Had my car towed there without even giving them prior notice (had left my phone at home). They told me it might be a week, which I was totally cool with. 2 days later I had my car back and running like a top. Very satisfied!! Update: fair price, good service and reliable!Update: still the only place I trust my car to!

Bethel auto does not take you seriously and act like you are stupid. So now my car window won t go back up because the switch stopped working after I told them to look at it

Bethel is the best in the business. A good way to find out if a shop is good, simply ask when you can get your car in. If they have a two week three week or month wait list that is a clear indication they are doing something right. I've taken two vehicles to Joe and never had an issue with the quality of work.

Bethel Auto has been servicing/repairing my vehicles for years! They are the MOST HONEST and helpful automotive shop I've ever been to (and I've been to my share over the past 35 years). I highly recommend their shop. Their techs are knowledgeable and prices are fair!Joe and his techs are ALL friendly and professional. Been going there for soooooo many years and I will never go anywhere else as long as they are there!!!They are the cheapest price to go to for major repairs or servicing -and you receive your vehicle back in safe working condition and road worthy. They've done various jobs for me only charged me for the part if it was a quick fix (wiper blades while it was raining and I pulled in because one was broke) they quickly put them on for me!They've always inspected ALL our vehicles and have never been out of inspection stickers in all the years I've taken our vehicles/children's vehicles or motorcycles there.

I've been bringing my vehicles to Joe, including two diesel trucks for the past seven years. They go above and beyond every time. I've never had an issue bringing my vehicles to Bethel. I've developed a good relationship with the owner and I trust him with my cars and my money. You won't find a better diesel mechanic in the entire region.

I ve stopped by numerous times first thing in the morning with a flat tire on trailer. Every time I walk in guys are just sitting around talking and When I asked if I could get some air they advice me that they haven t turned on their compressors yet and it s gonna be about 30 minutes...? I m sorry I thought y all were an auto shop why wouldn t you do that when you got there?.. No urgency or motivation to help a customer. This place is a joke.Service: Tires

Two years in a row, you come here and they are OUT of inspection stickers. Something tells me they are lying to people. Running out of stickers is against the law for a place like this. I will be reporting this to the state.
