I chose Floyd's really on the basis of their reviews and am happy I did. A good, honest mechanic, in my experience, isn't that easy to find. And, i just moved here so going on reviews sometimes is all you have to make a good choice. The young men here are very knowledgeable, they got us in and out quickly and without trying to convince us there's more problems. They've serviced my car 2x and if it needs a 3rd, I'll be going back to Floyd's. Friendly, courteous, easy to talk to, honest, reasonable. Thanks guys! We appreciate you.

I've been dealing with the owner, Travis, for awhile now. The service is nice. They never overcharge me. And I've never had any problems with the repair or tune up afterward. If you are looking for a good, family run automotive shop, Floyd's is the place for you.

Amazing people! I was on my way to St. Louis when my car tore up just north of Perryville on the highway. I called numerous shops and told them of my situation. The other shops wouldn't even look at my car. When I called Floyd's, the gentleman was so nice and told me he would check my car. They looked at it immediately, Explained what was wrong and had me on the road in an hour. It is so hard to find a place that doesn't take advantage of a woman. I really appreciate them.

Friendly and professional service at an exceptional level. They went out of their way to get my car in for new brakes before Thanksgiving so I wouldn't be stuck grinding my way through the long weekend. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I trust only Floyd's Automotive to work on my 2004 WRX Sti. Travis and Ryan are always honest with me and never recommend any unnecessary repairs. If you want it done right and to have a trustworthy shop to service or repair your car. Look no further than Floyd's Automotive!

Moved to Perryville 4 years ago. Had to replace brake pads & rotors on my car every 3-4 months for a year prior. Nobody could diagnose or fix the problem. I brought my car to Floyd's and Travis found and fixed the problem the first time (and it stayed fixed). I broke down after hours near Chester, and Ryan came out and got me going. My wife's alternator went in town on a Sunday, and Larry happened to see her. He got her van to the shop so we wouldn't have a tow bill. The service and workmanship at Floyd's Automotive is second to none, and they could easily charge twice what they do for the value I get. More than that, they are just outstanding people. 5 stars aren't enough. Floyd's Automotive is exceptional.

I had problems with my Nissan Juke, and both Ryan and Travis were big helps in finding out the problem as well as solving the problem quickly. I highly recommend Floyd s if you have an import vehicle needing work!
