the guys were so nice and they repaired my car so quickly. on top of that, they noticed my break light was out as i was driving away and they chased after me to let me know and fixed it for free! i'm definitely going back to them in the future!

Great service, high school kids get free oil changes. Had a belt fixed, was quick, and only cost 47.00. They also didn't try to sell me on thousands of dollars in repairs like the dealership always does.

They misdiagnosed my vehicle and then charged 400 dollars over the original estimate for the work they did. (Which still didn't fix the problem) Took them 3 weeks to get to the actual problem and during that time I always had to call or stop in to get an update. 2 stars because thet were reasonable to deal with and we have had some inspections done previously without issue.

They got me in right away for an oil change, an a Missouri vehicle inspection. When they found out I was an US Veteran, the oil change was at no charge! What a pleasant and unexpected surprise. They do great work too? Highly recommended!

If you allow Higgins to repair your vehicle be cautious. Make sure they are perfectly clear with you on how and what they are going to do. I assure that when they damage your vehicle they will not accept responsibility for the damage they did and will not repair it. They will do everything they can to point out any flaws they can find to assure themselves that they shouldn't repair the damage. If you expect to talk to the owner forget it. He will play hide and seek. You will never talk to him. On the phone or in person. Complete lack of integrity and morals. I now understand what others were telling me about Higgins. It is a shame. I thought I found a mechanic that I could build a good relationship with. Not this one. Very disappointing.Service: Body & Trim

Great service. Took my camry here multiple times. Transmission fluid change. thermostat replace, brakes. Each time, timely work. Camry will reach 300k miles thanks to these guys

These people were very, very kind to me. I was stranded on a road trip and they took me in and cleared their schedule when no one else would. After spending a few hours with multiple people working on my car, they gave me a lot of really important information and sent me home without charging a thing. I would have ended up stranded on the side of the road if it weren t for them. If there office seems questionable, don t worry :) They will go the extra mile to show that they care about you. Thank you so much you guys for all of the help!!! I appreciate seeing kind people in this world

I'd like to say that if the owner Jay works on your vehicle, he does a terrific job at a great price. However, his employees, in my opinion do not. We had a minivan that had problems when we turned the steering wheel and Jay fixed 2 parts that completely fixed the problem. It was around $700, but that was still half of what it could have been after researching prices. We took our other vehicle in when it was having issues with the brakes and were told we needed to replace the break booster to fix the problem. It would be around $400 to fix. They put the new one in and it did NOT fix the problem. Now we were told it was an injector that needed replaced, but we were already out the money for labor and parts for the part they put in for no reason. I feel this wouldn't have happened if Jay was working on it. We told them to put the old break booster in and take the new one out and we're out $320 for labor. Will take my business somewhere else from now on.

We've been using Higgins for 12+ years. Even after moving 30 minutes away, we still bring our vehicles to them. We drive older cars so it's reassuring to have a good mechanic that we trust. We tried a few others that were closer to us once we moved but quickly returned back to Higgins. Prices are competitive. We have never had to return due to the vehicle not being repaired correctly. They get the job done quickly. Once they discover what the problem is, They call with repair details prior to starting the job They have never tried to upsale or recommend something unnecessary. We are very thankful for Higgins

We were driving down to a wedding, and we realized that our mechanic that had just done an oil change didn't put our splash shield on properly and it was bouncing and hitting the ground anytime we hit a bump. Higgins automotive was the closest shop around. They had to take it all he way off and put it back on properly. They did it in 10 minutes and sent us on our way. They insisted on us not paying anything. They are really nice and good people.

My brother, DAVID YOUMANS, took his used car here, as needed...he was extremely pleased with EVERYTHING they did and suggested!! Their prices were always fair!Unfortunately he passed away. We will continue promoting your place of business!GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU!

Tried to charge me 400 dollars in labor for a 2 hour MAX brake and bearing job. The vacuum line I did let them replace wasnt even tied onto the valves on either side and they are so lose the smallest bump on the road disconnects them. I would say they are unprofessional, but im going to have to go a step further and just call these guys thieves

We scheduled a week ahead of time to have our car worked on only to show up the day of and be told they didn't have us on their calendar. And they were not willing to correct their mistake and work us in. Very disappointed!

Awful service, sexist employees, bs pricing. They couldn't figure out the actual problem with my truck so they charged $1,400 for other parts they replaces less than half a year ago.
