MarineMax in Lake Ozark, MO is a top notch facility to purchase a boat. From the sales staff, to the GM and to the Finance department. Everyone treated us with respect and they were all very professional. Our sales guy Marty took time to explain the boat with all of its features and we learned some things about the Harris boat that we had no idea about. The entire process was very easy and simple to complete. I will always look to Marine Max to purchase a new boat.

We traveled over 600 miles to purchase the boat of our dreams from Marine Max. Such a beautiful body of water, in an awesome part of the United States. The experience exceeded our expectations significantly. The boat was in a nice covered slip, filled with (unexpected) boating gear. The paperwork was fast and efficient. Thereafter, we were accompanied by a boat captain on our first ride on the water. He explained and demonstrated the many features and functions of our new boat. All staff personnel were very professional.

This boat has been a very enjoyable experience for us and we hope that continues. It meets our needs at this time in our life. The service department has been wonderful and the techs. We thank them for all they ve done getting the bugs fixed on a new boat.

We have been with Marine Max for over ten years for storage, maintenance and servicing of our boats. Marine Max has always responded to our boating needs, understanding our time on the boat is valuable to being on the water. We are always included in the marina events, which are many, Marine Max creates an atmosphere where it is easy to say hello to fellow boaters at our Marine Max.

We have stored our boat in dry dock here every winter for the past 4 years They take care to winterize and other preventative measures before shrink wrapping it, Helen is fabulous at keeping our boat cosmetically in like new condition. Amanda filling in for her did great at getting our boat unwrapped and ready for the service team. We have all of our service work done here and LJ is always right on top of things with our service needs. If for some reason things are not as they should be and you make him aware of it he will make that right also. We didn't buy our boat here and it is a 16 year old SeaRay Sundancer however if we were in the market for a new Sea Ray we would definitely start here. Their team is responsive to our inquiries and provide flexibility to our schedules.

Chad Crouch was our salesman and I have to tell you top knotch in every way! Great product knowledge and sales style respectful and extremely diligent.He was/is our advocate before, during, and now after the sale. We had a few minor issues / punchlist items to remedy after the sale and he worked with us and service to be sure we were well taken care of.Note, we bought the boat before we had a boat slip to put it in and he helped us out with storage over the summer until our slip was complete. I can t think of any detail that he did not take care of properly and thoroughly. Highly recommend!!

Went to the parts department and the Gentleman working the counter this afternoon on memorial Day was super helpful. We were picking up antifreeze because we had a leak and he told us all the places to look for the leak. He also spent time looking up the capacity of the reservoir for us. We also bought a strut and he showed us how to install it. Kudos for the above and beyond service today

We bought our Searay last year and had a great experience! The dealer and sales staff played a big part in our purchase. They plan awesome events and activities throughout the year too!! Will definitely buy from Marinemax again!!

First Let me say Devin is the reason we bought our boat here he was fantastic!!. HOWEVER after that it s not good NO ONE returns calls and if they do it s days later. They make you feel like once they have your money service stops and they don t care. It typically takes no less than 3 days to get a return call from service and Cory in finance never calls back. I love my boat but wish after the sale felt a lot better.

Gave them $1000 deposit via CC to hold a boat on Friday at 5:00pm, after waiting all day for boat ID & Hull #'s which they never gave, had an appointment to view boat at 9:00am Saturday. Then they sent me some (paperwork) to hold the boat. Not for a deposit, a PURCHASE AGREEMENT, This is what a shady salesman & manager does. I refused to sign a purchase agreement until if viewed the boat told them i would be down at 9:00am (2.5 hour drive) . They texted me at 8:30pm saying we're sorry, we have another offer on the boat. I told them they had my $1000 deposit, and they said the would refund. I told them I would see them in the morning. At 8:30 saturday morning, as I am pulling into Osage Beach Missouri, they call and say that my deposit has been refunded, and the boat is not available to view.I will never again, and I suggest you never do business with Marine Max LOTO. Shady.P.S. I went down the road to a reputable dealer and bought a brand new $156,000.00 boat that day.

Friendly and patient staff. Our salesman asked a lot of questions to understand precisely the style of boat we want, how we intend to use the boat, likes and dislikes, budget, etc. to ensure he was matching us with the perfect boat for our family. No high pressure tactics and no trying to push the budget beyond which we were comfortable. Definitely an outstanding dealership that operates much differently than others. More dealers should maintain the policies of MarineMax! Great staff and wide selection of boats to fit a large range of buyers with varying needs.

I have always had a great experience when going to MarineMax. Jason and Steve have been so helpful and professional when I've called. Byron was also very professional and helpful with the work I had done on my boat. Also a shout out to the dock kids that pump gas they are great.

