First, there is really never a wait which is great and second the lady who runs this place is always helpful and so pleasant to deal with. They bring the small town kindness that we do not see in St. Charles County - thank you for being awesome.

Had to go in this afternoon to transfer a title. Had called ahead and got all the info I needed to be sure I brought the correct documentation. As always, a painless and stress free experience. I work in Columbia but would much rather make the trip to Paris for all of my licensing needs. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Can t say that about the other offices nearby. Kudos to the staff! You guys are awesome!

Have been there a few times. They are always nice and efficient! Never had ant problems with them unlike Mexico License Bureau. Will drive to Paris License Bureau just to avoid Mexico License Bureau!

This place is a joke. Don't give your address for a license if you don't get mail sent directly to that address because you'll get screwed out of 20$ .. drive for a living and now have no means of identification. Was told I need to handle not receiving it sooner? Well. Idk how many times I need to say I won't get it at that adress w no means of receiving mail there, but thanks for charging me for the inconvenience. Better off going to Jeff City if you need anything done with attention to detail. ..oh and maybe decency to someone's means of living. But that's ok, ill travel from work another 13hrs just to pay 20$ AGAIN, and use another paper temporary. Can't wait
