Do not purchase a vehicle here or bring your vehicle here for any kind of service. I drove two hours to purchase a vehicle here in 2021 and it has been nothing but a nightmare since the day I purchased it. When test driving, I noticed a noise coming from the driver s side turbo and suspected that it was broken and needed replaced. After their service techs inspected it, it was determined that the turbo was in fact bad and needed replaced. The agreement that we came to was that I would purchase the vehicle as long as they replaced that turbo with a NEW turbo.They had me go ahead and drive the vehicle home while they waited on parts. Three days later, I noticed a large puddle under my vehicle the coolant was completely drained due to a hole in the coolant line. I contacted the Sales Manager at the time to let him know what happened and he had me drive it back two hours to leave it with them to fix this along with replacing the turbo. When that was all done and my vehicle was ready to be picked up, I hadn t even made it 10 miles down the road before it went into limp mode. I had to drive back to the dealership at about 30 MPH on the highway because they didn t do the job right. I ended up waiting in the lobby for about an hour and a half while they tried to figure out what they messed up.Fast forward to a few weeks ago when my truck was in the shop with all sorts of issues including an oil pan leak, real main seal leak, coolant leak AGAIN, and the driver s side turbo and lines. The turbo that I was promised would be NEW was a SALVAGED turbo. The lines for the turbo weren t run properly and the turbo was broken. The bolts that attach the turbo to the exhaust manifold were also cross threaded causing damage to the manifold, so it also needed replaced. I have now had to spend several thousand dollars in repairs on the LEMON that I purchased from them.When I spoke with Mr. Bethel today about the whole situation and how I was lied to about repairs that would be made, all he kept saying was we re outside any kind of warranty period that would have cover this regardless of if the turbo was new or salvaged. That is beside the point. Had I not been lied to and a NEW turbo would have been used rather than a SALVAGED one, I probably wouldn t be in this situation. I never would have purchased the vehicle in the first place had I known they weren t going to put a NEW turbo in like I was promised. He doesn t care that I m out several thousands of dollars because I was lied to by at least one of his employees, if not more.I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. It has been a nightmare that I wouldn t wish upon anyone. I will be letting the Better Business Bureau know about this experience as well.

Bought a new 2024 Jeep Wrangler and then a 2022 Harley Davidson Road King from them. We have worked with Jake and have been 120% happy. Honest, smart, knowledgeable and not pushy. The whole team have been good to work with. I recommend that you give them a shot if you are in the market for a car. Great customer service goes a long way.

If you've ever been to a store and had a salesperson treat you like you were a member of the owner's family, then you will understand the great experience I had at this dealership. Jeff was great. He greeted me when I arrived, went over the vehicle with me (even though my trade-in was the same vehicle but a few years older), and made sure I received everything I requested. More importantly, he didn't try to sell me anything other than what I wanted, and he didn't do the typical haggling process that many dealerships do. He also arranged to steam clean a spot on one of the door panels and even offered to replace the panel if the steam cleaning did not work (it did). Based on my previous car-buying experiences, this exceeded all my expectations. If you are looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend going to this dealership and asking for Jeff Bethel. I think you will be very glad you did.

Don, my salesman, very nice, very accommodating. His brother, the finance guy, also very nice. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is Tyler (I believe that was his name). He ran the numbers and couldn't have been more rude and acted as if it was a true bother to even be doing his job. Very unfortunate as it left a overall negative feeling about the whole process

I spent 7 hours driving to look at a 2016 M3, and a significant amount of time working on all other aspects to purchase this car. Gordon, who assisted was responsive and excellent.It was made to seem I absolutely had to be there immediately to look at the car, the test drive was fine, and I was asked if I would sign paperwork and put a deposit down while we figured out the details.Two days later (today) as I walk out of the bank after securing financing, I was told the car was sold to auction because of damage discovered, with no notification to myself. Upon calling Tyler, the manager for more information, I wasn't given any specific details on what exactly was wrong with the car, and I was told it was already gone this morning.A pre-purchase inspection was scheduled for the following day (tomorrow as I write this) by a specialty shop nearby, which I was paying for.The lack of any apparent vehicle inspection before making me drive a substantial distance to look at the car on short notice was unacceptable.The desire to have me sign purchase paperwork, or put money down on a car without any apparent vehicle inspection was unacceptable.The lack of communication when the supposed issue was found was unacceptable, and instantly moving a vehicle without any communication was unacceptable, and would have saved me a substantial amount of time at the bank.Overall, good job for trying your best salesman Gordon, bad job Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

Drove Chevrolet products my whole life, but decided to switch to a jeep. Terry at Airport helped me get into a newJeep Gladiator and the truck is more than I could have asked for. They earned my repeat business in the future with a great deal. Everyone was easy to work with from Terry in sales to the finance department. I had some bad interactions at other Kansas City area dealerships who treated you as a quota instead of a customer. I was happy to find and buy from a dealership that puts their customers first. Great dealership with a new facility and above all great employees and management.

