Went by at 750 pm (closes at 8pm) doors were locked and staff standing at counter. Drove to oreilys and got what I needed.wont waste my money here just because it was closer.

I recently showed up just a few minutes before they were supposed to close. And considering the time, I definitely didn t expect to receive the help that I needed. But I couldn t have been more wrong! Darrin and Rayden went above and beyond to help get me back on the road. Thanks guys! I definitely owe you one!

I left a review 4 years ago about how much I loved going to get my parts from autozone. Especially the one in Perryville. Ever since this store lost Lynn as a manager this store has went down hill fast. You can't get what you need when you need it. You have to wait a day to get it if it even gets ordered at all. The k8ds they have working there now don't even know the difference between a headlight or a lugnut. As I was told when I called to reorder a part that he couldn't look up the exact same part without entering the the car info all over again. It was the exact same part that was ordered an hour early amd was saved on my profile for warranty info. I asked why not with the computer in front of him and then he said the part is ordered and hung up. Customer service sucks. Parts availability is none exsistenet. People who have knowledge of cars don't work here at all. I'm getting to where going to autozone in Perryville is a terrible experience. I hope it gets better but hiring kids who know nothing about cars and nothing else is poor business.

I went in for a new headlamp light and the gentleman working went outside in the 22� weather and helped me and me how to do it. Also, the lady working was so very friendly and welcoming! I wish I knew their names so they could get credit! I've never had an experience like that at Auto Zone. I'll definitely be going back!

It's was a very windy day and just as my windshield wiper was on the up stroke a gust of wind blew my wiper blade completely off the wiper arm.Luckily I was a mile or so away from the auto zone in sullivan.I pulled in and talked to the sales girl Cassie.She was so kind and came outside in the rain and replaced my wiper for me.And I went on my way with a clear windshield.Ty cassie

I was highly disappointed by the costumer service at this location. I m from out of state and no one ever greeted me, asked if I needed help, or hardly ever spoke to me unless I said something. Back home auto zone workers come out to your vehicle if you need assistance or have any questions this location told me it was against their policy to help me on my vehicle, but back home they have always helped me every time! I will definitely not be going back to this location during my stay in town!

What is the point of a lifetime warranty because if it has a lifetime warranty just means part wares out really fast and you only get a few replacements then you get stuck with a part you know is gonna break again and again eventually have to by another part.

I only gave 3 stars because I went home and pulled up their store website and not only found the part I needed (that they said they didn't have) but found it for $29.99 and $14.99. One of those places where ladies are given the runaround in my opinion. They told me they'd have to order it and it would be $46.99. I won't be going back there. The only reason for three stars and not zero is because the first gentlemen to wait on me wasn't rude.

Headed to Florida from Minnesota, my fiances cv axle broke. Not only was this location the only one who offered to order it but also made sure we would get it as soon as possible, four hours after we called, while others wouldn't have it until tomorrow or even two days from now. They also let us use their bathrooms several times and gave us info on things around if we needed anything. On top of letting my fiance use their tools to get his part off and back on. I am beyond satisfied with their professionalism, their helpfulness and the fact that they got us the part so quickly. If I ever need a part store in Missouri again, this is where I'd go!
