Everyone at this location is always very helpful. Noah was extremely helpful with helping me choose the best OEM style wiper blades and even offered to install them. Thank you Noah for the great customer service.

Riley helped replace a battery and was able to diagnose the issue as an auxiliary battery when the car still had a warning light. He put in a lot of work and saved me a bunch of money

I do more business with O'REILLY than I do with the grocery store! Love the desk guys! I seem to always have a good time going to this O'Reilys. Don't waste time going elsewhere, this is the place to go.

Jared the Manager is amazingly helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.Very knowledgeable and helpful.Best O Reillys in the area recommended

I so wanted to give 5 stars. I started at Kragen Auto on the west coast in 1962. My manager taught me so much more than just auto parts. I know the environment has changed but computer skills alone does not a parts man make. Anyone can sell a part. But that's only part of the story. Just sayin'.

The Sales people were nice enough but I came in to purchase a car battery. There were three grown men standing there and not one offered to take it to my car even though they saw that I was having a little trouble with the weight of it...also, they told me they could not install it for me because it was"that kind of battery" I feel like if you are going to pay two hundred dollars for a battery there might be a real man in the store that would help a lady out...nope.

Always appreciate the service, knowledge, and friendliness of the employees. And their willingness to help. They are my go-to auto parts store, no matter where I am.

This is one of two O'Reilly shops in town and this one never can seem to find my parts when I order them. It always seems to take an extended period of time once I enter the shop. Generally if I call in an order they don't ask for a name or phone number to link the order to my account. This tends to be a problem as they always seem to have to extensively hunt for the product when I get there. So I am giving this shop a two star for disorganization.

Always has exactly what I need. I am such a regular customer they always ask what I broke when I come in. I love a good sense of humor.

Wow dont even have dye to detect a coolant leak ,pluse the lack of not even putting the effort to look or help is sad will not do O'Reilly no more period. They could say hey sorry man we just dont have leak detection dye but here are some places that might that would have been a better approach other than ignore me and move on the the next customer note their was 2 of them one assuming the manager yet dosen't seem like one sorry this is why online part's stores are out doing theses business

Three guys standing at the counter chatting amongst themselves. Maybe they hate it when a woman comes in cause they assume we don t know much? Well, in this case it s true. I just needed a tire gauge, but after my completion of the 3rd aisle check, I yelled over to those busy guys for direction. Honestly, I think they all made a collective sigh before one of them helped. C mon guys! I only like to say nice things, so give me more reasons!

Oreillys has really good employees that learn or know the auto parts they sell. I have seen the new guys and gals progress to be great help and even managers over the years. Both Ozark locations will help you out!

Since I have lived down the road from this O'Reilly's for over 13 years, I've been here a lot. These guys are almost always knowledgeable and helpful and they almost always have what I need to maintain my current vehicle, an older Subaru. There have been a few times that I've been underwhelmed by the information, assistance, or service I've received, but when I've gone back the next day, there has been someone who has made up for whatever his co-worker was lacking. Yes, they are all men at this store and at most O'Reilly's, but I haven't met a creep yet. Plus, I love doing business with a locally headquartered business.

The Chinese guy didn't want to help so he kept trying to send is to Willard or the warehkept telling him we live five minutes from here not driving tht far to go to oriylies. So we left

Stop by to pick up a window switch cover. They couldn't locate in there computer so I bought switch and order cover from ebay. If it doesn't show on computer , the parts store in my opinion can't get it.

Went in got the hose I needed they actually just gave it to me and the guy was really cool as well
