Place is over priced and staff are not friendly. They care to only talk to themselves (complaining). The music was way inappropriate. Last time I was in there they had some rap song going about sex ( add explicit words). With little kids inside. I was told that originally a QT was going in and the owners heard of this. To rid of competition they out bid for the land and put in another. I work all kind of shifts and would have loved to see a 24 hour store go in. Just not worth it to me to go in there anymore.

Very discriminatory location. Attempted to use a business card in two pump locations. Both said "see cashier". Walked inside and asked why my card isn't working and was immediately met with "well maybe you should go to another gas station" by Shelly, who is apparently the manager. I asked for HER manager's information and she gave me another customer's receipt after I told her she was being rude. If you're a person of color, they don't have the same level of respect that they show other customers.

Discriminatory against special needs workers. Fired my brother without notice or any warnings and treated him so poorly the entire time he worked here. Will never give my money here again

The new location on 45 hiway. I don't know what you did to the burgers. We have been there a dozen times since you opened. But what you did isn't working. The holding tub full of Luke warm soft fries isn't cutting it eitherI'll go to burger King next door.

Went in because I thought I was overcharged. The clerk I guess just printed me the wrong receipt but, I went in because I thought it was an overcharge. I love the guy who was completely nice but, the lady just looked at me as if I was trying to get over on her. I come here all the time because this gas station is right next to my house but, this will be the last time I come in to buy anything. Obviously, reps don t know how to treat long term customers.

The station is the only place I buy gas when I am home, which is most of the time. You can get pizza or sandwiches. Hot coffee and a large selection of cold drinks. Also adult beverages and a walk in cooler of beer that feels great at the end of a hot summer day. Construction workers love this place they are always stopping end through out the day. Friendly staff and all around good folks.

I am new to this town and the people at this store are absolutely amazing! They not only welcome me to this town but they went above and beyond the call of duty, they not only provided me with gas and coffee, they provided a listening ear information on the new City I just found myself in homeless and alone! They went above and beyond to make sure that I was safe they made sure I ate every day they made sure my daily needs were met whether I had the money or not they are true caring individuals at the store they don't just care about your money or your business they actually care about you as a person and individual! That's why even though I'm new to town and I plan on being here for a while this will forever be my gas station! I want to give you all the great shout out and may God bless you all for the great and outstanding work that you are doing there and your tiny little gas station spreading the love and joy into these everyday lives of the individuals that frequent your shop! There is no doubt in my mind that they not only come in for the coffee and the gas but they come in for your smiley faces you're upbeat attitude and your kind and gentle words may God bless all of you! And from the bottom of my heart thank you so much for all that you do not only for me but for everybody out there by just being you! Forever the crazy homeless lady that you helped us out and let wander your parking lot until she got things figured out thank you so much again for your kindness and your generosity in your warmth when nobody else cared in the whole world you guys cared and that means so much you restored this crazy old ladies faith in humanity!

All good at The Station! I've tried everything here over the last couple months. Good car wash. Deli has a lot of choices including pizza, and delivers. Liquor store has reasonable prices and a big selection. The beer cooler is cold. The place stays pretty clean and the staff is friendly. I will visit frequently .

The people working here are always pleasant and engaging. Stopped in to grab 2 drinks on Sunday morning and the most pleasant young man was working behind the counter.

I had an issue with the gas pump over charging me, and when I called to get assistance with the situation, Ms. Heather didn't hesitate to do her absolute best at trying to fix it for me. She's not even a manager, but she sure acted like one. Amazing customer service.

Gas is more expensive than at other places about five minutes away. I believe with their location and lack of other nearby competition they are only charging what they believe the market can support. That's good business. The snacks and drinks are pretty much on par with everywhere else but the consistency of their product is a little lacking. Probably comes from lack of scale. All of the employees I have come in contact with are friendly and are certainly trying to provide good service. The problem is there aren't enough of them. The point of a convenience store is to get people in and out conveniently because most of them have somewhere to go. What I run into is often in the mornings they are understaffed and you have to wait and wait in line to pay for your items when a competitor like QT will have the same employee running on three different registers so people can get out quickly. One possible solution would be to pay more money so the staff doesn't turn over so quickly. Oh but then we would have to raise prices! Yes, that's how the market works or you take a smaller margin or less profits. Wait, that means the owner will not make as much money! You are correct again but considering it's the labor that makes you that money maybe you should give them more of the profits. But I built this thing why shouldn't I reap the rewards? No one is saying that the owner shouldn't get the majority of the profits but profit sharing is a good thing as well.If you don't believe that people working in service industry jobs should be able to make a living wage off the jobs they are in I am confused about who is supposed to do these jobs. It can't be high school kids because they have to go to school during the year. You can't expect all families to have one primary bread winner that affords the other spouse or partner to have a part time low wage job.In the next few years, with all the development going on around here, my assumption is that QT will come in and the Station will get bought out. Look at how QT pays it's employees. It's a career and they treat it like one.

