Andrew and Rilan were above and beyond with customer satisfaction! They talked to us for 13 minutes on the highway with car trouble. Met us outside in the rain with a battery and alternator tester. Allowed us to change the battery with their tools. Advised us the alternator was bad but this would get us home another hour. Called our local store to verify our account even! When the jump box didn t work used their own truck to jump us for a diagnosis. The kids were kept calm and these employees literally saved us at night at the closing hour.

Wow!! What can I say about THE BEST Service we have ever received anywhere. When I walked in the store the staff was waiting just inside ready to help. I needed a taillight changed, because I was From out of town and needed a little help. Before I knew that I had paid for the tail light and one of the other employees was already outside changing it. Within 10 minutes I was back on the road and thankful that I met some really nice folks. Whoever manages the store will get a letter of my thanks and they should be very proud of the excellent employees they have.

Car had dead battery. They tested battery and replaced it under warranty no questions asked. Very satisfied with the service and my clerk .

These guys saved my butt today. Only place open on Thanksgiving. 3 hours from home and had a roadside emergency.. I was able to roll it into the parking lot and they had the belt I needed and the loaner tools to install to get me and the family home. THANKS!!!!

I have always loved this O"Reilly Auto Parts! The manager Austin has always treated me well and now I just had the assistant manager who happens to be named Austin as well lol! He is great just like the manager! They always are so helpful! I stopped at a Springfield one today and they were rude, dismissive and just acted as though they were better than us. So I just would like to tell O"Reilly's you have some amazing people running the Ozark store and the other workers as well! I would drive out of my way for the way I am treated and how helpful they are there! I think they should get some kind of reward they are so great!

Was not happy being sent away without diagnosing car problem. I also felt belittled by the gentleman who was helping me out. As he refused to see or believe what I was telling him. Bad customer service skills sir!!

very friendly staff always looking out for their customers and making sure you have options and giving you the cheapest price they can. ive never been disappointed going here.the guys know about cars and they take their job seriously. offering just about every time to apply my truck parts after purchase and always with a smile. i never feel stupid and i know ill get the help i came for.

My check engine came on while I was in Ozark. The gentleman that checked the code for me was very helpful and explained what the issue was. I appreciated it greatly!

I had ordered parts for my 20 year old car . They got them for me in 2 days. I was worried about putting them on my car, now mind you they were only reflector lights but I was still concerned. Adam offered to take a look. Well, he did more than look. He replaced both for me!! Thank you Adam for being such a great caring person to a lady in need of help! I've always had great friendly service but Adam made my day

The price match with any other store location no matter if it's Walmart or AutoZone, economy any parts store they will match that parts price that's why I like O'Reilly's they will always have my business and I've already spent Id say close to a million with them over the years now.

Outstanding service. They helped with free check-engine diagnostics even when they didn't have the repair parts to sell me that I needed. Would've happily given them the business. Polite and decent folks, there!

The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are more than willing to help diagnose issues with your car and help you find the right part. Easy to get in and out of and open till 9 which makes it possible to swing by after work.

Best O'Reilly's around! They are always so helpful and friendly! We have had trouble nonstop with something on our car and Jake found the problem and fixed it in no time! We will only go to this location going forward and will recommend to everyone!

Not up to what I normally expect from an O'Reilly Automotive visit. The normally helpful attitude which I experience in the Nixa store wasn't there. Only reason I chose Ozark was I happened to be driving by when my wife called and said she had a brake light out.

I headed to oreillys in my company vehicle to get my blinker fixed before I went to a job site. Employee Zach Smith was very cooperative in helping me find the right bulb for my vehicle. Then proceeding to go out in 90 degree weather to install it for me to make sure I made it to my customers house by the appropriate time. I have always loved going to the store off of 14. Thank you oreillys team!

The belt on my car snapped, and I was in a bind. Tommy was friendly and helpful. He saved me nearly $100 by putting my belt back on for me! I'm so thankful for him! I will recommend this store to everyone, and I will be back!

I was able to call the Ozark o'reillys and have an associate named Michael meet me outside. He then diagnosed my car needs, and went inside retrieved the items and allowed me to pay over the phone. He then brought the needed items outside. Thank you so much for allowing me to keep my family and my employers safe.

This store seems to have a larger selection of olin stock products than others or can get them quickly. They also hire knowledgeable staff so you get the right part on the first try.

Applied for a job advertised on FB. manager friendly told me to apply online but a week later after a pro forma teply, nothing from HQ. but the manager there was friendly, I'm just too old. Might break a hip and sue them even though I can carry a scuba tank a quarter mile and step aboard a dive boat dancing in the water. Not their fault it is all about insurance and getting sued if i break my hip! :0 lol but , again, manager very friendly. Lol
