Super helpful fellas willing to go the distance for your satisfaction I went in on a Sunday morning. Needed replacement battery for my key fob. After 2 batteries and fob still not working the counterman suggested my key fob wasn't going to work. I went to the dealership the next day and sure enough my key fob was shot.

Half the time the kids are in high school and when you ask a question they just look at you in completely dumbfounded. New guy said he s been there a week and they handed him keys and a code and said here manage the evening shift.. all with out the manager pay of course. lol fed to the wolves.

They always seem to have what we need.It was really nice that a employee put on a windshield wiper that I bought . I explained to him that I had no one to help me. He was very nice and came out of the store and put my wiper on for me.

You know it's a franchise and as such the only variable is the staff and this shop has a great crew. I bought a car battery (good price) and the sales guy was very good about installing it for me. He was just real good about helping me out. I'll be back many times I'm sure.

Worst service, 2 different days. Same kid, by him self. Sold me the wrong fasteners, returned them, got refunded. When I told him I would like the correct ones, directed me to go look myself. And this was after visiting with another customer who also left a HUGE oil covered counter top which the kid never even acknowledged. My last trip to this night mare. Order direct and get what you need, NOT from O Reillys. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. .

Called to inquire about a sealant their website showed in stock and at this location. The website stated to call to confirm, so I did. The guy who took my call looked the part up and confirmed he had it; he even confirmed the price. I told him to "pull it and put it aside as I will be in to get it". He confirmed! I drove the half hour trip only to find the part was not in stock! When I asked why he didn't pull it, he mentioned that he "got busy" and "forgot"! Terrible customer service. My diesel truck just drank about $10.00 of fuel at today's $5.75 a gallon and for nothing! Now I have to drive the opposite direction to a competitor that does actually have it in stock! So very frustrating to waste time and money due to the lackadaisical work effort of this employee!

The visit wasn't bad, I found everything that I needed. Problem was that I wasn't greeted and asked if I needed any help at any point, and the gentleman (I use that term lightly) and I believe was the managerhe's very foul language while on his personal phone behind the counter he dropped the f-bomb at least seven times within 30 seconds. Not a big deal except usually I have my four-year-old daughter with me everywhere I go, luckily today I left her with her mom. Unacceptable as an employee much less a supervisor.

I have had nothing but amazing service and advice here and I would love to give 5 stars because of that however I was just here today and I was attempting to make a purchase when a tall dark haired employee with glasses dismissed me after checking out a friend of mine and walked away from the register with my items on the counter. I thought he might need something to do really fast and then he would come right back however after waiting 5 minutes on an already limited schedule I left my item and walked out.

Great folks. I go here for all my parts and tools. The staff is very helpful and never makes me feel like I'm bothering them or wasting their time. As a veteran they always give me a discount for my service which makes me feel good about them and me. If I have bought the wrong part and bring it back to exchange they never quibble about it. I had to bring back three voltage regulators each of which was my fault and the wrong one. They laughed along with me tried to help me get the right on and did in the end.

I will never go back there again. The woman at the counter was rude and was more concerned with having an inappropriate conversation about someone's daughter with a customer, who was also rude! I wanted my battery and alternator checked and was talked down to by both the employee and the customer. He had no business talking to me considering he didnt even work there. I was trying talk to her and he kept interrupting. I will never go back.

Barely made it there without my car dying. Needed a new battery!Matt got a new one put in at fair cost so I also got new windshield wipers. LolMatt was a delight to work with and we chitchatted about cars while he installed my stuff.Car ran like a charm with new battery.

By far my most favorite O'Reilly's! These guys were very attentive to me and guided me through the proper way to charge my A/C. Now I have cold A/C in my vehicle and I couldn't have done it without their help.

I had to share this amazing experience I had with an O'Reilly Auto Parta tonight. I was in Pacific Missouri and my truck had broken down on the highway so I let it cool down then found this shop 4 miles from where I was. Luckily they were open until 9!! Both employees that were working tonight were extremely caring, polite, and genuinely good people who care about their customers. I only got one of their names as the other gentleman was helping other customers but with the same care and politeness I was being give by Andrew. I had a radiator hose break on me and unfortunately it was not in stock, but I was driving an 87 Chevy s10 so I wasnt surprised that they didnt have it. This brings me to the best part. Andrew took time out of his busy schedule to come take a look at what was going on and offered to assist me in a temporary fix that helped me become unstranded and able to get to a mechanic shop where they address the problem further tomorrow morning. I was having such a troubled and tough day and Andrew made me feel welcomed, taught me some things about the vehicle and temporarily fixed it so my problem dissapeared. I want to thank Andrew and the other employee who I'm sure was happily picking up Andrew's slack cuz he was out helping me. You have an amazing staff at the store in Pacific Missouri and they deserve recognition for their want to immediately help me out in any way possible. They were just going to loan me a jug to put water in but I purchased it along with a funnel. Andrew hung around for an extra 15 or 20 minutes to make sure the leak was fixed and stood there to ensure my safety while the truck ran the liquid through to make sure it was safe to drive. I cant thank your company and your great employees enoug . They turned what was a bad day into something bearable and their positive attitudes turned my troubled day around!!! I tried to offer them a tip or buy them dinner but they politely refused and just said they were just doing their job. I am in management myself and you are lucky to have these employees staffed at your establishment. They truly went above and beyond and I will be recommending your company to anyone I know as you have just recently opened a location in my home town back in Illinois. I will only ne using your establishment for any of my car part needs and I am positive I will be sending any and everyone I know to your locations. I was stranded 2 hours away and thanks to Andrew I made it home safe and sound. Thanks again to Andrew,his coworker tonight, and to O'Reilly Auto Parts. You saved my day and a ton of money if I'd have had to have it towed. You guys are the best!!!! And I'll be telling everyone I know about it!!!

Some of their customer service sucks. They are sometimes rude, and today I really didn't appreciate the employee feeling like it was ok for him to lay his hand on my shoulder as he pushed me out of his way, instead of just walking in front of me.
