Called them yesterday for a 5th wheel hitch and install on a 2015 ram 2500. Got there at 7:30 this morn and it was installed before noon great service with great price. No complaints.

Home Depot sucks, wouldn t answer calls, then told me they didn t have a scaffolding. Only to find out they did. Called ADH and they had what I needed for less money. They answered my call and were very friendly. I would go back again before I ever go to Home Depot. Thank you

This family owned business has the best customer service. They got our hitch and weight distribution setup for our new truck in no time at all. Decent prices. Will definitely go back if we need anything else for our hauling needs. Encourage others to check them out.

Had a very good experience with the folks at ADH Hitch & Rental. Kind and courteous folks. I recommend them highly, especially if you care about supporting a local business. I do and that's why I chose them. No regrets. The hitch on my SUV was installed quickly and efficiently. Works perfectly with my new bike rack. Thanks ADH.

ADH has always been friendly, fair prices, and prompt when installing trailer hitch wiring and other needs I have used them for .. They have just about everything for rent and sale in regards to service items. I have lived in the area 5 years and always recommend them to friends.

Great customer service. Price was reasonable. Installed my 5th wheel hitch in almost exactly the time they said it would take. They also took time to show me how to use it. I would definitely recommend them!

I went over there today and they warrantied my Curt trailer brake actuator. I literally spent about two hours talking to the owners. Absolutely the greatest bunch of people you ever want to meet. Very personable and great prices on trailer accessoried. I Would definitely recommend them. I live in Lansing Kansas about a half a mile from Austin trailer sales and drove over ADH. It's family-owned-and-operated and I appreciate that about it.

As a small business owner, it s extremely important to have a tool rental go to place like ADH for that tool I need occasionally but don t have.The owner, Denver, his sons, wife and the rest of the family are always ready to help!They also rent and repair trailers.Good place!

I needed a trailer hitch with wiring. They installed a hitch. I had no idea we had wiring already (in trunk type). They tested it and then didn't charge me anything for wiring.I took it on a Saturday. I had called ahead and knew their install hours were 8-12. I got there shortly after 8 and they were done in 1.5 hours tops. I was happy with their speed for a weekend.It's a one-time purchase but if I can't find a towing-related product elsewhere I would go back.

This company was comparable in their prices, I know I called to find out. After finding that they were comparable to all the others I decided on them. The reasons are; they were local, have a great location and great customer service. That was the reason I chose them; what I didn't expect was their words of wisdom and took the time to show me how to use the hitch and hints on how people might take advantage of you or steal from you. I totally recommend using them.

The Absolutely the best place to rent equipment You can also have some work done on your own equipment such as trailer lights hitches Bed covers. Quite a few truck accessories. #1 for a family owned and operated business it is just the best!!

Very friendly service. They help you figure out what tools your project needs, and they explain what sort of rental plans will work the best for the time you have to work with. They explain how their machinery works, and they help with loading and unloading.

Best Trailer place ever. Period. We tried the big chain a year ago. All we got was a big bill and a headache. Felt like the high school kid who was cleaning the floors last year was now working on my truck and horse trailer. Ended up a big dud and has been worsening recently until the brakes went completely out.ADH Hitch and Trailer came highly recommended from our local Dressage diva, and she said we had to go. Now you may say the shop is a little rough around the edges but compared to the 90,000 sq foot squeaky clean monstrosity in Belton, this place was RIGHT on the money. Hometown feel and BETTER than hometown treatment. The Mrs. acted like, " no biggie, whatever you guys are freaking out about your trailer and brakes.... we'll take care of it.".My wife says, "we need someone really good and really smart." The other lady at the counter whispered, "it's her husband"And man, oh, we had ON TIME, GREAT SERVICE, FAIR, and I mean FAIR, price. No BS, just good honest serviceI really can't say too many great things. Save yourself a ton of headache and a ton of cash, and get it done right the first time.Sincerely,Happy About My Morse Trailer Again

I have used ADH on several occasions and have been very pleased with their service. They have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will continue to rent their equipment. The only thing from a 5 star rating is that the equipment I have rented was a bit used. Nevertheless, everything has always operated well.

Great service, great equipment. Returned my trailer early, thought nothing of it, noticed a couple of days later, they refunded some of my rental fee! Without me even asking, or expecting it! Great service from ADH!

Love this place, always good prices and decent equipment. I am also a scout leader advising Eagle Scout candidates on their projects. When an Eagle Scout candidate shows up in uniform and requests a rental for their Eagle project, ADH hitch does not charge them for the rental. This makes them and A++ in my book alone, as they are essentially donating the use of their tools to benefit many groups in the local community where these scouts are completing the projects.

Such a nice family oriented atmosphere! Fast, courteous and knowledgable employees! On top of all that, I love the fact that renting from them supports local small business! If the occasion ever rises again, I will definately be calling these guys!

I have rented trailers here for years to haul my kids stuff back/forth to college. The staff is always helpful and professional. Also, they have a wide selection of trailers to rent depending on your needs.

A locally owned rental place with professional level equipment. Ex) pneumatic jack hammers. We have rented trailers concrete saw, air hammer, Jack hammers, box trucks, and yard aerators from them all have been in good working order and have been reasonably priced. I also had the install my last none factory trailer hitch on my truck. They also have other truck accessories

Adh installed a roadmaster trailer tow bar on my GMC canyon and what a great experience l recieved when buying this apparatus and the great experience when being shown how to install this on the vehicle and take it off and how to make all work when towing. Both service and sales did an awesome job and l thanks to all.The McCabe's

Had a problem with trailer lights and after spending more time and money than I care to admit, I went to ADH and in 15 min problem solved. And to the tech who made the repair, forgive me for looking suprised , I was expecting a man!I highly recommend ADH and the female that fixed my problem and although she could have, she didn't make me feel stupid!

The staff was friendly and sympathetic but not proactive to remedy an issue with Pensky when a rental truck was not delivered on time as promised to their customer. The customer had to call Pensky to complain the truck was 4 hours late and ask for monetary compensation for the delay.

Find someplace else. Great family business, yet they screwed me! They need to sell off to and actually be fair. Their kids need to find something else. Can give details on my situation if wanted..
