Not a good experience. Came here for the convenience of location and fast service rather than the dealership. So fast they forgot to fasten the plastic guard underneath my car. It fell halfway off while I was driving on the highway. Not good with car stuff so I had no idea if this was an important part hanging off my car. Had to fasten it with bungee cords and take half a day off work to go up and have them fix it. The guy took the whole plate off, said that some piece was missing and they would review the footage and get back to me. Called a few days later they said go back up and they will fix it. So they put the damaged piece of plastic back on. And said if it falls off again, come back up and they ll just order the whole new guard. which tells me something wasn t done right the first time and something was lost. Did an offer me a refund a free oil change or anything. And now I get to drive around and and hope everything is still attached to my car. Not going back.

I always have a good experience at this particular valvoline. I'm pretty careful about who I let crawl around and change fluids and do things to my vehicles. However this group here is always run by somebody that pays attention and they double check everything and confirm everything. No oil plugs left out and no dangerous things unattended. I used to change my own oil but with a location like this one, well I feel comfortable! Thank you for being careful with our expensive vehicles.

I had a small issue with the oil change that I had done a month ago.I shared issue with the mgr (Lillyann) she got down in the pit area and took great care of me. You just can't find customer service like that anywhere! I highly recommend!!!

My vehicle has been throwing error codes about low oil psi. After replacing sensor and an oil change both can solve the issue. Problem ended up being employees installing the wrong oil filter. I'm sure mine is not the only 5.7 hemi getting the wrong filter. I guess it's time to start changing my own oil.

I used a coupon and got an excellent price on the oil change. The service was very fast and efficient. I will return in the future. I recommended to my family to use the app as well and get similar deals. I will return.

I sat there almost 30 mins waiting and then they let someone else in front of me who just pulled in. I will NOT be back. Terrible service.

Just now tried to stop in for a quick oil change. I was the only person in line at about 3 or 4 minutes after the posted opening hours. A gentleman walks out of the back while talking on his cell through the speaker phone, sees me and just keeps walking around talking on his phone. No attempt to acknowledge me, open the bay door, or try to do anything but play on his phone. I waited 3 or 4 more minutes until he disappeared into the back again without doing anything close to his job.I'll never make this mistake again.

These folks are so friendly, efficient, professional and cheerful. They changed my oil quickly while communicating clearly with me. They were informative in a low-pressure kind of way. I could hear them joking and laughing with each other and I had a smile on my face when I left. It's very rare to find decent customer service anymore, and it's especially hard to find employees that appear to like each other and what they do. I've been to this location several times, it's always been a good experience. Today, they knocked it out of the park though. Quick and easy oil change. The crew is personable, funny, and easy to relate to. The young lady who worked as the liason was extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend coming here when you need an oil change and can't or don't have the time to do it yourself.

Been here multiple times and they are always fast and friendly. I don t get pressured to buy extra services which is nice. Had low power steering fluid the last time I was there and the staff were knowledgeable on the cause of it.

Stopped in Wed just after 4. No line, got in immediately. Took about 10 minutes. All kids working there, which is fine, but when I walked out to my car didn't think the swearing and f-bombs were necessary (not directed at me). The gal who was getting me checked out pulled the air cabin filter to show me that it needed to be replaced. I declined and was in my car as she was putting the filter back in and she closed the glove box with her filthy hands and left grease all other the compartment.Service: Oil change

I've been going here over 4 years now and I typically don't do Google reviews but I have to say I'm very happy and impressed with the quality of service I always get from here. Over the years I've seen many face come and go and yet the quality of service hasn't changed. I have good relations with the workers there. They are always super friendly and very helpful and willing to talk to you to make the experience better. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs oil changes, tire pressure checks, coolant flush, and washer fluid top off (these are the services i use when I come here). They are always speedy and take the care needed to make sure the job is done right. Anyone who works at valvoline who's reading this thank you and I look forward to my next visit.Services: Tires, Oil change

Incredibly slow. Workers had absolutely no sense of urgency. Waited for 30 minutes with just one car in each bay in front, ended up leaving along with the car that was next to me. Not one person came out to explain or notify us of a wait. I ve been to other locations and it s been fine. This one needs some work.

Very fair and thorough staff. I pulled in and the techinician in the second lane asked me to wait my turn which I didn't mind. Although I think I should be served first. Other than that the process was smooth and I got what I came for.

I ve been to this location several times for an oil change. The employees are always professional, helpful, quick and willing to answer questions. I ve never had a bad experience here.I ve worked in customer service oriented jobs for a long time. I will say that there are a lot of things that can influence an employee s demeanor. A very large factor can be the demeanor and attitude of the customer.Honestly, courteous customers are the most likely to get the best service (at ANY business), trust me. Customers that are rude, entitled and/or verbally abusive should understand that THEY are often the largest part of the problem.I was very surprised to see any negative reviews about this staff and location. I wonder how these customers conducted themselves during their visit...Service: Oil change

When I went to Valvoline in Parkville Missouri I marked my oil filter with a red sharpie to check if it was changed. When I got to the gas station next door I checked it, and sure enough I still had my redmarks on my oil filter. I took it back and they fixed it. Please go to a different location if you need your oil changed. I typically use the Valvoline in OP and have never had any issues. Used this one today (even after seeing the negative reviews) and was blown away at how terrible this location actually is. The kids working were joking about how they never actually check filters/certain fluids to get everyone in and out quicker and were complaining each time a new car pulled up even though their close wasn t for almost 2 hours. I ll never go back to this one (pretty sure they didn t check anything on my car other than changing the fluid). The manager of this location needs new staff ASAP!Service: Oil change

DO NOT GO HERE. They had some inexperienced kid service my AC. He overcharged it. My hoses busted, chemicals went everywhere. I've lived with a broken AC ever since because the repair is so costly. Had a great experience receiving an oil change here. I was kinda skeptical at first since I have an Audi but the two gentlemen that assisted me were VERY knowledgeable. It was also kinda endearing to see them excited to work on my car.They also gave me some pointers on mechanics in the area for other services that Valvoline does not provide. Thanks again!

I have never done this once in my life. Normally when i have a bad situation with a company I simply no longer use their services. I have gone here to get my oil changed twice. Once in October and then again today. Apparently, the individual that did the change for me in October had placed my oil filter way too tight and now they could not get it removed this go around. So, they sent me to the location off of North Oak. I asked them to inform North Oak what was going on. They did not. The North Oak location would not help me and sent me on my way. When I called back here to see what we can do he said to just to my dealer. If I wanted to do that, I would've done it in the first place! Once again, a reminder to just do this kind of work on my own instead of relying on some 20 somethings to take care of it for me,Service: Oil change

My wife took in my 2018 Toyota Tacoma in 12-4 for a simple oil change and they were so lazy they only tightened 1 bolt completely and 1 half way another a couple of threads& left 1 completely out. Not to mention leaving a heavy duty wire completely off dangling under my truck. I took it there cause I have bad sciatica but guess who had to crawl under the truck to finish the job cause they're to lazy & incompetent.Service: Oil change

What a great group of young men. I was in and out in 10 minutes and that was on top of checking more than just the oil. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Very courteous and well mannered, willing to do more than just oil changing.
