Scott was amazing. They handled my insurance company so I didn't have to fuss with the initial inspection or anything. A deer ran out in front of me in pitch black and destroyed the front of my car. When I got it back it looked brand new. The paint was matched perfectly and you couldn't tell that there had even been a scratch. They also detailed the inside of my car as an extra touch and did a beautiful job. It did take almost 3 weeks but I have a foreign car and parts had to be ordered. Scott made sure to touch base with me at least once a week and answered any questions I had without issue. Would 100% recommend them and will be using them again if we need body work on any of our vehicles again.

After being hit in a parking lot, we brought our car here. The service was amazing. The estimate was 2/3 of the other one we got. The work was completed quickly and looked great. Best of all coffee and smoothie stains on the interior passenger seat were gone!

Great shop. They worked on my Ram after I rammed a deer. Killed the deer but bent my bumper. Took it to Scott and this team, like it never happened. Painless and great work. 10 out of 10, go here. Plus I see high end luxury cars that people trust them with everyday I drive by. Yeah this is the place.

Scott, the owner, is the reason I'm writing this as its a fresh breath of air to find somewhere that can honestly and very capably work on a large Mercedes Sprinter work van. Highly recommend coming here for the good service that's hard to find. - Ryan

I've had auto body repair and paint completed on my Mercedes and Mustang by Pro Tech on 3 separate occasions. Each of those times they did an impeccable job. Pro Tech does great work for a reasonable price and I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. They're always professional and up front on the time it takes to complete a job. If you want a top quality paint job or auto body repair done right the first time, go here!

Scott and Jan are wonderful people and always put their customers first. The work this shop turns out is second to none. I've referred friends to them and had several of my own vehicles repaired and the attention to detail is incredible. I would highly recommend Pro-Tech Collision to anyone needing the best quality repair completed on their prized or daily driven vehicle.

Excellent customer service! Great communication, friendly and easy to work with. Scott and team went above and beyond to help me and my daughter out! Plus they do amazing work, you'd never be able to tell our neighbor smashed into my daughter's car! Fantastic company all around,Highly recommend!

Pro Tech was great to work with. They made my truck look like new again. They were very helpful with communication between the insurance company and rental company. I would recommend them to anyone that may require their type of service. They will make things right again.

Small scratches on my BMW x5. Took to two places in St. Louis. Both said panels needed repair, repaint, refinish, decals replaced, etc. Was looking at 1800-2000 and would need to file an insurance claim. Tool car to Scott and he said he could get it to about 90% of brand new (honesty rocks) and I wouldn't notice a difference. Encouraged my again to consider not painting a nearly new car unless absolutely necessary. Total cost was $225 instead and looks almost like new unless you get up close. I realize that any scratches or dings kills re-sale value but I plan to own for a while, have kids, and drive regularly. Expect to get some dings and don't mind saving some money on this one!

Highly recommend. They replaced the back lift gate on my Cherokee and did great work. Scott was so easy to work with. Pride in workmanship shows!

Hard to say anything bad about the place since everyone I dealt with was very nice and knowledgeable, but overall, I was not entirely satisfied. I brought my Porsche into their shop to get the bumper repaired and remove the holes from the front license plate mount. The repair itself was fantastic and I cannot tell they were ever there, but once I got home I noticed on the inside end of the bumper there were runs in the clear coat. Granted they were inside the wheel well but there none-the-less. Additionally on the corner of the bumper were it meets the turn signal indicator, there was a black spot about the size of my pinky fingernail. It looks to me that the paint was chipped upon bumper removal or it was stood up on its side in the garage after removal causing the chip, or a piece of something contaminated the paint job and it was clear coated over. The spot may have been there when I took the car in, but the weekend before I detailed my car and did not notice it (I have a sharp eye for these type of things). Am I being real particular here, probably. But if I'm going to go out of my way to take my car to a Porsche approved body shop (1 hour out of the way to be exact) and pay a hefty premium over the competitors, I expect perfection and it was not delivered in this case. If you are not particular like I am, I'm sure this shop will satisfy you, but if you love your vehicles more that your first born child, you may want to see what else is available in your area.

I recently had Pro-Tech repaint the peeling, rusting roof of our 17-year-old van. They did an excellent job, on schedule, and the cost was $200 less than the other estimate I obtained. I can definitely recommend them for paint work.

Took for ever to get my 61 Rolls Royce back then the paint cracked and peaked. Scott the owner blamed it on me and said of I kept calling he would use me. Bad customer service and name calling because I told people who painted it.

Ordered a part. Quoted $17.xx. Called after 3 weeks to see if it was in. They forgot to place the order, so reordered. Called me about a week later saying it was in. Went to pick it up and it was $89.xx. I asked why so much higher price...was told "sometimes the price goes up after the order goes in".Umm...not happy.
