These guy Are So GreatMy car was acting up while traveling. They were all booked up for day. But the Mechanic came out and evaluate my car to make sure it was safe to drive! I was back on the Road and so Thankful for their kindness and help!!Thank You!

On Friday, our Check Engine Light on our 350e Ford Itasca RV started to flash just before the exit off I-44 so we pulled into town with that empty pit feeling when you don t know who to call for help. We re from Wisconsin passing through and after a few inquiries and a helpful Sales Manager from Byerly RV in Eureka, who made contact for us with Bessinger s, they got us in right away and made the repairs that very afternoon. They went above and beyond to help a stranger and it was greatly appreciated. Good People! I still can t believe it! Thanks

They treat us like family and take care of us. I m always so scared to be taken advantage of at auto shops but it is the exact opposite with them!

Caution Bad experiences here. Only two interactions and both were bad. Accusational and disrespectful when speaking with me. After 2 and a half hours waiting for their "phone call that would come in approx 30-40 min but after 150 minutes, i just went back to see if they had finished. They couldn't do it. Why? They said I was fooling with the computer so they couldn't do it. How did I fool with the computer? Guy walks away comes back with a fuse with a piece of duct tape on it and says, Yup, it was the ol' fuse trick i had tried to pull. They told me drive 100 or miles and come back. I told them I had replaced the battery a month prior and had driven 1000 miles since, so that would be pointless and nothing ti be reset. They know where they could put the duct taped fuse. They could put it back in the same place they pulled it out of. Wasted a day, and missed a later important appointment due to the immature, name calling duct tapers. Refused to give me a refund for an emissions test that they never did. Same as the inspection they could not do, at the very minimum not honestly.NO CHANCENO WAYNEVERWill i do any business with individuals like this. "CAUTION" shady employees and owner.*Update*Yes, this took place in 2021. That does not change the actions of the 3 people who were in total agreement and conducted business in that way. Calling me names like a 1st grader in your response to this review, makes my point as to why i was offended in every interaction with Bessinger's. I'm not sure how many rude accusations and duct taped fuses i would get from your $24 future work credit, but I have no time for dishonest services and lack of respect for the customer .Keep my money.

Outstanding and courteous staff. Great and reasonable pricing. Plus, they are a AAA approved auto repair service center. What else could you ask for? I would highly recommend Bessinger's Automotive to everyone.

Huge project: Getting new motor put in huge RV, But Scott is always on top of things and finding the best deals out there. I appreciate how approachable he and the company is. They will take care of your needs!!

This shop ROCKS ! I took my truck in to get some work done to it and was treated like ROYALTY! The owner and the employees went out of their way to be courteous, efficient, completed in a timely manner and a great price! Bessinger fixed my sons car the first time, we are not use to that experience. I was getting nervous as my son is going to have his license soon and the car smelled like burning oil. They fixed the problem that a past garage just put a bandaid on and that past place kept having us return and nothing would change. These guys however explained everything that was wrong gave us options and on top of it give a 2 year warranty on the service provided. Great place I highly recommend to anyone. Stop going to shops because you know them from town or went to school with them its not worth it. Trust me this place is worth every penny and actually fixes it the first time! I drive from Union to Pacific for this service. Taking my jeep in next for an engine check. :)Service: General repairs & maintenance

Did a good job on my oil change, fast and competitive prices with other places in or near pacific. Extremely polite and handles issues with professionalism. I will be taking my car back here for future maintenance.

Scott, the Service Tech, is very knowledgeable & explains repairs at a level that's easy to understand. Their service is timely & efficient. I bought my tires there & got a great deal. I highly recommend Bessingers. The other techs are helpful as well but Scott has been the gentleman I've always dealt with. Their Secretary or Office is also a very knowledgeable & helpful young lady. Thank you Bessinger's staff. Your work is appreciated! Bev Henson

This is a tough one because the shop would be so convenient for me for drop off and pick-up. The blower motor on my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 was not working and I suspected an electrical issue because the blower motor and resister were recently replaced. I usually repair my own vehicle but there were several possible causes in the electrical circuit that I was not yet familiar to diagnose. I took the truck to Bessingers in Pacific MO to be diagnosed. One of the mechanics told me it was the resistor and blower motor which they make a practice of replacing together. The charge would have been around $560.00 for parts and labor. I was skeptical and asked if the blower motor was getting power because the resistor was brand new and I knew the blower was recently replaced. I was told I would get a call back because a different mechanic diagnosed my truck. Upon getting a call back, I was told something about Amps and Watts and that basically no sufficient power was getting to the blower. This could only mean there was a problem with something other than the blower but it was likely not the new resistor. I paid the $50 diag fee, took it home, got a crash YouTube course on Ohmeters and circuits. I discovered the wiring harness before the ignition switch was faulty. About an hour of work and a $30 part. I have heard similar, recent stories from friends and colleagues so just be cautious is all I would say. Personally, I will use another shop, if I absolutely have to use a shop at all, that is less convenient to me to take my vehicle to and I feel does quality work.