If you see a handicap person trying to get gas and pushing the handicap button you should do your job and go out and help them not stare at them then go in another area of the store. Sorry it s cold out and you re being inconvenienced, but I m quite certain that the handicap people don t want to be in the situation they re in or want to inconvenience anyone either.

The food is amazing. And the gentleman who made our food made sure to clean everything before making mine because I have a severe food allergy to mammal meat. Great food and great staff. Everyone was friendly

Tucked away on the southeast corner of I-435 and 45 hywy is The Station. One side is a deli that serves sandwiches and pizza, the other side is a well stocked beer, wine and spirits selection with a walk in freezer full of your favorite beers. Meanwhile, in between, is a colorful buzz of patrons buying gas and paying for some of the many items The Station has to offer. With typically two and sometimes three cashiers behind the counter, your wait will be minimal as they breeze through your purchase while asking about your day. Around back is the car wash. Just drive on through before getting back in the road in a clean and shiny ride. The Station is a great choice when stopping is a must.

I like this gas station in general. Clean & good selection. Not cool you can't see the car wash from pumps to know one is broken and there was already a line. 30 minutes later.....Please fix the second wash.

Packed with afternoon shoppers and early morning gas-ups. Pizza is excellent. I get the thin crust. Always busy. Isn't that a good sign?

Decent selection of food and drinks, deli variety could be better. The chicken salad & tuna salad sandwich looked unappetizing, which is expected for it being the cheapest offering at $3. Good number of gas outlets.

I went in this store on august 8th. For health reasons I can not wear a mask, which is part of the mandate, if you can't wear one cause it will do more harm than good, you don't need to. I explained this to the clerk, who rudely told me they refuse service to me. Seriously I cant get a few gallons of gas cause I don't wanna have a panic attack and quit breathing. I will be camping corporate!

Always come here and have never had a problem. Last night though, stopped in and paid at the pump $10 worth of gas. Today i have a pending transaction of $125.00. Called the station and was told they couldnt do anything and to call the credit card company. I called them and they informed me that the station had changed their pending charge from $1 to $125. Once the transaction clears i will only get charged the $10. Just be careful with pay at the pump at this location

So this is actually a convenience store with a deli in it located just south of the Kansas City International Airport. It's not easily noticeable from the highway and looks to the serving a few bedroom communities scattered there about. Gas prices for cheap, the food was hot and everything to be expected from a convenience store Deli. Bonus items would include the $3 cigar boxes and all the liquor since it is Missouri. Cheap cigarettes too. The cherry on top was when I won $14 off of a $1 scratch ticket turn around cashed it in left all the happier

Typical gas station with a convenient store. They do carry premium pure gas (no ethanol) which is a plus but the day I visited the carwash was down.

I m no where from here, stopped to grab some food and didn t notice the mask requirements in effect. Although I don t agree with these mask requirements that s not the point, I would have kindly complied or left because I didn t have one anyway but the cashier lady had denied service in the most rudest way possible. It left a very bad impression on that town and store.

This is my personal favorite non BIG corporate e.g. I Quiktrip & Casey s...(locally owned I hope )So, with that being said I can say that I stopped in there 10-12 a week... it is always clean, products are easily seen, never out of anything, everything is priced and you know what you re getting... I say that last part because. With the kitchen. You see with they are putting on the food or make your food in front of you. But, also because everything is based and labeled to the customer...Now, as for the staff:AWESOMELY friendly, always curious and professional, helpful and I always seem to be in a good mood...(except only 1 male)...One time I was rushed and was made to feel like I was the problem of this guys day. But, I had only seen him in 4 to 6 other times after that. Not sure if staff changes were made or if his personality changed. That was in April/May 2017...

We used to get their pizza because it was really loaded with toppings, but tonight when we ordered The Works it had virtually very little toppings and maybe a tablespoon of sauce. We also has a cheese pizza and it wasn't bad. Nothing to write home to mother.
