New post correcting a oil & tire rotation on 2-23 for a 13 explorer. 2 lug nuts & loose one noticed missing on rear passenger side on 3-1. Was stated all lug nuts showing on video & so forth. Vehicle kept in garage & could have only have disappeared the 2 visits at Walmart or lot across from Golden Dragon while walking the trail. - where I noticed- If was missing at service surly would been mentioned. Good idea to eye ball tires,wheels & lug nuts often to spot issues.

Everybody here was super friendly and explained everything they were doing clearly and concisely. My hood latch was broken and the last location I went to was unable to get it open like it has been for it just takes a little screwdriver action and it'll open. They were not only able to get it open they repaired it for free. The repair and oil change was completed in less than 15 minutes. Fantastic service!

Absolutely the best!! They have a little kids area, which is hands down amazing!!! Quick service and very respectful employees. **kid in pic is mine, as a mom I had to brag about the kids area!!**

I take all three of my vehicles to Valvoline Express. Very happy with their services. They don't try to upsale you. They also do other mechanical work.I had then flush my brake fluid this past week on our Sprinter van. Clean waiting area.

Update: last 4 times I have taken my truck in I had to go back because of leaks. I feel like I would be better of going to Walmart.Had a great experience at Valvoline. My 2018 Toyota Tacoma had a plastic housing for the filter. It was over tightened from the last oil change company. Well the tech was able to get it off but told me about the aluminum housing that I could replace it with. They did a great job! Now I don't have to worry about it braking.

The swift service on a Saturday morning, the friendly staff.....the clean waiting room, which includes a children's play area.... This place is nothing short of the best! I am a woman and take my car to be serviced alone - always have. Sometimes you feel uncomfortable in a place or like the techs are giving you the run around ....just trying to get more money out of you. This place is not like that. They're up front about how important the optional services are or if they can wait. Heck, it's worth paying a little more just to feel the way you do at a place like this. Thank you!

Called in before coming out for an oil change to make sure they can do it and that there is no long lines. They said yes we can and that it s slow. Came over and they took me right in. 10 min later I get a response from one of the guys there is a problem we don t have your filter, it will be here in 10 minutes. Nearly 2 hours later I m sitting here and typing this while 3 employees walk around the shop waiting on someone else to fix their screw up ( deliver a filter ). How about you go get it next time ?! Hopefully who ever owns this outfit sees this. Poor customer service.

I quit going to this place due to the poor service years ago I heard that this place had changed and had new employees and there service was great.i got lied to there service is still poor and they don't listen and they don't care I pulled up and they had one car in the bay I told them I needed an oil change and tire rotation it took this guy almost 30 minutes to do my oil change because he was on his phone and not paying attention there were two cars that went in and out and my car was still in there the finally pull it out said it was done and no tire rotation was done the tires were not check for low air the oil life was not reset and the person I talk to told me to get off his lot because I was upset I paid for a service I did not get.Never again will I be stupid and use this placeService: Oil change

My husband and I, ABSOLUTELY LOVE coming here to get our vehicles taken care of. We trust them, because they are honest. The customer service is wonderful and they all know what they are doing. They go out of the way to help get you back on the road safe and sound. This company is family owned. The owners value their loyal customers and truly take care of everyone that come through the doors. I recommend coming here, because of the quality service, honesty, pricing of their services are reasonable and because they care.

I have driven by this place for years and haven't given them much thought since we use a big box retailer for our oil change needs for convenience sake only. Covid has turned that upside down though. I went in at ~11:15am and my full synthetic oil change was done before ~11:30. Freaky fast, these folks must be from a NASCAR team. Holy Cow !! I brought my laptop anticipating a wait and barely got started working. They were super kind and upbeat. The waiting area was breathtakingly spotless and inviting. They won a new customer today. Bravo !!

Bad experience. They took my car into the bay without asking me what service I wanted performed. Nobody was at front desk the entire time I was waiting so I thought they would come ask when they got started. I finally went out to the shop to tell them myself when I saw the hood popped and requested a synthetic blend oil change and tire rotation. Since they failed to ask me when they took my car back they told me I d have to wait behind three other customers to get tires rotated even though I was there first, they said I d have to go to the end of the line??? Then when all said and done they tried to charge me for full synthetic oil change. The guy said they just went off what they had in their computer based on my license plate but I had not been there for over two years and I ve never requested full synthetic oil, ever. The whole experience was disappointing. This place has gone down hill in regards to service since based on past experiences. I wouldn t recommend.

In a hurry to get oil changed it was over due and I was headed out of town. From the time I pulled in till I paid my bill and was on my way.. NASCAR time less than 10 minutes!! That was EXPRESS!!Also learned they have Auto Detailing available!!

The guy I talked to had a I'm better then you you attitude. They are "family owned" so they make there own rules, because of this they don't accept valvoline coupons. They do not allow you to drive your vehicle though like valvoline states on advertising. This business is not a valvoline and should not be allowed to state they are.

They always do a great job helping me take care of my vehicles. Their prices are very reasonable, sometimes even surprisingly low. Even when they are busy, they take care of their customers in a timely manner. They are very good at what they do!

Fast, kind and courteous. More expensive than what I'm use to, in Chicago. However up there, there's an oil change place every 5 or 10 blocks. The guys here were very efficient and was in/out quickly.

I purchased an Acadia for my wife and family at Valvoline Express Care in Ozark, MO. We had a very good rapport with the salesman there. He ensured us that it was a reliable vehicle with a clean title and had been through their service department with a complete inspection and service. After a test drive, we were concerned with a shimmy in the front end and a slight pull when applying the brakes. They put it on the lift and said everything was good, but the brake pads would need replaced in three months and tires in six. They seemed completely reliable and honest, so we completed the purchase. When we received the title, it came back as a repossessed title. We took the vehicle to our local mechanic to check the brakes out and he said the rotors were warped and the pads and rotors needed replaced. The issues in the front end also required rebuilding the front end, including struts and bushings. We got it home and it started throwing engine codes, which ended up being one of the catalytic converters. We drove it for less than 50 miles and a second cat had to be replaced. This vehicle has three. We drove it another 100 or so and it burned up a cam sensor, because the engine oil was so thick and black. My mechanic also isolated a rattle in the front end as the subframe bolts being loose. He stated that the vehicle has been in a major accident and the bolts had not been tightened properly. I contacted the owner of Express Care and he feels no responsibility because I should have known when I bought it. Even though certain things had been promised, he refused to do anything. This vehicle has been in the shop more than we have been able to drive it and I had to rent a car for a week, since I couldn't use it. All of these things could have been prevented if they had actually done the service that was promised and it had been inspected properly. At this point, I'm out of pocket almost $3,000.

I've been going to this place for more than 10 years. Their service has always been efficient and their prices are reasonable. They perform many of the normal vehicle services and the best thing is that they can be trusted to do the work correctly.
