Not once, but twice. I won't be back. The first time, the mechanic told me he was going to eat his lunch first (I was on my lunch break). Today, after making an appointment and telling the mechanic I could not leave my car, when I arrived a bit prior to my appointment time, I was told I would have to leave my car. Needless to say - I did not. The Raymore location was rude over the phone, Peculiar was rude over the phone but did schedule an appointment, to no avail. Whoever was working today was short of being a jerk. Customer service is key. I just needed my oil changed and I got it from individuals who greeted me with a smile and made sure they took care of my needs; I just had to head a little further South to RobertsTire Center in Harrisonville.

Robin was nice. I blew my radiator in town and I called to see if they could fit me in that day and how much it would cost. She responded quickly and was able to get it done before 6pm (it was 11-12am) but told me they wanted 928 dollars. I'm sorry but that's a 400 dollar part and 45 bucks of coolant from the parts store. It's a 3 hour job or quicker at a shop with proper tools. I ended up doing it myself and can confirm the prices and timing needed. I'd avoid this place unless you have money to burn.

Called and made an appointment for a flat repair. Showed up and guy says they haven't had a working tire machine for 2 years. I was on a family trip and called over 20 places. Pretty frustrating that they said to come in. Only giving 2 stars because guy at the desk told me the next most likely place that could get me in. Luckily it worked out and was only 10mi away.

Great help in getting my son's truck fixed and very well priced! Explained what was needing replaced, let me know the price up front. Unfortunately they needed to keep it over night when the part didn't fit. They called and let me know and did everything they could to make sure they got the right part the next day and the truck was ready to go. Extremely helpful and friendly!!

I recently got my oil changed there and in the 2 hours it was there it was damaged. There was a very large door ding that broke the paint. They said they would not cover the damage in any way. They don't have cameras on the side of the building where they park the cars! They couldn't prove they did it. I've been doing business with them for 10 years and have recommended them to friends and they won't even cover damage that happened on their property! I will not use them any more and don't recommend you do either. Disloyal!

This place is a scam and a racket with the Peculiar police department. Did an inspection and 5 weeks later, 2 weeks of phone calls with no answers, they hadn't started on anything. We decided to pick it up and they charged us $137 for work they didn't do, they told the police we were harassing them, police told us to leave without our car or be arrested. The new gal in the office lies to the owner over the phone and then lies to the police. It was like something from a bad movie.

Took car in of an evening told them what needed fix, they said No problem should have it done next day. Call them around 10 am and no one seem to know what to do told them again, around 2 :30 get a call and they said other thins need fix. The last few time I been there this seem to happen. They find something else to fix. Still no car fix that day.Seems when asking to fix one thing they spend time finding other thing beside fixing what was asked to be fixed .

I've taken my car there twice now. Took a little longer than expected but the service was top notch! Honest, up front and they stand behind their work so 5 stars all the way!!

I lost air in a tire and I was traveling out of town. I could not find air at four gas stations, gave up and decided to go to a shop for assistance. I m not sure of the name of the gentleman that helped me but he was very professional and fixed me right up. I appreciated it very much!

Do not take your car here if you want it fixed right. Their approach is to hook you in to a cycle of ever increasing costly "repairs". Very disappointed as this used to be a great shop.

Way over priced. Don't waste your time. Have taken cars there out of obligation and have had to return them every time for poor wirk. So youll pay an arm and a leg and it wont even be fixed. Customer service is AMAZING however.

I had a blow out on my trailer right down the street from them on YY I called them asked if help by putting some air in my spare tire and I would bring it thereThe lady that answered the phone saidWe're too busy i told her all I needed was airShe said were booked and hung upPiss poor neighborhood shopNOT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS
