Excellent people to do business with, they have sales and service and fabrication work also, top quality workmanship, my second trailer and service, and will be my next choice also, i am 5 1/2 hours north and worth the drive, thanks again, happy customer

Anything to getting a new trailer or getting your trailer worked on, I definitely will continue to my business with mouser trailers! They take very good care of their customers. They do not overcharge you, and they keep it real! When they say your trailer will be done on a certain day, they mean it. Btw; the staff is great and very friendly. Mike, who always takes care of me, is awesome. The whole staff is very knowledgeable on the products and services of their establishment. Keep up the good work mouser trailers.

Kyla made this the easiest purchase I have ever made. Called talked a couple of minutes, made a deposit over the phone. Drove there the next day. All of the paperwork was ready. Was in and out in under 30 minutes. The service department even checked to make sure that the trailer lights and brakes worked before I left with it. Top notch service through out the process.

We love our New Big Tex utility trailer we purchased at Mouser Steel in Patton Mo. Dennis and his staff were very friendly and helped us find the trailer to best fit our needs..The trailer is very sturdy and i like that we don't even realize we are pulling our side by side behind us. We also purchased a large Big Tex goose neck flatbed from them a couple years ago and will keep going back..we highly recommend Mouser Steel for any Trailer or steel needs

Very friendly great staff and very reasonable prices. I came in for them to service my axels and they found my left side where I only had 20% of pad left on my brakes. Very good price they gave me. They earned my business and I will continue to take my trailer there when needs to be service.

Very good to do business with due to the fact they are willing to work with you. They were true to their word in all ways. The purchase was at a fair price and closing the deal and picking up the trailer was very pleasant including mugs and hats. If they can fulfill my next need I will be giving them a call, even though it is a 1,200 mile round trip.

They wouldn't honor the advertised price that is on their website, even after I showed it to them (in person). I was always taught that when someone tries to do fair business with you at your advertised rates, you honor that business. You certainly don't just send them out the door with nothing for the time they spent trying to do business with you. I'm not going to get mad and cause a scene in your shop, but that doesn't mean I was happy with the experience. I guess if there was a good thing about my wasted trip, is they smiled the whole time, even as I turned and walked out.

Great place to come and order all of your trailer parts. They have a good selection of stuff in stock and normally have anything you need for average repairs. Great staff and always helpful willing to assist you in anyway that they can. Will be back if ever a need.

Angie Mouser was my sales lady, I bought an ironbull dump trailer. Angie and her staff took really good care of me, did an awesome job and even had my new trailer cleaned up when I picked it up. She will be my first call when I decide to buy another trailer!

Recently purchased a new SD Norstar truck bed from Mouser Steel . I shopped hard for a bed and after talking to Mrs Mouser on the phone decided this was the place.I had talked with numerous dealers within 200 miles of my home but I was so impressed with the people at Mouser that I felt the 570 mile round trip was well worth it. Upon arrival at their shop I was treated like a valued customer. Mr Mouser got me straight in and their guys went to work.The installation was perfect and the two gentlemen doing the work were very professional and actually concerned if I was pleased with the quality of their work.It s not often now a days that you have an overall feeling of satisfaction . I was very pleased with the entire process.

The girl working with my friend went out of her way to do all of the calculations on all of the ads ons he wanted. If she did not know something or could not find something in the book, she made a phone call to find out what she needed. She was calm, cool and helpful. I wish all salespeople worked as well as her.

Just bought a trailer from these guys...super great to work with...very easy going and helpful...Angie came in on a Saturday morning even though they aren't open on Saturdays since I have a crazy work schedule....thanks a lot Mouser Steel for a great buying experience and the wonderful customer service.....
