I just want to give a huge shout out to James at Ozark Motorsports for making my first actual car buying experience the absolute BEST car buying experience! To be honest, everyone at Ozark Motorsports was really friendly and helpful, but James went above and beyond! He really went out of his way to help make sure that I got everything that I wanted at the best deal possible! And when my bank didn't approve my loan, James was able to push it through on his end, and got it approved with an even better interest rate than I would have had! The whole crew was reasonable and understanding, and most of all, they weren't pushy and they didn't try to force anything on you that you didn't want. I would absolutely recommend them 5 out of 5, so if you are looking to buy a car, then go see James!

Went up Saturday to just check out a car I ve had my eye on after calling up to inquiry about it. By time I got there James had the car pulled to the front ready for me to test drive. When I tell you these guys made the process of buying a new car painless. He was honest and upfront about any and all questions, didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need, he looked and took the time to get me the best financing, and I walked out with a beautiful new car. Thank you so much for your help guys! I ve already recommended to a few friends looking to buy, these guys care!

I got great customer service from James and the dealership.I found the car online, but I couldn't travel to see it in person because I live in New York City. After talking to James, he promptly sent me detailed pictures of the exterior and interior, which allowed me to see the exact condition of the car. James prepared all the necessary documents quickly and answered all my questions. We made the deal. I'm delighted that I found the dealership and James. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

James and everyone else there were super friendly and lovely to be around! We came in with a budget and James did everything he could to help us get the best deal for the car I wanted. Best car dealership experience I ve had ever, it was super fun getting to communicate with everyone and made us feel comfortable and safe and heard! So buying a car can be very stressful especially if you are not gifted mechanically like me . As I was searching I ran into used car lots with mixed reviews and one with horrible reviews. My mom decided to jump in and found Ozarks Motor sports and really felt good about these guys we checked out some cars one I really liked. A 2006 Buick Rendezvous. We checked other places but this dealerships care and kindness stood out .as we were coming back we called them and they had already decided to give us a great discount. They won us as we did not ask for a reduction in price. The car was bought and about a month later some issues popped up on the car I talked with James( wonderful man) and he was up and up and instead of you bought it and to bad mentality he offered to rectify the problem . I'm sorry these days it's a dog eat dog world, but not with this dealership . These men have honor and went way beyond what I expected. If you want an honest dealership and honorable sales staff come to Ozark Motor Sports they won a lifetime customer with me and my mother may God bless people like this.

Absolutely incredible! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car. I drove through the lot and saw a car in the back I was interested in. I reached out and left a message, less than 24 hours James got back with me. He expedited the vehicle to get through the inspection so I could come look at it. James kept me in the loop the whole time and texted me immediately when it was ready for a test drive. Got to the shop and Ray was awesome, he answered ALL my questions and went out in the 10 degree weather to check multiple things for me. They allowed me to think on it overnight and made it so easy to see the breakdown. They were fast getting the paperwork done. I never felt like I was being lied to, or that they were just trying to sell me a vehicle and push me out the door. They cared about things I had questions about and were even open to me getting an opinion from the Toyota dealership. The staff is knowledgeable and eager to help, I plan on coming back when I need another car!!

James was great! We bought a 2017 ram 1500. The truck was clean! It did have high miles which worried us but they were able to get a warranty financed in. Also I am very picky about financing vehicles and James does that part also. Over all we were very pleased we our experience with Ozark Motorsports!!

We went to Ozark Motorsports, with our son in law, recently, when he purchased a truck. We were all so impressed with these guys. They are down to earth, 100% easy to talk to and to work with. They bent over backwards to get our son in law in his truck at a great price and payment. They have an awesome selection of cars, trucks and SUVs. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, we would recommend that you make Ozark Motorsports your first stop.

Highly recommend!!! We recently were looking for a vehicle and found one we absolutely loved on their lot. They were very responsive and helpful. Through the whole process they explained everything and were so friendly! We were treated I would say more like friends than just a client wanting a car. My wife and I were out shopping for a new car for me as my truck broke down and needed something newer. I originally was headed to another dealership to look at another Jeep and passed by Ozark Motorsports on the way there. I saw another Wrangler that I liked sitting out front. Told myself if this one didn t work out, I d stop and see about the one they had. And I was glad I did. The entire staff was extremely nice. Never felt pushed to buy a vehicle. Took it out for a test drive, and before you know it, it s now sitting in my driveway. James was the one that helped us through the whole process. He was very helpful through the whole thing. If I had to do it all over again, I would go through them. James and the rest of the staff will take care of you, and make sure everything is right. Very happy I passed by.And thanks James for showing me the Roush!!

Best car buying experience EVER!! I Went to OMS on a referral from a family member. They all treated me like family. They helped me find something that fits my budget and worked with me through out the whole process. Answered all my 1000 questions even replaced tires, wiper blades, and shocks for the hatch back at no cost to me. They did not act like they were in it for the sale at all. I told them what I can afford they showed me several cars and walked me through everything. I can not say how happy I am with the whole process. I will say it again Ray and James are AMAZING. I will be referring people to them.

I was looking for a good, used SUV, After a couple of Google searches, Ozark Motorsports came up. I found the vehicle I was looking for, the mileage was lower than any of the others I found. Ray was so helpful, answered all of my question, handled everything in a professional matter. The vehicle was shipped to me, which Ray took care of and found a transport with a very fair price. My personal opinion is that Ozark Motorsports is the car dealership that all others should measure up to and try to emulate.

What a great place and even better staff. We were car shopping on Saturday the 25th and spotted a beautiful Cadillac Ats that I just fell in love with. It was about 2:20pm and they close at 2:30 on Saturdays we got there around 2:40ish thinking we were just going to look at the car and have to wait to Monday before we could do anything but James (one of the most down to earth sales people I have ever met) offered to stay a little later and let us test drive the vehicle (BIG shout out to James)so all we had to do come Monday was go to the bank and get what I needed. Big Thank you to the guys at Ozark Motorsports I highly recommend if your in need of a car go give them a visit.