I salute Byron and the whole yard crew at MarineMax Osage Beach, MO. Contrary to our plans we were delayed by our 10,000 lbs boat on trailer load traveling from KS to get to their location by the 4 p.m. Saturday close of the yard works for the start of our week's vacation. But Byron told us to keep on trucking toward him and keep him advised. When we arrived about half an hour after the crew was supposed to be done for the day, they were waiting for us. They immediately hooked onto our trailer and got our Regal Commodore 2760 launched.Then they came to our rescue again. We had them pencil us onto their schedule to load on Sunday, one of their busiest load out days. We instead showed up on Saturday at opening with a leaking bellows the bilge pump was keeping up with, but which could have sunk our cruiser. As soon as I expressed my concern regarding the leak to Byron he had his crew put our boat on its trailer in no time.What Byron had quoted me for the launch and recovery was reasonable. The service they rendered was well worth more. I highly recommend MarineMax at Osage Beach on Bagnell Dam Blvd to anyone using Lake of the Ozarks. And they also have some pretty sweet boats for sale, if your old boat has become boring.Congrats to Byron and all the crew at MarineMax for a job well done.

The crew at MarineMax made our most recent boat purchase an absolute joy. Simple, straight forward and zero hassles... Everything was ready when they said it would be and they took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied with everything. I can't recommend Marty enough.. He's a former mechanic now selling boats and knows them inside and out. 5 stars all the way.

Marty was our salesperson and did an above average job. After picking out a boat only to fund out it was sold (used boat) we started the search again. It was frustrating, searching that is. After looking at several other boats only to be disappointed by the condition we kept looking. Then Marty called again to let us know the boat we were looking at came back up for sale, we were excited. I drove down about three hours to look at the boat in raw un serviced condition it was one of the better looking boats we had seen. There were some issues Marty assured us would be handled and they were he is top notch. We got to do a walk through with Brent who was very through and took the time to explain all the details of the boat. Over all a great friendly place to purchase from. We are set to pick up the boat tomorrow and are very excited.

We purchased a 310 from Marine Max..Top notch organization.Kyle,Kelly ,Tawny,and Dale were great to work with. I spent several months trying to figure out what boat was best for me and these folks went above and beyond to get me the information I needed to make my decision.

Just wanted to drop a line saying that Marine Max in lake Ozark is the best establishment to do service with. As I am 306 miles away, I order most all my parts from your for my 99 Sundancer. I wanted to point out 2 Gentleman from your store that go above and beyond every time I use your establishment. Morgan in parts and Byron in Service are very helpful and knowledgeable every time I call. Hats of to these Gents and thank you for the great Service!Kevin B.Peoria IL

Response to Marine Max: Your CSI is done by an Independent party according to your website - don't lie! Older: They share your personal information with a 3rd party called CSI and then the phone starts ringing. NOT COOL Marine Max! FYI - I asked CSI where they got my number so this is a fact.

I was trying to buy a Sea Ray 310. I was going to trade my 2007 Regal 2665 in and if the deal didnt go through, MarineMax was going to broker the regal for me. The deal didnt go through and I was basically kicked to the curb. POOR communication and broken promises. I wanted them to come pick up my boat and take it to them to winterize.....2 weeks later I still dont have a quote. I asked them to broker the boat....2 weeks later I cannot get an answer. Very poor communication on their sales side and extreamly disappointed.

My wife and I took possession of our 2021 Harris Solstice 250 with a 400HP Mercury engine on March 24th, 2021.We couldn't have been more happier with the sales, customer service and delivery of our vessel from MarineMax.Thank you to our salesman Bob, Cory in Finance and Aaron, our Delivery Captain!!

I took my 10 year old wakeboard boat to Marine Max to have the transom wet sanded to remove some moderate fading. Helen and her cosmetic team took great care of me. Tom is a wet sanding artist. The boat is blue has many tight areas with obstacles that needed wet sanding. He took his time and did it right. Between that and the buff and wax my boat looks brand new.

Every summer we take a family trip this summer it was a Lake of the Ozarks I've seen it all my grandkids and kids to fun on the water MarineMax is a great place if you're in Osage prices are reasonable and the the boats and what jet skis are an exceptional shape some places you go and the stuff is quite use and most of it is dysfunctional if you're at the lake try to have fun

Sorry John wrote in and had a bad experience. We bought a boat In the Fall of 2015 from them and dock it at the Marina. The service has been unbelievable in every aspect. From dock service to service department to front desk etc. All the way around its been great:)))
