Came to get an oil change, And discovered a nail in my tire. Blaine is always so helpful and knows his stuff. James was Quick to fix my issues and got me back on the road no problem. Will be back.

I could definitely tell there s been a management change at this location. I used to avoid this location due to some unpleasant experiences, but I was thrilled with my visit today. The staff is kind and the store is clean. I ll return for the great service alone.

This is my wife s account I am using. My name is Brian Hubbs. I have these guys work on all my vehicles. They do excellent work!! I had to bring my car back for warranty work (no fault of theirs) bad part. They fixed it no problem. I am very pleased and a satisfied customer. I will be using them in the future. Thanks guys!

The employees went out of their way to get us in and get our car fixed. He told us further recommendations for the car that would have to be done in the future but didn t need done right now to as it didn t affect the safety of the car.

I was lied to. I was told they could fix my Corvette.1: Dropped my vehicle here after telling them I need a new differential seal, but they could not lift my car which cost me money on my drivetrain insurance deductible since I'll have to take this in again somewhere else.2: They only temporarily fixed the no start problem for a few days. The diagnosis was incorrect, so after a $385, it fails to start just like before. I asked them to check the connections on the starter but received no response just a bill. Since they never got the car up in the air, they could not have checked this.9.11 update; owner responded with more b.s. It turns out the starter was bad. They replaced the switch for no good reason and claimed half a tank of gas was missing because of idling.Owner stands proud of the fact he lied to me about being able to lift the car and screw me for money. This is nothing but a ripoff scam shop, so your comment suggesting I find another shop as if I did anything wrong is ludicrous. You're a clown scam artist.

These guys are THE BEST! They will have my car fixed and ready to go the same day I drop it off! They answered all my questions and if they were not sure they would find out. I am definitely going to go back to them whenever my car needs some work! They were such a blessing to me!

We broke down 3 hours from home and 2 hours from our destination and they got us in when nobody else could and had us back on the road in just a few hours.... very helpful and very affordable...clean bathroom and waiting room....polite and respectful employees.. only problem is they are to far to be my local shop.... highly recommend ....

They got my vehicle in and diagnosed the issues quickly. I expected the cost to be significant. But out of two repairs done, both are proving to have been done very well. I especially appreciate their follow up texts to be certain the work was done right. Extremely expensive and the staff made me feel like an inconvenience. Just needed to have my rotor looked at and was charged $65 for 3 minutes of their time and had my keys tossed onto the desk at me. Won t go back.

I recently discovered US Automotive in Ozark and took my daughter's car there. They fixed it without issues. That was a few months ago. The main desk clerk clearly explained what the issue was and how we could save some money. Recently my other daughter's car had the water pump go out of it. We got it to US Automotive and they diagnosed it. Told be exactly what the issues were and exact price. Got it fixed and it runs like a dream. I don't worry about getting ripped off when I take my cars here. They seem honest and only fix what needs to be fixed. Highly recommend.Services: Auto water leak repair, Engine repair

Very pleasant experience. The crew at the Ozark store was informative and efficient. I expected to drop my car off and wait 4 to 5 days. I was wrong! Work on my air conditioner was completed while I waited. Less than 3 hrs.

Great work, very nice people, but not a lot of staff.They were so kind and helpful when it came to fixing my car and when I had trouble paying for it They were kind enough to hold it for a couple months so that I could gather together enough money to pay for the repair. I know that that is not normal or customary but the fact that they did it for us is the reason why I d recommend this place because of their kindness and generosity. They also did great work and fixed our car.

Truck wouldn't start, had to have it towed. Everything was done over the phone, they where ready for it when it got there. I was thinking it would take a few days to be finished, but nope they called me in just a few hours. I was very happy with the price and they where so very nice. Scheduling was not a problem they got us in the very next day. The quote at Art gave me was right on the money. Their schedule when they said it would be done, it was done. Picked it up the same day and it has worked great ever since. I already explained what they were going to do and why they were doing it. Needed an alignment in a tight timeframe after installing some new parts and before leaving on a trip. They were able to get me in the next morning, while I was given a week wait time at the other shop in town. Price for a four wheel alignment was lower than the other shop as well. Communication was outstanding. Highly recommend.

With the recent heat wave in Missouri, my cars AC needed some maintenance, Art was able to get me in the next day, and it only took approximately 1 hour.They did a good job, let me know what to look for, and it is cooling nicely now.Art seems a little gruff, but knows his stuff !

Charged $57 in labor for 5 minutes of work. Today I went to replace my cabin air filter and engine air filter. Last time they were replaced was at this US automotive location in late 2020. Come to find out the cabin air filter was put in upside down. I went back to look at my itemized expense list and I was charged $57 in labor for what I was able to do in five minutes and they had put the cabin air filter in the wrong way. Other labor fees were reasonable but do the air filters yourself or look elsewhere.
