I have been so impressed by these people. They looked at my car fixed it the same day and gave me a reasonable price. I will be using them in the future and recommending them as well.

Excellent communication. Very upfront on what is recommended and ballpark quoting of price. I have always heard if you find a good mechanic stop looking. I can tell you, I don't have to look anymore. The gentleman at this shop couldn't have been more helpful. I don't know a lot about cars and they broke it down to facts that I could understand. I dropped our work van off after it was involved in a slight accident. They had it up and going again in less than 72 hours. They looked for the best price on parts and were even able to find me a matching wheel that was damaged during the accident. The wheel they found was was silver. They recommended that I just get a can of spray paint. I agreed that was the simplest option. On the day that I came to pick up the van I found that they even took the time to paint it black to match the other three. I mean who really goes the extra mile anymore. These guys do. I was new to the area and needed a place to go have been a few times with different issues all where addressed. They are able to give me a price of what the work will cost. Over all great experience and feel like they do what you expect them to do. They get to things quickly even if it dropped off (call first) I would recommend them for all your car needs they have my business.

Last time in they tried to get me to pay 200 for Brake hose just needed tighting.10 minute to titan willnever go back plus he was very rude

Owner very rude! Refused to work on my husbands car as soon as he realized that he was african american. Wouldn t print us out a diagnostic sheet wanted us to take a hand written note that said what was wrong. Very sketchy! Do not recommend! Also made my husband have his car towed from the lot but wouldn t move a huge truck that was in the way.

I have given this company two chances at some business from me. The rudeness I get from them on a simple phone call is ridiculous. I wouldn't let someone work on my vehicle that I can't even have a civilized conversation with. I wouldn't recommend them just based off the customer service pyou get through the phone. Going to go ahead and edit my response. You can clearly see how rude even the reply is from the people that are running the place. Please stay away.

Very friendly! I knew I may need to wait awhile, but no!! They got the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than 2hours! Top notch auto and light truck repair!!! Been in business for years, and very friendly and helpful. If you don't understand something, or are not sure about something, Mark will take the time to fully explain it. If you're looking for a good honest mechanic, this is a great place.On the plus side, this guy is a VET!

I was failed for an inspection on bent control arms even though the control arms weren t bent apparently the mechanics have never seen an angle control arm on a sports car I only came in for a safety inspection and was flagged for my exhaust when that has nothing to do with safety mechanics here don t know what they are doing do not recommend

Ladies, this is the shop for you if you want to be treated fairly, talked to respectfully & NOT taken advantage of! My alternator went out in my car in Pacific, had towed to a reputable company I was referred to in Villa Ridge who then quoted me three times higher to replace it then others because Ford requires them to change other parts when replacing an alternator. Was told if I elected not to do the changes, they would be happy to help me just wouldn t warrantee the work. WTH!! I reached out to Stephens Car Care because they had worked on my car a couple times before and had always treated me fairly & did not take advantage of me or my situation because I was a female. So after one call to Mark Stephens, the owner, I told the tow truck driver to turn around and tow my car instead to Stephens Car Care! This is the first review I have posted but felt I needed to do it to help others from having to deal with the BS of being taken advantage from other companies. This is a fair shop that provides quality service.

This is the absolutely the best mechanic shop in town. I have been a customer since 2004. I don't trust any one else with my vehicles! Stephen's is honest and has integrity which is hard to find today. Longtime Happy Customer!

I've always taken my car to Stevens Car Care. He has always been straight up with me and always charged me appropriately. Last visit he saved me a couple hundred bucks less than what i was quoted. Has always fixed my problem in a timely fashion as well. I have no complaints from my experiences.

My check engine light on my 2014 Chevy Silverado came on and the dealership I boughtEd from recommended Stevens Auto Care. Well I bought the extended warranty With the truckNeedless to say they charged me $200 to run a Check Engine Diagnostics and change the oil that very night the light came back on so I called the next day to see if he would look at it againBecause the light came back on and it was another hundred dollars. I can understand payingFor the first looking at it but the light hasn't been off 24 hours and he wants another hundred dollars it's b*******.I wouldn't bring my lawnmower for a oil change here. Went for state inspection and emmissions. Ended up needing a sensor replaced to pass. $350 later and still no passing emmissions, lights on dash came back on the next day! Called and they explained it could be a different sensor which would be another $200....Googled it, replaced it myself in 10min. Needless to say, I wont be going back.

Purchased vehicle from Herky AutoCenters an was told to take to Stephen's due to clunking in front end and after picking up vehicle later that day their comment was it was just loose plastic, however clunking still there and had to take to another shop in Crystal City an vehicle brakes are shot, needs alignment, tire balancing and it has an oil leak SO BOTTOM LINE STEPHENS NEVER looked at vehicle.

The work was done very fast and I received a phone call with additional options that did not have to be done but we're explained before I was charged for anything extra the pricing is very reasonable and the work is solid and dependable
