The guys were awesome! Personable and informative. I was traveling from out of state and they were able to get me in and get the work completed timely! Even gave me several updates that my vehicle needed! Excellent customer service. Thanks

I had an emergency situation with my vehicle. I pulled into Mitchem in Ozark and the guys got me taken care of quickly and efficiently. They were personable and seemed to genuinely care about getting my tire fixed so I could get back to work. Thank you again!

Got my state inspection done here. They are a first come first serve for inspections, but even though they were super busy, they were friendly and informative the entire time. Quick service once my vehicle made it in.

The front right tire on the Jag suddenly went catastrophically low so I drove over thinking it was probably a puncture or valve stem but it was a separation. . One of the probably "quite a few" soon to appear problems and why I got at a lower purchase price than I expected. Lol. But the folks didn't bat an eye and I replaced both front tires for less per tire than the previous cars name brand service tire cost, a " small foreign car". They have done tire stuff for the previous small car also. Nice folks, reasonable prices and reasonable time. Recommended, :)

I've been working with Bill, and now Rodney, at Mitchem for at least 6 years now for our oil changes and tires. The #1 thing I look for in an auto repair/maintenance company: they don't suggest unnecessary work (i.e. they'll tell me I DON'T need work to be done quite yet, if it doesn't). These guys have been honest in that respect. They'll let me know my brakes or tires will need replaced in the next few months or whatever. That tells me a company is interested in my business over the long-term and not trying to make a quick buck by doing unnecessary work that doesn't need done yet. That honesty and fairness is #1 for me.

If I ever need to take my car in for anything, I'm going to Mitchem in Ozark. They are so friendly, knowledgeable, and honest!! Rodney has the best costumer service, and that goes a really long way! All around great place!!

These Guys used to be good. They were my go to place for 10 years with the previous 2 managers. Don't like the new manager. 3 hours labor plus $100 in parts is $400 not $700.There is obviously more motivation for profit with the new Management.

These folks are hands down the best. Always so friendly and willing to explain what is needed. They never try to get you to get things you may not need. Thank you so much Bill and Rodney plus the rest of the amazing crew. I will continue to recommend you to all.

They were so busy, but within a 4 hour period they provided me with a great bid, scheduled me for later in the day, and put the new tires on my vehicle. I was impressed by their professionalism, patience, and service to everyone who came/went, and called while I was there during their busy, busy time. Will definitely continue to use their services.

We ve been going to Mitchem in Ozark Missouri for years. Always have exceeded our expectations and definitely gained our trust. Rodney and his team are top class. Highly recommend to friends and family.

Super Friendly customer service. 3 stars because im Kind of mix about it. Went in just for a oil change and came out 6 hours later and $946 for tires, parts, and labor and 3 miles down the road, my check engine light came on. So now I have that to deal with now. This is my 3rd or 4th experience with them and the first few were fine. This is just my experience and might not be yours.

I had a nice experience and continue to call on them with questions and car stuff. The men are pleasant, calm atmosphere if you have to wait. I was disappointed they did not tell me of an oil leak when working on my tires. I felt it was important information they should have told me..

Had to take my car here because I didn't have a jack and had a flat tire. They were able to change it for me and are going to patch the tire. Saved my rear end today and was able to make it to work (an hour late but I made it). They didn't even charge me to change it! The guy working the counter (I think his name was Randy?) Was very nice. Will always use them for my tire needs

Great service! Bought tires for my truck here a few years ago, very satisfied with the tires. I have them do my oil changes and tire rotations (rotation is included when you buy tires from them) Bill and Rodney are great to work with whenever I come in. Only thing to be aware of is on busy days they might not be able to do an oil change and rotation, either come right when they open or call ahead, Bill usually will fit you in if you tell him what day you re coming in

I get my oil changed regularly here and this week faced a big repair. Right at Christmas. Here s the deal: these guys are good and caught this before it got worse or caused an accident. They are hard working, honest guys and I m thankful I discovered them 2.5 years ago.

The staff here is wonderful! They are always helpful to explain what is needed, and once they begin working on your car, they get it done. But that is, once they get to it. I have tried to get in but they are always so backed up. In a town that is growing like crazy, the only thing growing here is the waiting line. I finally decided to get up early this a.m. just to get in line. I thought doing this would be great, but I showed up 30 minutes before the store opened, and already many people in line waiting to get in. Like I said, the staff here is wonderful, but the wait to get in is ridiculous. It doesn't matter what day of the week it is, don't expect to get in and out. They need to hire more people. With a line streched through the waiting room this morning and then out the door, people finally gave up and left. They are missing out on so much business. I saw three people working there, and the counter guy was not only trying to help customers, but as I waited three hours for an oil change, I saw him go out and then work on cars too in between helping customers. Wow, hire some more people!

I have been coming here for many years and I recommend you to everyone I know. The customer service is outstanding! Rodney and Bill are the best. Not only do I use you for tires, brakes and various repairs, I also have come by because I hear a strange noise or just need air in my tires. They always come out to help with a smile.

Mitchem is my go-to shop for tires, oil changes and minor mechanical repairs on our family s vehicles and my work truck. Friendly and competent staff is the rule and Bill stands out with a genuine concern for customer satisfaction. Great job guys!

Mitchem tire has been great. We ve taken our car and truck to them for tires and they have fixed a few things on our car. They re always very friendly, upfront about pricing, and have given us the best price compared to other places I ve called. Would definitely recommend for tire purchases and auto repair.

Service is usually pretty smooth. Decent place to reach locally. Always a good idea to call first before driving down there for service if possible.

I have been a customer for over 15 years. Started in Branson then moved to Ozark close to 10 years ago. Have always had outstanding service and they stand behind their commitment to you. I would recommend anyone to use Mitchem tire and normal auto service!!
