Charlie and his crew are some of the best in the business. They made sure, against all odds that the car we purchased from them was to our satisfaction...even if there were a few hiccups along the way. Let me explain.Nothing of what I'm about to say is to be reflected in any negative light towards Charlie and his crew. We purchased a 2006 Honda odyssey, out right. Legally, after the initial purchase, Charlie had no means of going the extra mile to tend to his customers. The day after we purchased, the starter started giving out. He came to my house to pick me up and take me to where the vehicle had been parked. They tapped the starter and it started right up, a few days later, the same thing happened. I'll admit, I had a pretty crummy month leading up to this incident, and unfortunately Charlie was the object of my outburst. He, without question bought and replaced the starter, free of charge. I even offered to pay the little I had sitting in my pocket, but he insisted.It is so difficult to find honest and hard working people who have an act for pleasing their customers at whatever cost it takes. I will most definitely be returning to ride right for oil changes and future repairs, if we ever need them.From the bottom of my heart, thank you for all your hard work

Great service! Great guys! I bought a car for my niece from Charlie earlier this year. Great price and its still going strong. Also, this week his business partner/mechanic did the rear wheel bearing on my 2017 Altima. And for Half the price Dobbs quoted me.These guys really impressed me. If your reading this post u should go give them a chance. I highly recommend them.

Charlie and Bryce both helped me in a hard time and got me a good reliable car . A month after I got the car Charlie came and fixed the window when it went out!! Awesome

Awesome ownership Charlie came and picked me up from my house and brought me to the dealership where I bought my 2003 Honda civic lx awesome experience will definitely recommend anyone to come here

I used to take my car to walden s in south county. They told me that my car couldn t pass inspection in missouri and could not get the check engine light to clear. They told me my only options were to sell the car or get it to pass inspection in illinois. I took my car to ride right and they got my car back on the road in a week! They did what walden s said was impossible in a weeks time! I ve been taking my cars there ever since and they actually fix my problems instead of creating more. I could not recommend these guys more!
