Thanks to their incompetence. I had to get the same patch they put on my tire redone and they even screwed up my valve stem. Will not be going anywhere near this shop again. Shame I had to give the asshats one star. Rather give them a negative rating.

Excellent people. Got us back on the road in a hurry after a horse trailer tire blew during a long trip. Had a spare, but wanted the blown one fixed just in case. Thank you so much!

Today I heard a grinding noise and knew it was my front brakes. Called Chad s Tire and Auto, and they worked me in and fixed my 2016 Toyota Tacoma for me! Super friendly and helpful I highly recommend them!

Had to have my car towed here, recommended by American Family insurance. They said it would take about two days to fix my alternator and battery issues because they were BOOKED. I got a call literally that same evening that my car was ready to go! Amazing service! Quick and painless on my end. Thanks so much! I ll be back when I need new tires.

Didn't charge an arm and leg to fix my tire. They were busy but my wait time wasn't too bad. I'll go there again and I recommend them to everyone who needs new tires.

Went to get my car today. Had an alternator installed. Not an easy job on this car. After putting it on, THEY discovered it may be a bad alternator. It's nice to find a shop that checks their work, instead of in, up, and out. Sucks I couldn't use my car this weekend, but their honesty and customer service is way more worth a possibly bad automobile weekend. Definitely won my business. Then, I think I heard the gentleman say they washed my car!! I don't think I misheard. Who does that anymore? Thanks Chad's Auto Repair

Had to have my battery replaced and literally pulled in at 9:00 am with no appointment and car was in shop and battery replaced by 9:30 ! Several other vehicles being serviced, and they got me right in and out ! Cost was reasonable and very nice people !!

Had an appointment at 8 am they had my new trailer tires installed in 30 minutes they were outstanding friendly the workmanship was awesome ! I well come back
