Good Times Auto Body did a fantastic job on my Silver Nissan Versa and even cleaned it for me whenever I gave it to them in a not so clean condition. They also changed my lightbulb on my turn signal, and the ladies at the front desk were very very helpful! Five stars would definitely recommend.

I needed an honest body shop to provide a quote for damages not covered on my insurance policy. Dealership was not an option as I feel they overprice repairs. State Farm suggested Justin at Good Times Auto Body. I will forever be grateful for the referral. Justin was extremely polite, personable and accommodating, like I was family. My guard dropped. Justin's quote was beyond fair. I was never more thrilled to write out a check - and quickly - before he changed his mind. My Ford Ranger repairs exceeded my expectations! Justin and his crew did a FANTASTIC job!! The real shock came at check-out time. Justin reduced my balance owed as he said the costs were lower than he expected and quoted. If you want a place with integrity that feels like family helping family, go here and ask for HONEST JUSTIN!

I would highly recommend this local body shop! Their customer service and quality of work is really solid. They are communicative and quick without sacrificing quality. I truly can t tell my 2022 Subaru has a new (not original) bumper. I dropped the car off so dirty and it came back spotless. Thank you, Good Times!

Excellent choice to take your vehicle for any repairs. Justin is the best.I will let you know that once a quote is given and set up, they are 6 to 8 weeks out. Well worth the wait. Got to wait for perfection.

We had a really great experience with Good Times. Took my vehicle here after a wreck and because it was not driveable, they were able to put it in front of some others. The length of time did seem to take quite a bit of time (4 weeks), however, they did manage our expectations in the beginning and said it would be 3-4 weeks. I would go here again.

They did a great job on my escape. Got it back in 3 days and my grandpa who had worked in the body repair business in Minnesota for 50 years said they did a quality job as well. I ll definitely bring it back here should any other accidents occur.

I've worked with Rick who is no longer with Good Times over the years. My entire family has done business with them. They are relentless in their pursuit of perfection and just recently I started working with Justin. This is a locally owned business rooted in the belief that helping their guests/customers will benefit them more in the long run. There are so many corporate owned repair shops but none will take good care of you like the folks at Good Times will. Justin is thorough, honest and will get the job done. Support Local. If I could give Justin & Good Times Auto Body more stars I would! I tried to be an understanding person and work with the person who rear ended me. They wanted to refer me to a repairmen they knew and cash pay. I went to Good Times to get my own estimate first but agreed. After many months of bringing my vehicle (not major damage) to their person several times, I ended up back at Good Times for the repairs. Justin was very patient and understanding about the issues I was dealing with (with both the person that hit me and the insurance company) Almost 7 months after the fender bender, my vehicle is fixed! If I ever find myself needing a body shop, Good Times has my business!Service: Painting

A truly fantastic body shop! I've taken my car here on two different occasions for minor repairs that I didn't want to go through insurance for. Justin gave my estimates both times. He was very straightforward and honest about my options and suggested alternatives that helped keep cost down. He quoted me $800 less than the other two shops I got estimates from for my first repair. My second repair, I just went straight to them because I was so happy with my service from the first repair! If you want quality repairs, great communication, reasonable pricing, and excellent service go to Good Times Auto Body!

Our car was damaged in a hit and run. Good Times Auto Body got us in quick and did a beautiful job repairing everything. The paint is perfect! They returned the car fully detailed inside and out! I don t believe these good reviews. My car was dropped off here on 9/27. It s 10/27. They still have it. Apparently they think everyone is made out of money and I can afford to purchase a rental outside of my car insurance paying for it, but the best part is they still have no idea when it s suppose to be ready. I was lied to when I dropped the car off, because it took way too long for me to even get an estimate. (I was told there was 2 cars ahead of me for 4 days. Lol)I would have way more respect for this place had they told me they were too busy to accommodate me.So if you have nothing but time and an endless supply of money, this would be the place for you. I only gave 1 star because 0 is not an option:

My truck was hit and American Family had this shop as one of their preferred body shops so I called them up and Justin helped me out to schedule my truck to be towed here for a detailed estimate. Unfortunately it ended up getting totaled but Justin made sure to keep me updated and informed as to what was going on. When we went back to collect our belongings before it was taken by the insurance company, a couple of their employees came out to help us gather everything. Overall, we had a good experience here even though the circumstances weren t the best. Hopefully I don t need them again but I m glad I know about them now.

Although my car ended up being a total loss, Rick was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. His honesty and explanations really helped me to understand what I was facing in terms of my insurance and ability to repair the damages that had occurred to my vehicle. I am thankful to have worked with this auto shop!

I tend not to write reviews very often unless they have exceed my expectations and this place did. Justin and Michelle are both amazing people to work with. My car was towed to Good Times Auto Body due to a car accident, which I was not at fault. I was not looking forward to dealing with the aftermath of a car accident. Luckily, I was able to talk to Justin and he walked me through the process of how my car would be fixed. He was willing to answer any questions I had. Justin and Michelle did a fantastic job at giving me updates continuously and their great customer service made this whole experience better. They both made the experience as painless as possible and my 2019 car now looks like a brand new car all over again! Thank you Justin and Michelle so very much for everything! I cannot thank you guys enough. :)

I took my car in to get the bumper repaired after a minor fender bender. They did an excellent job! Not only that, but when I picked my car up, it had been completely detailed on the inside and washed on the outside. What a nice surprise!

I had bumper ripped off by another car and their insurance was difficult to work with, but luckily Justin at Good Times auto body shop made it easy to get repaired. They did excellent work, done when they said it would be, and the even put some extra touches to give it back to me in better shape than it was. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.
