Asked for my tire to be replaced and if other tires were bad to call me and I d have them replaced as well. Car took 3 hours to be ready, only to find out they plugged my tire and sent me home with two bald front tires with wires showing. Thanks.

Great service , staff very helpful - ordered tires online delivered to store and made a 730am appointment to get tires installed was out in a little over an hour

Went there this morning before 8 am to get an oil change done, waited 2 1/2 hours to be told that the previous oil change shop over torqued the oil filter and that they are not able to change the oil.Went to previous oil change shop and they had the filter off within 5 seconds.Needless to say that I will never go there again to get my oil changed.Unreal.

Made an appointment for tire installation at 1000 and showed up early at 0945, they did not get to my car til 1045. Why even make an appointment? Poor planning , other people was placed ahead of me that didn't have appointments. Frustrated.

Last year I purchased tires and the "lifetime rotation and balance" at Walmart Automotive in Pineville Missouri. Today, I went in to get my tires balanced and was told that it was a 3.5 hour wait because people that have appointments come first. I asked to make an appointment and was told they don't make appointments for the "lifetime rotate and balance." It appears that once you buy this service, they'll do it when they get to it and you're a last priority. I asked for a refund of the "lifetime rotate and balance" and of course was told they couldn't do that either. Once Walmart Automotive has your money, you're not getting it back nor are you going to be able to make an appointment to get the service you bought. You're expected to wait until they don't have anything else to do - meaning nobody buying tires and getting them put on. Walmart Automotive in Pineville Missouri has poor customer service and their employees, including Mike the department manager couldn't care less. I came home and ordered tires from Norm's Tires in Bentonville to replace the Walmart tires. I'll never go back to Walmart Automotive in Pineville Missouri. Avoid.

Been here 3 times in the past 3 weeks. First 2 times for tires the next for an oil change. All times I was told about an hour. Tires over 3 hours and here right now for almost 2 hours still waiting on the oil change. Slowest service I've seen in my life. The waiting room is nasty. Last time I come here.

On two occasions I ve tried to use this location for a tire service. Each time the person who I ve spoken, once in person and once over the phone, has acted like they don t want to be there and I shouldn t even try to set an appointment because 3 or 4 people already have an appointment. The lack of customer service just trying to set an appointment makes me not even want to know how my vehicle would be handled. Very disappointing.

First time using the tire & lube in this location. Not sure if it was just awesome Tuesday service, but definitely will return. The manager Mike was very friendly and helpful. Overall time for two tires: 30-45 mins.

All they know how to do Is smoke cigarettes .wish I could Give 0 stars.The manager worthlessWorthless service n horrible attitude n communication.They get paid too much to do jackThey watched us sit there with our groceries while our truck was just sitting there not being worked on.

The lady (Vicki?) at the front counter was really doing a great job. Busy with phone calls, walk-ins and customers waiting for their cars. She never lost focus and was definitely in command. And the technicians checked the lug nuts 3x for safety. A very busy shop with very few customers excited about how prices have gone up in general. I shopped, Walmart is very competitive. Tires aren't cheap and the balance of even new tires isn't free but just as important as the new tires. To Walmart management, the lady at the counter is a keeper. January 27th, 2020 10:30am

I had a simple oil change on my Subaru. They didn't tighten the oil plug so it leaked everywhere onto my driveway. Took it back. They informed me it had not been tightened on correctly the first time and assured me it was good to go this time. Next morning my car is still leaking oil. Ended up taking it to A1 auto in bella vista so they could fix the plug. WalMart took care of the bill but the fact that it took twice, could have been much worse and still did not get it correct. I will not be back.

I have a 8000 dollar car audio system in the back of my car a wall with 4 12s my old tires were touching my subwoofer surrounds the metal thread showing it did not damage them but shows carelessness to others belongings and dirty hand Mark's all over my doors from grease from hands . Other then that and the 3 hour wait it was a outstanding job . They need to be more careful that's why I'm giving 1 star .

Hate to throw them under the bus like this but they neglected to reattach the skid plate on our car. When I called to talk to them about it, they kept putting me on hold. I called three times and was on hold for ten minutes each time. Never spoke to anyone.

Poor service they are always having to call a CSM to come back there when you are trading in batteries. We waited over an hour for the CSM. Buying a battery for your car should NEVER take that long.

Generally the mechanics outside to put the tires on and self-worth were very nice and polite the man inside at the register had an attitude because I didn't know the size of the tire or the brand that the tire was as it was not even my car that I was getting the tires put on and I said to him as you can see sir I am handicapped I cannot get down on my hands and knees and look for those little numbers and letters I said can't you look at them he mumbled something got down looked at him walked away went inside told me how much it would be wanted me to buy all these extra warranties and everything and I said no I did not want them told me the price I hate it man I got in the car and was pulling away from the tire department doorways I stopped and looked at my receipt and every one of the extended warranties etcetera that I said I did not want he car to me for so I would definitely be careful and look at everything before you leave I also had an issue when I brought the car there for the oil change the man did not know how to reset the notification light on the dashboard and I said everytime I bring it here they reset it he told me he didn't know how to do it I need the to go to the Toyota dealer I said why should I go and pay them to reset it when that's your job and they've done it every other time before if you don't know how to do it find somebody who does he told me take the car to the Toyota dealer just at that point there was another mechanic walking through I asked him I said excuse me I need to speak to whoever is in charge around here he said that's me what's the problem told him what happened he went out and he told that man that he's been told numerous times about resetting the morning for oil changes he said and you have the books right there for all the cars that tells you step by step how to reset the Morning Light all the head mechanic got in the car pushed a couple buttons on the dashboard Within 3 minutes got back out said I'm sorry sir everything is all reset you're good to go he said it'll go off in another 4000 miles I thanked him very much and he apologized to me again for the mechanics attitude and for him to keep telling me go to Toyota the head man in charge said if you would have went to Toyota they would have charged you and I said that's what I was telling your mechanic why should I go pay for them to Reef push the reset buttons when you've always done it before cuz this is the only place the car ever gets the oil changed and I left

We bought 2 new tires for the front because our car is fwd they put new ones on rear and threw away our tires. Made them redo work

Fast friendly service. Was able to get my old changed and back on the road in 35 minutes.
