had my friend call in and they took his order right away (meanwhile I am still on hold and can hear the whole conversation). I waited to see if they would ever pick up the phone -I finally gave up after 27 minutes. Guess they just lost a loyal customer who stops here for breakfast a couple times a week and pizza once a week.

I love casey s, every one i ve been too has always been very friendly and great service!This specific one if the first i can say was very rude.They had an attitude helping me with a question weather or not i get pizza myself or they get it. (everything is out of order trying to prevent virus spread)

This Casey's has the best subs and pizza in town. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate to say this is the best gastation in town.

Platte City Casey's is full of nice and efficient staff. Excellent Customer Service abounds. Spend your gas budget here and you will not be dissapointed.

Good pizza, they are usually slammed at night especially the weekends. If you are a fisherman they almost always have worm's

My only problem was the increase in cost of some items. Even though it was extremely busy I was checked out quickly and employees were very pleasant.
