I went with my mother to help her check out some used cars and we were not disappointed! The customer service was wonderful and they even did their very best to get my mother the best deal with her budget. A kind gesture that will help her out tremendously. If you're looking into buying a used car, definitely consider checking out Nelson Auto Sales!!

My experience was great and Eve who worked with us was amazing she made sure I was able to get into a reliable vehicle for me and my kids. Very Good Customer Service.!.!.! My kids and are are thankful and happy. Thank you Eve for making it possible .

I bought a vehicle that they said passed inspections/safety etc. I drove it not even thirty minutes and hadn t even made it back home and the car lost compression and locked up. After having it examined at the nearest trustworthy shop, it was deemed to have a blown motor. When I contacted the dealership they said they would have to talk to the actual owners and see what they could figure out. They never called me back. I contacted Troop C of the highway state patrol and they said my best recourse for bad companies like this is to just file a civil or small claims court date. I gave the dealership appropriate time to resolve this issue for me and they have refused to work with me. You cannot professionally run a business by selling vehicles that don t even make it thirty miles before blowing up. Especially if you do not offer any resolution. I will ask to take any photos of myself and said vehicle off of your website as there will be an active small claims case against you and I do not feel comfortable with my face on such an unprofessional businesses website. I was really disappointed by this entire situation. These people claim to want to help Veterans but all they did was screw a single mother, and veteran out of thousands of dollars and a vehicle.

They are amazing...payments with a down ,no credit check .employees are very friendly and professional.if you need a car this is the place to go..our new suv... only 5,500...

Would of rated 5 but couldn't make a deal right now, going to wait a week and see their inventory again and hopefully can leave in a good car. Very friendly service and excellent people skills. Very much recommend.

These vehicles aren't passing inspections how they say that they are. They're being written off by premier auto. My check engine light is on and I'm fixing to be out a few grand lol. Started with a battery the day I bought it, now my check engine light is on and I have 7 codes that were silenced. Everything from a vacuum seal leak to needing a new ecm and even transfercase.

After reflecting on my experience I encountered at Nelson Auto Sales, I decided I should give a review to warn everyone else...! I forewarn ANYONE looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle at an AFFORDABLE price, NOT to waste anymore TIME OR MONEY buying a vehicle at any other car lot, until you give Ronnie a call and check out what he has on the lot, or for like me, he searched for something very specific. Very professional and pleasurable experience from the time I pulled on the lot the very first time, until I drove away from that lot in my new (to me) auto....!!!!!Thanks again Ronnie!

Excellent service at Nelson Auto Sales! The owners are friendly and go above and beyond. I had a window that was a little tricky at getting up and down, and they fixed and even fixed the switch itself. I will definitely return to do more business! Thanks guys!

Ron Nelson's auto Auto sales was friendly and understanding. Went above and beyond to find the car that worked for me. I would absolutely recommend stopping by to check it out before any one else. I wasted about two weeks of searching for a car and carlot for me.. all together amazing service and reasonable prices.. five stars and some thanks again

I truly felt like Ronnie goes out of his way to find what s best that fits my needs. Not once did I feel like he was just trying to make a sale. I truly would recommend Nelson Auto Sales to my mother... lol love the service and integrity!

I was helped to find a car suitable for me and my family which Nelson s auto sales was the only company to do so. I thought that was excellent and to top it all of this might be the best vehicle I ve ever purchased.

This place is ran by crooks. I made a $600 payment in April and it s the middle of June and they repoed my car??? This was done illegally. They ve never once called me to say my payment was late, I never received anything in the mail, not a notice of default or right to cure which is Missouri state law before a repossession can be done. Yes I will be hiring an attorney because I have proof that I ve never received anything in the mail, and I m going to have my phone records pulled to show that they ve never even called me. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. They are just scam artist. You ll pay off the majority of the vehicle price and then they will take it back!!!!

Took my girlfriend in to get a new car. Accidentally got there as they were closing and they still helped us find a new vehicle! Not to mention worked out an amazing payment plan for us . Definitely recommend.-

Horrible experience. These people do not sell good quality vehicles. Check the rust on the bottom of most of their vehicles. despicable business practice

Great place to get a ride they help the community as much as they can above and beyond any car lot around would do hands down they are here for there community and welcome all of st Francis county and surrounding areas to come in and see what they can do for your family and your auto needs tell them Robert's handyman say they can't be beat on sale or service

This company needs to shut down. All of these cars have water damage and rust. Their mechanic passes cars even if shouldn t pass.

I bought a GMC Sierra and I had no problems out of it and was treated with more respect than a major dealership
