I honestly won t go anyplace else now for my tire needs girl they got me in and out in less than an hour I was greeted by two lovely ladies, a baby, and 2 cats and now I feel like I m initiated in the family. They do such a good job here I couldn t appreciate them more.

A-maz-ing!!!!! I got a flat tire in town and they came out of the tire shop to where I was around the block, got my car to where it needed to be to get fixed, found me a tire at a different shop and went and got it to bring it back and put it on my car. All of this within an hour because they knew that I was stressed out And needed to get back on the road. Such amazing people that went completely out of their way to help someone that they have never met.

I had a trailer with some splitting in the sidewall, called around 9am showed up around 9:20, was out the parking lot by 9:50. didn't even have to disconnect the trailer. fair prices, nice employees. amazing experience! thanks for making our morning pain free and easy!

Speedy, professional service, and Donna and her staff were great! Had a metal screw stuck in a tire, and they had it patched and good to go in 20 minutes. Highly recommend using this independent local business for your tire needs!

Took a nail in our tire on a road trip. Bay s was efficient and friendly and just good people. Not to mention the very friendly cat. We were back on the road in under an hour. Great experience.

I was visiting from out of State, and had a tire blowout, These good folks took care of my problem in under an hour and got me on the road. Highly recommend these good people

I've been going to Bay's since I had my first car, twenty years ago. Donna has always helped me find what I needed within my price range and they have never once steered me wrong. I've never had a problem with any of their products and yesterday, after comparing the cost of tires, mounting, balancing, etc, they were by far the most affordable. In addition, they are always a pleasure to deal with.

By the time we made it to this town our camper had blown two tires and we needed to buy more to replace our 13 year old tires. Our axle was a mess and everything, and I was extremely stressed out traveling from Texas to Michigan with my four little girls. The owner and employees took great care of us and made us feel at home while we we're stuck here for hours. We will definitely be sending them a favor. Great people and great town. I highly recommend them.

Went to Bays for new tires. The price was great, service was speedy, and the owners were a delight. Would recommend to anyone feed up with big chain stores. No up sale straight forward pricing.

Donna and the nice gentlemen were the greatest. I picked up a copper object in my tire and they got me in and out quick. I highly recommend this place. Great folks.

Visiting Bays has been the most wonderful experience I've gotten from any auto service I've ever needed. I received the best customer service while being taught some useful knowledge. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.

100% will shop at Bays again. Bought a set of tires (4) at a great price and installed very quickly. Overall great service and excellent product. Would highly recommend.

Best service around... I know I never have to call around to check prices. They are trustworthy, quick to service vehicles, quick to get tires they don't have in stock and gives you that hometown feel when they show they actually care about you. Thank you!!

Patched, plugged and balanced a tire for us for $15 and in about as many minutes. They're very friendly I can't say enough good things about this place! They've also put roofing lawnmower tires back on for me for free several times

This is one of my favorite places in Pacific, going in there is like stepping back in time. The lady behind the counter always gets me fixed fast and knows exactly what I need and how much it is going to cost.

We have purchased tires here before did an excellent job installing them and backing them up had a flat tire this morning and they handle it under our road hazard warranty perfect

Every visit has been a pleasure. Taken care of mounting a handful of tractor tires. One of these days I'll definitely be an auto tire customer as well.
