Downing Sales and Services has consistently provided exceptional service. They have taken my orders accurately and processed them in a timely manner. They have even provided me with technical and maintenance information and documents for my Pak-Mor trash truck bed and hydraulic system.I was very impressed when their technician called me to have me check a recent order to confirm the correct seals were in my kit. He noticed that their supplier had included the wrong seal in a kit he was installing, and wanted to ensure my kit was correct. These guys get customer service right!

Purchased dumpsters and a camera system there recently like the American rolloff brand they sell now. The staff is always helpfull and I am always full of questions.

For over 13 years Downing has helped me keep my business running. I truly appreciate their hard work and honesty. They are always there for me when I need a part or service or just to answer a question. Ozark Refuse highly recommends Downing Sales & Service. They are really great people.
