Jim s Auto will always be my mechanic. They are so knowledgeable, up to date on the latest computerized auto technology, they don t try to up-sell you, they know you by name and are friendly, respectful, and professional. I have never had a doubt about repairs and maintenance on my vehicles when they are serviced at Jim s. I highly recommend them to everyone.

These guys are always super nice and friendly. I love that I have one guy that does my oil change all the time . Would not trust anyone else, these guys take care of my needs in regards to my Denali. These are my guys!!

Called to get my car inspected on the 22nd. Said they were booked up till the 31st but could fit me in for that. After agreeing to that I called back and asked if they could install a battery as well andThey said yes. Even though they were very busy they fit me in and finished both things I asked for. There was black ice out and even though most businesses were shut down, they were in there fixing cars so people could get to work when the road conditions did clear up.Everytime I go in there they are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend. 5/5 stars.

I took my truck in for oil change, tire rotation and asked for them to go through it, as I planned on selling. I did not get exciting news on what my truck needed, but I got the truth on all issues. Also was presented multiple options on how to handle the issues. Bad news on one end, but the thorough examination, and options offered made a positive visit for me. A plus from me for the honesty and presenting multiple options on the several issues I had.

I dropped off my car and got it back fixed in a timely fashion. Was very satisfied with the work done on my car. Curtis was excellent up front.

I m from out of town had car troubles on the highway and walked in unannounced with an issue. They were AMAZING and offered to look at it because there are no car rental agencies near and I m 9 hours away from home. I needed to get. Home by midnight for work. I can t say enough about the staff! Courteous and polite as well as very efficient (they had to order a part said that they would have it delivered in an hour and hopefully get me on the road) thank you Brian and your team you rock!Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Auto emissions testing

Guys in office were very nice and professionalHowever the one who drove my 2003 motorhome into the shop for an inspection, drove it like a sports car. Did not appreciate the way he treated my vehicle and commented about it to the guys in the front office. Does he not realize that an rv can not be driven like a car? He should be educated on how to treat others property.I will return in the future, however I will request that this individual does not drive my vehicles.

Very disappointed with the way they treated my car. Was promised it would be kept inside but was left in the weather for several weeks. All the time and money I spent keeping my 67 Firebird clean and detailed destroyed. Don t know why they didn t work on it as if my money wasn t green enough for them. Would NOT recommend them!!

I had a Service engine light come on. I was all packed up and I was leaving on a fishing trip. Called and asked if I should risk going with this showing up. I just needed to know and told them to check it out and advise me. If I shouldn t drive it I told them I didn t expect them to repair it that day and I would unpack it and take another vehicle. These guys went out of their way to repair it and allow me to get on my way without all the hassle that I could ve encountered !!! Top Notch Service !!!Service: Electrical repair

Well I felt since I bought the tires from them that they would not charge me for a rotation, I was wrong they charge me $25 to rotate them I'm not happy

They are phenomenal! They are pretty booked up at times, which sucks if you have to wait, but it's because they are that good. Also, they are super nice and friendly there. Everytime I leave there I rave to my boyfriend and all I can ever say is "they are just so nice!" I have used Jim's Service Center for years. The entire service team is always helpful in figuring out any issues that may occur with vehicles and they correct the problems quickly and at a very fair cost. I don't go any where but to this shop. It is great to know they know their business and again do the work at extremely reasonable prices.