Returned to get my bus inspected because these guys are the only guys in the area that could do a bus inspection after receiving poor service previously..I hung my head and walked in after leaving my last review.. The new owner immediately approached me about my previous experience and insisted I give him a chance to make things right... I couldn't ask for more and I'm definitely giving these guys another chance...They are currently working with me to make sure my vehicles are back up and running. Thank you Dave for your outstanding business practice... I'll be doing business with you in the future and won't hesitate to refer you to friends.

To Whom It May Concern,Bessinger Auto Tire Pros NEEDS to be taken off as a Triple AAA recommended shop. I have been a loyal AAA customer for 8 years and have never submitted a single complaint. Bessinger went to go and do a simple brake hose repair. When it was done they claimed they couldn't bleed the breaks because the bleeder screws were rusted on. They claimed I needed two new calipers at $547 and likely two more rear calipers at another $547. As a woman with some mechanical experience in the US Air Force, this seemed to me like they were trying to take advantage of the fact that I was both a woman and from out of town. So I braved driving the car without brakes as they refused to finish the job and hired a certified mobile mechanic with a shop the next day. To my dismay, the bleeder screws were not rusted on at all and he was easily able to bleed the brakes. They flat out lied to upcharge my bill. They have no business being associated with such a reputable company as yours. They will tarnish your good name and they should be condemned for their unscrupulous behavoir. My Triple AAA member is *****. I can also put you in contact with the mechanic who discovered their fraud if you need. Please rectify this situation immediately. Our daughter was traveling alone from central Illinois to Rolla, MO when she began to experience engine issues on the highway. We connected over the telephone and I was able to research Bessinger's Automotive on the web. I spoke with Scott. He was professional and even spoke with my daughter and myself via a three way call. To make a long story short, we were grateful to have found a reputable mechanic who was able to diagnose and repair her problem in a very timely manner. Their fees were comparable to what I would have paid with my hometown trusted mechanic. She was on the road again in an hour and a half! She felt safe and grateful for the courteous treatment. I cannot thank Bessinger's enough. I do not typically go out to write a review but had to for this business. :-)

My Promaster van broke down on I44, within view of Bessingers. I was 5 hours from home. It was overheating, and when I tried adding water it just flowed out from a leak somewhere. Had AAA tow me in, arriving about 1:00 pm. They almost immediately took a look despite already being busy. Turns out the thermostat housing had a big hole. They got the parts needed and had me back on the road that afternoon. Can't thank them enough for the great service!!!

Went to this place to install a new set of tires that I bought through TireBuyer. Have glossy black rims and I don't know what they were doing back there, tossing them around or whatever, but the rims came back scuffed and chipped in many places. Not entirely sure what to do with them now, but never to go back to this place for sure.Service: TiresService: Tires

Don't come here if you have an older rig.They came highly recommended, however my experience leaves me with many doubts about them.I paid nearly $200 for a brake inspection. After they had it a week i finally called because i hasn't heard from them and a flustered mechanic expressed his frustration at not being able to find the parts (before i brought it to them i asked if this was an issue and they assured me it wasn't).He told me that i needed a fully new brake system and that i had x, y, and z problems to boot.. now here i speculate though it seems to me they exaggerated the additional problems to dissuade me from having them fix the brakes ultimately because they were so busy and my rig was a bit more challenging than the 2015 million dollar rigs they regularly service.I've now driven it 700 miles since picking it up and have experienced none of the additional problems they were adamant about. So i paid $200 for them to decide i was more trouble than they were willing to deal with.They could have at least put new pads on my rear brakes.They over promised and under delivered for me.

I have been doing business with Bessingers Automotive for decades. I have not once had any bad service. Not only that, Craig the owner is a veteran,( Thank you for your service to our country). He and all the mechanics there are ASE certified. Excellent in diagnostics and troubleshooting. There have been many times Craig and the team has help me out when one of my many vehicles over the years have crapped out they had got me up and running ASAP. I don't live close to Pacific but it is worth the trip because I know from the bottom heart they will always take care of me.

Took my Ford Excursion in Apr 2014 with a fried transmission; fit me into their busy schedule, ordered the best transmission with the best warranty they could find at a reasonable price. Had me back on the road in a few days. They even called me more than a month after I left town (full time RV'er) to make sure the transmission was performing well! Would highly recommend.

Worst RV service ever!!! Bessinger s kept our Newmar Dutch Star for 37 days, charged 17 hrs labor, over $2300, and the air suspension leak was not repaired. Bessinger s worked on it in the parking lot. Really?? In my opinion, Bessinger s does not have proper facilities, tech experience, or the ethics to deserve your trust.Then, we took our RV to Spartan Factory service in Michigan and, in less than 1 hr, they diagnosed, and then promptly repaired it. The factory tech, also, reported that 50% of grease fittings were missed by Bessinger s.I sent Bessinger s owner a refund request letter, including invoice proof from Michigan, and it was ignored. In my opinion, they do not stand behind their work.If they CAN NOT FIX IT, YOU PAY!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs

I took my s-10 to them to see if I could get the door pins fixed they said yes . I m very delighted they can fix it.
