I called Powell Automotive after an oil pressure light flashed across my dashboard on the way to work. Jamie was SO courteous every step of the way, and he managed to fit me into his busy schedule within half an hour. He and his team fixed a major leak that could've been devastating on my drive home...and I'm so thankful. Looking forward to using Powell for all my maintenance needs!Service: Oil change

My dad had to have a whole front clip put on it and they were perfect for the job. They do some great body work to cars I would recommend going to this place when your car need major body work. After being "ripped off" at a shop here in Farmington I was hesitant going to another one. Talking to Jamie Powell on the phone I could tell he knew his stuff and I had a very good feeling about him so he made me an appointment for the next morning at 9:00 am. I got there a few minutes before he arrived so in the meantime I was talking with another mechanic there at the shop named "Tex". He was very polite and informative and answered any and all questions I asked. I asked him if there were any ASE mechanics here and he said that all 3 men are ASE mechanics!!! My heart was happy and I knew then that I was in the right place!!! A few minutes later Jamie arrived (the owner) and we spoke some more about my truck (it was a mess and had been sitting a long while because other mechanics just didn't know how to fix it and others just scratched their heads when I told them what was going on with it. So I brought all the shop receipts (from previous owners) and all receipts that I had from parts and repairs so he'd have an idea of what he was dealing with. Before Jamie even got there Tex and the other mechanic (didn't catch his name) had already dove in under the hood. (I was very impressed because the last shop I had went to my truck wasn't touched/looked at in 3 weeks! Needless to say I went and picked it up and brought it back home to be parked once again) After Jamie and I finished talking he joined the other two mechanics. I watched in pure amazement. They had the new ECM in my truck and everything fixed in like 2 hours!!!! I honestly thought it would be there a few days! Oh, by the way THEY DIAGNOSED MY TRUCK FOR FREE!!!!!!!! Other shops that I have called wanted $70-$100 to diagnose! So long story short THIS IS WHERE I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON! All the mechanics are professional, informative, SMART, and FRIENDLY!!! They acknowledge your existence, treat you right and they even give you a friendly smile. I can't say enough good things about these mechanics and professionalism. Thanks again Powell Automotive :D

Only place I take my vehicles to. Powells is great place and I reccomend anyone ask me where they should take their vehicles to go to powells. Been going there for almost 5 yrs.