This was by far the easiest purchase, and best example of customer service in town. I had a bad experience at another dealer and wished I had seen them first. Don and Jake went over and above to take care of me. I will keep referring them to anyone I talk to looking for a car or truck.

My salesman Dennis was very helpful throughout my car buying experience. He made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns with ease. Would NEVER buy anything from these people. First off bought a 2022 ram 2500! Had tire problems first couple day. Took to tire shop and he informed me 2 tires were only rated for 40psi and bot rated for a 2500. Which they had 70 psi in a 40 psi tire! Next had engine light come on. Took it to another dodge dealer and they mis diagnosed it too of course. Next day fueled poured under the truck when fueling up! Come to find out they knew about the problem but part was on back order but they sold me the truck anyway and never mentioned it.

He was persistent (like good sales people should be) without being invasive. He was transparent and helped us get the deal we thought was fair. So, we bought my jeep in December, and I have not received my title yet and I can't register my jeep. By law I cannot drive my jeep?This place is giving us the run around. This needs to be addressed soon!!!is there a negative star? Because that is what I am going to rate this place.From an angry customer!!!!Yes, we reached out to you guys so many times and no response!!! Called & made appointment to get daughters Jeep Grand Cherokee L in for a full service. My wife took it for her and she was very impressed with how she was greeted, the service advisor explained everything they had done to her car. I read the ticket just now and am well pleased with how everything is explained and how they went above and beyond and did a recall we knew nothing about. If I could rate 10 stars I would. My daughter had a issue when the car was about 2 months old and a competitive dealer service rep treated her like she was out of her mind, she had him on speaker and I heard everything!! My wife is a farm girl and knows a few things about mechanical issues, and once I called the competitive dealer he had a totally different attitude with me, I decided he thought women were not intelligent.Outstanding service Airport DCJR!! You have a new customer and I look forward to working with you more & possibly buying a new vehicle in the future from you!!

I bought a Wrangler from Tony at Airport. And he and the guys made sure the Jeep was serviced and right before I drove away. There was no pressure to do anything on the business side of the deal. And would recommend them and will most likely buy from them again in the future. Thanks guys!

I had the opportunity to work with Antonio while looking for a new Chrysler Pacifica. Antonio was great to work with. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and was very responsive. Update: They say the title is lost and they have to order a new one. It's already past 60 days and I can't legally drive the vehicle anymore. They say it will take weeks and they are not willing to do anything to help in the meantime. I'm seriously considering voiding the sale at this point. (They didn't have any time to respond or update us what's going on by phone or email but after posting this they were very quick to send us an email to tell us not to use our legal right to void they sale based on their lack of delivery of the documents).They mark up prices way above MSRP and then try to convince you they are giving you a discount to go back to MSRP. Trying to get the paperwork to register your vehicle is a nightmare.

We ordered a 22 Wrangler 4Xe from Airport CDJR and had an awesome experience. We were treated right from start to finish. We had our wrangler built since we couldn t find what we wanted that had all the packages we wanted and Terry Mykins our salesman was very communicative throughout the process. He would touch base regularly to let me know what status we were in and never acted like I was a bother when I pestered him with questions about functionality or updates. Wanted to give a shoutout to the sales manager Allen as well and treating us like valued customers! We will definitely be back to do more business here!!

I wanted to send a note out about Airport Chrysler Dodge and my experience. The sales and customer service staff were outstanding to deal with. They got all of the information in front of me that I requested very quickly. I received a very fair offer on trade in of my current car. Although it was a Saturday when so many dealerships are understaffed, they managed to get everything taken care of, filled up the tank and washed the Jeep in record time. I was impressed by the follow up that came from the sales staff the next Monday as well. We met a young man name Antonio at airport jeep and he was nice and patient with us and every question that we had he would give us an answer, at first I was really nervous thinking we won't get the car but I all thanks to Antonio for going above and beyond for us. and ensuring us that he will take care of us and he did at the end.

The guys at Airport listened to my situation over the phone since I was 4hrs away. I m sure they were hesitant that I would even arrive 4 hours later right before they close but when I walked through that door 4 hours later and 20 minutes before close they were ready for me none the less. Not only were they all awesome people to deal with but they took care of what I wanted without zero problems. The process was quick with zero hiccups along the way. I will definitely be driving 4 hours in the future to purchase my next vehicle here.
