ServiceThe store staff was friendly and professional. The store was clean and well maintained and stocked. They have the usual PFJ fare along with a Denny's for food selections. They have a good coffee selection along with my personal favorite the Bean to cup Brew. There is a small laundry room across from a drivers lounge. The truck drivers restroom was clean and well maintained. Showers are a little small but clean with lots of hot water and decent water pressure. The truck parking lot is a good size and has reserved parking as well.

Happy Year New to this staff.You really made my day. Thank you, It's been a while since I laughed till tears were rolling down my face. Love these people,I appreciate you guys taking good care of us when we are here, Always fresh hot coffee 24/7Denny's too. Good food, never disappointTruck parking could use some serious HELP, very old with decades of garbage.But that's on the Corporation to do something about it,You need Haz-mat to fix this(And not the one from 40yrs ago), this would be too much for employees of this facility to take care of.They deserve to have a nice place to work at tooFlying J fix this, Do it for the people

Great pit stop they have a little bit of everything it is a Flying J/Denny's Diner. Staff is helpful and friendly plenty of room for parking as well.

In looking at other reviews it seems like it's a common practice at this location to not keep up with cleaning and it's just some angry customer complaining because Im seeing it with my own eyes. Management really needs to address this issue. I walked in to the bathroom and it's just disgusting. The crew has not been rude but could be friendlier. Showers were clean but be careful with the prices as they falsely advertise and refuse to honor the posted price. I even spoke to the manager Jennifer but she wouldn't do anything about it.

There was a pile of dirt and a folded over rug the moment you walk in the door. The cooler doors were dirty. The floor and restrooms were not clean.

My experience with the workers here was pretty fun, they all had a great sense of humor. Inspite of the problems they were facing at the time, they were extremely up beat. The night crew is great!!!

I went there dec 12,23 and pump asked for my information and I put it in then it said see cashier so i went in two women behind counter and I told them it said to see cashier, they said I had to tell them a high price and if it didn't take all of it ,it would only charge for what I put in.I said no was there not a pump that would take my card.they said pump 10,so i went back out side.the pump kept say put in code so I left and went across street Caseys snd filled and before we left I got a call from my bank asking if I spent 150$ at the flying J. I said no so they were trying to steal money. And this is not over yet.one of the women behind counter, kept calling me love.

This Flying J is just fine. Clean restrooms, clean showers, staff are nice, lot of truck parkings. The food is the same as any other truck stop. This is my second time stoping here and everything its fine like the last time. I will keep stopping here.

Awesome experience. This is my favorite Midwest Pilot/Flying J !!!The management is sooo helpful and accomodating.Anyways, this truck stop is your standard Flying J with PLENTY of Parking. The Management is cool. Showers are clean. 6 miles up the road is a walmart and Sams club if you need to stock up on road supplies.Plenty of showers and fuel lanes. I had a wonderful 34 hour reset here.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK PILOT/FLYING J

Place is in need of a update bad. Everything is on the wore out side. Everything from the parking to the showers need a face lift. Be sure you have your tetanus shot up to date. Showers aren't very big and everything looks like it needs a good deep cleaning.

Plenty of parking during the day. Staff is friendly, bathrooms, although small, were clean. Unfortunately all four dryers were out of order.

Dirty is the best way to describe this location. Showers are not properly cleaned. Display cases dirty. Coffee machines and pop machines are not cleaned. Dirt all over front. Staff friendly! Previous users soap left in shower. Good size parking. Look across the street for better selection, cleaner, and fresh food. (Maybe you should hire the manager at D's).

5 stars for the showers. First time using a truck stop shower and had low expectations. Well, I was very impressed with the service and cleanliness of the private showers. The areas outside them (hallways) were dirty and the store itself. However my shower was spotless and had enough space to get ready, dressed, etc. They provided clean towel, facecloth, and floor mat. The showers were busy, at-least 5/9 were occupied. Shower head was flexible, water pressure was good, water was HOT and was not too hard/soft. Very friendly staff in the morning.But the smell in the hallway where the showers are is HORRIBLE. Makes you sick to the stomach.

The staff are helpful and nice but the store is not clean.The shelves are not always stocked with product. The beef jerky selection was limited. The restrooms and overall store could be much cleaner. The staff were nice and helpful.

Lady s at checkout counter are class a Karen s parked to in out of service fuel pump an went in to get coffee an go to bathroom an not 5 mins there calling me to move.

First off the Dennys is great. Awesome staff. So, the reason for 1 star is the horror shower. I was in stall 3, and the water kinda dribbled out, it's tiiiiiny, and the temp kept going from cold to melt your skin off without touching the handle. Would not recommend.

Showers closed down after we paid for showers due to ac not working. My hubby and I had to share a shower because the workers didn't want to clean more showers bc of the heat. Shower was later credit to free bc of the sharing by the young apologetic manager. Shower facility was small, old and door didn't close properly. Water pressure was poor.Next early morning my husband was left standing in line while a large female employee held up line with a long personal convo with a customer. My husband put purchases down and walked out an angry customer.Management here has fired multiple inadequate employees. They need to look at that very late/ early morning female not being very professional by wasting the time of paying customers and losing money for the business as they walk out dissatisfied. Seems the management is short handed but genuinely tries to give good customer satisfaction under the dismal conditions.The Dennys wasn't much better. The building was hot. We were seated quickly as the restaurant wasn't very full for being mid dinnertime. Waitress forgot some of our order which our other food got cold while waiting for it. Ranch dressing on salad was terrible with no flavor which I could not eat and was replaced with blue cheese. Overall food portions were adequate but both quality/flavor were lacking.I would not return to this truck stop/ restaurant again in the future.

Went in to buy deli food. Cashier ignored us, had to ask price on chicken strips 3 times. Rudely answering $2.99 each. My husband was ordering strips and she said you'll have to wait till I wait on these customers. They weren't even to the counter yet.6:00 p.m. Wed. August 16th., 2023

When truckers stop to fuel they expect service. There was zero food. When asked if there woukd be more she said no there is no one in deli to cook. This is at 2:45 pm. When asked if the 2 chicken tenders left were too old she says I don't know. She had no desire to help what so ever. So we did not fuel, we put down drinks and snacks and walked out. Customer service skills are everything!! A truck stop with no food?? Come you can do better

Didn t get her full name but the lady (Jen) greeted everybody Hey sweetie Hello sir but when I walked up she said nothing. I even said Thank You for my receipt and her response was Yup but everyone else gets a You re Welcome Unacceptable!

Super dirty... i guess nithing have change in months , they need a new manager for sure ... and im just showing how they mop the floors... next time just open a hose and let the water run down i think is better

As a driver it seems most everything has an out of order sign on it. Only have stopped here twice and it was that way both times. Restrooms were a disaster so i waited and showered elsewhere based on assumption. And if you wanna relax and watch tv in the lounge. Forget it. Its overran with locals or homeless whichever the case the same people both times with their belongings and pets in there.

I love Denny's! Food was greasy and good as always, the coffee tasted like it had been in the burner forever, so it was delicious!

Clerks will tell you anything to get you out of there & it wasn't even busy. On the plus side there was lots of parking available.
