Fast and friendly had oil light on dash and didn't know if it was a oil pressure light or time to service light he looked at it for free and remove the light great place

I did not have any mechanical work done, but I witnessed firsthand how they treated and talked to a customer. Needless to say, I wouldn't ever take my car there to get worked on just from seeing their customer service.

I wouldn't trust anyone with my vehicles in Springfield, this place js worth any drive! Not only are there prices reasonable, the quality of work is impeccable and I usually get my vehicle back within 48hrs. Hands down the best service you can find for your vehicle

Very nice staff and very affordable. They got my car in and out very quickly and even put on new windshield wipers for me which I know they didn't have to.

The guys at JK's Auto Repair were fantastic. Very fast at getting your vehicle back to you. Got my AC fixed, transmission oil drained and filled for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be going back.

Highly recommended! I called on a Monday and needed my car towed to a shop. They were the First to say bring it on in today and we will get started on it tomorrow rather than 2 weeks out like other places. They were very professional and friendly. One of the mechanics even took the time while they were waiting on something else to look at my car and fixed it same day! That to me was great service. Instead of saying "Naw it'll sit till tomorrow", they took the time they had and used it wisely to help a person out! Thank you, I will be back for sure!

Disappointed. Nice clean facility, no other customers waiting when I dropped off. Unfortunately, they kept my car 5 days for what I thought should be a one day wheel bearing and shock maintenance without any call advising me. Zero communication that I did not initiate. This review is for an experience I had with the shop while helping a family member. I am giving this shop a 1 star rating because their service writer is extremely disorganized, the service took much longer than it should, and the shop tries to do additional work that isn't necessary at all.I took a car in for a family member who works longer hours than me. We needed the lower intake gasket manifold seal replaced and I told the shop this over the phone. I dropped the car off the night before for convenience. On the following day when the work was supposed to be done I received a call just before they closed. I was told that they had confirmed it was the lower intake leaking and no work was done. Long story short a job rated for 5-6 flag hours took 2 1/2 - 3 days to complete. When I was supposed to get a call about the car being done the service writer called my father because he claims to have lost my phone number. Easy enough right? My dad and I have the same name. The guy asked me later for my "real name" since he didn't believe we had the same name. That's pretty unprofessional to ask a customer for their "real name" just because you don't believe it. There is more to the story but I feel that I have wasted enough time on a company that doesn't care about their customers.

My car broke down on my way to work last Thursday. I had to have it towed in and fixed. They got it in right away and it didn't turn out to be an easy fix. I am a single woman and my car was in a shop I do not know. They made me so comfortable and updated me every time I called. I honestly was getting afraid of what the bill was going to be. They were honest, did great work and insisted on fixing my car right and at a fair price. Definetly recommend them. My car is now safe for me to go to work and back. Grateful they were there for me.

Friendly staff. I took brought two cars in to get inspected and they did both in less than half an hour. They mentioned that my rear brake pads would need replacing soon, but didn't pressure me to get it done immediately. I appreciated their honesty without the pressure. I will be bringing my cars here for repairs in the future.

I had them check for a problem with hesitation on my son's girlfriends '99 Pont. Grand Am GT. They did diagnostics check and it said only plugs and wires to rectify the problem. Since I had already priced that and was going to do that anyway, I asked if they could put in a upper radiator hose. I couldn't get my hand up far enough without a lift. I got a pretty good price so I had them do it. The owner had to take me home so they could keep the car overnight. His little sweet baby girl doggie was so cute. Everyone was very professional. I was leaving to go back home to NJ and wanted the car situated before I left. THANK YOU all that helped me!! I so appreciate it.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Fix and replace my AC as well as put two new tires on my truck. Service adviser and mechanic technician was very helpful at communicating with me the issues and very respectful. They were able to find the issue in my AC and fixed and repaired it.Very respectful and most definitely will be using them again.

This is a great place and great environment. When you walk in the place is very clean and does not seem like a dirty shop would be. The people was very nice and handled everything very professionally. In doing my MVI they had thought he had a lower ball joint that needed replacing. When they went to replace it they ended up tightening it up instead. They could of really replaced it and I would of never knew the difference. They did the professional thing and took care of the customer. They inspected the vehicle thoroughly and I know my son has a safe car to drive. Thank you JK's Auto. You'll be my go to shop from now on.

I moved here from California a few years ago and we used to go to a place in Nixa but the management changed and we were disappointed with the service after. We moved to Ozark about a year ago and now this is the only place we will take our cars to. It is so easy to get an appointment with them so I never have to worry about waiting long periods of time to fix my car. They are always so welcoming and warm and very helpful. These people will bend over backwards to help anyone. I highly recommend you go here!

Great group of employees here. Got up to go to work and noticed my rear tire was flat. Not good at all because I run service calls for a heating and ac company in town and u know if ur heat or ac is down u do not wanna wait plain and simple. They had me on the road in no time and I didn't miss a beat. Thanks again!!

We took our vehicle to JK's for AC problems. They were very professional and up front with the problems and the cost for repair. The cost for the repair was very reasonable. They did an excellent job and completed the repairs when promised. Will will be using JK's for all future needs.

Brought my 69 Nova to JKs and the guys did a fantastic job moving and securing brake lines, fuel line, new tires, new windshield wiper motor install, and more. Glad to have such a great local shop I can trust my baby with. Great job gentlemen!

Got the job done right... The second time. They didn't test their own work. Would have been one star but they didn't charge me to fix their problem. On top of that my vehicle smells of smoke and we are a smoke free house.

JK's Auto Repair went out of their way last Friday. I was getting ready to deliver my daughters car to her, who is off at college and I discovered that both back windows had dropped down on their own and would not roll back up. It was 2:30 in the afternoon and it was raining off and on that day. I called JK's and spoke with John and explained my issue to him and that I was supposed to be delivering my daughters car to her now and that the windows would not go up. John felt bad and understood and told me to bring it in immediately so he can look at it and possibly repair it before the day was over. It was 3:00 now and I arrived and John & Zac immediately looked at the car and found the problem to be both window regulators that were broken. John said he can have the parts on the way and repaired before 5:00. Without even asking the cost, I gave the okay to fix it and within 1 1/2 hours her car was repaired and the total cost was very reasonable. I'm very grateful and was impressed at the professionalism and the fact they worked me in on a Friday at 3 pm and charged a very fair price. Thanks again John & Zac, my daughter was pleased with her car and I was able to get it delivered that night to her.

Just had my 07 Dodge work over had engine problems exhaust manifolds rusted and head problems. The folks at Jk's did a wonderful job finding and explaining the repairs and I must say after the job was done I had the power back that was missing. Even made my gas mileage go up!

HONEST!!!!! Which is difficult to find these days. When I find a great mechanic, I don't leave! I will drive from other states to have them work on my vehicles. I know they will "shoot me straight". Honesty and quality is found here. Thank you JK Auto for your integrity!!

Dale BittleAlways a good experience at JK's. They definitely know what their doing and get things repaired in timely and reasonably priced manner. They are the only people I let touch my vehicles and they have been for years.
