My insurance company pushed me to another shop. After 4 weeks I called and asked why they had not called to schedule my repair and they said they would, after another 2 weeks I gave up and took it to McKinney. Ryan had us in and out in about 1 week. Great job, service and attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Terry Mckinney and his crew are awesome. Had my vehicle up and running in 5 days when other shops estimated 14 days or better. That was a blessing since i did not have a rental car option in my policy.

After having an oil change done at a nearby location and having the skid plate drop off on Highway 65, McKinney s was the closest business I could get to without damaging my car. I walked in to the most pleasant and kind staff who helped me secure the skid plate and got me back on the road. If there is ever need in the future for collision repair, this is where I m going simply because they are good humans.

We selected McKinney to repair our rear bumper after getting rear ended. The whole process was very easy and they went above and beyond to get our car in and out quickly. Very easy to deal with and professional.

I do not normally take the time and write a review about a company good or bad. I wanted to take a moment to compliment Mckinney auto collision and the entire crew. They impressed me from the beginning with a bid (cost) that crushed their competitors. My vehicle was completed a day earlier than expected and they even cleaned my vehicle in and out. I say all this because I gave them a 23 year old work truck and they treated it as if the truck was new. Good job to everyone who works their.Service: Painting

I hardly ever give 5 star ratings but McKinney is the exception. McKinney Auto Body is a friendly and customer service driven auto body shop. Ryan and his crew are passionate about their work and want to make sure that every customer is completely satisfied. They are professional, skilled, and take the time to explain the repair process to each customer. On a recommendation from our mechanic, I called McKinney Collision for my Challenger after the accident damaged the front end. From the start, Ryan was courteous, personable and professional. Reasonable estimate and final costs. Great communication along the way. He went above and beyond to make the process go smoothly and to get the job done right. Fantastic work on the premium paint! The car looks like nothing ever happened. What a relief! Thanks to Ryan and the guys at McKinney!

I had the misfortune of hitting a deer broadside with my Honda CRV. The front end and radiator were damaged, and I am amazed at how incredibly new it all looks now! McKinney Collision in Ozark could not have provided any better customer service. Spot on. Was ready for me at my every visit to drop off and pick up. Superb friendliness. This was the second time I ve used McKinney Collision. Their service is fantastic, the staff is friendly, their work is reliable and done right the first time. Both times the other party s insurance took care of payment, so I can t comment about their prices, but I have found them to be honest and great to deal with. Hopefully there won t be a next time for auto body work, but I would absolutely return if there is. Highly recommended!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had the best experience with Ryan and Terry. They are so accommodating they got my Escalade is quickly got it repaired with no effort on my part at all. The work that was done is so top notch. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Amazing !!!!

Terry & Ryan are super to work with. In fact, their whole staff is awesome. Good Christian family a very honest. They showed us nothing but respect. Even though the car was totaled and they did not get to repair it, I have full trust in this company because they have done work on my previous cars. You would never ever know the car were in an accident.

Highly recommend! Ryan and the folks here were awesome! I brought my 2017 Ram in with $10k+ damage after an ice related slide off. It looks brand new! Ryan talked me through the process and kept me updated on progress. Thanks again fellas.

This last week while starting our vacation, we had an unfortunate run in with Missouri Dept of Transportation while they were mowing between north and south bound highway 65.We were fortunate that our insurance hooked us up with Terry at McKinney Collision Center. Terry worked diligently on getting our car repaired by the time we were needing to head back home from vacation.Terry was honest, helpful and easy to work with. He was really invested in getting us back on the road in the most timely manner. McKinney is a collision center that can be trusted and the people operate with integrity.

Courteous, personable, professional. Knowing I didn't want to pay for a rental car on a weekend, they made a point to schedule my repair accordingly. No appointment needed for an estimate. Everyone was warm and friendly

Awesome work, could not be happier with the work they did. Only thing is they didn't tighten down the battery cables or put the battery cover back on and went to start the car next a.m. and wouldn't turn over. Husband tightened cables, and got screws to fasten the battery cover back on. Started like a champ. We Would still recommend them to everyone.

Terry and Ryan helped me tremendously. My front bumper and shield were cracked and hanging off, and they were able to get new, original parts for my Buick. They were super kind and delightful to work with.

Ozark's Best Collision shop. Friendly and knowledgeable staff members came out to greet me, asked if everyone was okay from the accident. Answered all of my questions and helped me understand the process. Some people run a business, these guys run a business with the customer in mind. I highly recommend making this your one stop shop for collision repair whether you live in Springfield, Nixa and of course, my hometown of Ozark.
