Please read my update at the bottom.I had been a customer since 2008 with my first BMW, but after building negative experiences on one of our families BMW's, I have decided to sever the relationship. They are capable and competent technicians, my issue is they will want to fix the one issue, instead of looking at the bigger problem. I'd rather pay more upfront to get the job done right the first time, instead of multiple repairs and tows that could have easily been prevented. Wish you all the best.Update: I had the opportunity to talk with the staff a couple of weeks after my review. It was a good experience for myself, and them. I would certainly recommend folks take their vehicle to Exclusive. They wanted to make things right with me, and my faith in them is restored. Thank you guys!

So impressed with this company! Love how they explain any issues your vehicle may have AND in my case something they quoted me to fix ended up not needing replaced. They were honest about it and didn't replace it anyway! I found that rare for a mechanic! Highly recommend this place!

I left a car there. Called periodically for 3 years. Kept getting told oh yeah we ll give you an update next week. 3 years later I go to pick it up, they ve lost the key. The car has more issues from sitting outside for 3 years. Do not take your car here. I don t normally write reviews but felt this place needs a warning label

I just bought a used BMW diesel and was told it needed the battery reset and registered. I called, and they were able to get me in right away and reset and register it. I was having some other issues the technician noticed and brought them to my attention and an easy remedy for the situation. The service I went in for was very cheap, and the knowledge about the issues was phenomenal I will be taking my car back to get the other issues resolved

These guys!!! I was quoted over 3k in repairs at vw dealership and these guys did it all and more for half! They have gone above and beyond. I was ready to sell my vw but now I feel like I ve found my people, I won t bring my car to anyone else. Thank you guys. You are the best!

Lee, David, Jill and Kat are all friendly and professional. I would never take a car to anyone else to have it fixed. They know how to fix anything and their rates are good and fair.

I had a short in a fuel injector for cylinder #3 (BMW 335i), which was also causing other computer problems (on top of a misfire). David fixed that & price was better than expected... considering everything. David called me a week after that, just to see how the car's doing. I thought that was really awesome. No other mechanic ever did that for me.

I brought my truck in and they said the repairs will take 2 weeks to fix. It s been 2 months already!!!!! When I keep calling them they keep saying we need to see if it s put back together and said it might need to be towed if I brought it there run and drive. This shop is the absolute worst shop to ever exist I would never recommend this to anyone . Jill the front desk working is the absolute worst never calls back and puts you on hold for days!!!!!After I go pick up my truck today I ll make sure to post pictures of it!!!!!

INCREDIBLE!!Hands down one of the best experiences with a mechanic you can hope for.Traveling with my family when I had trouble with my Mercedes R350.Had it towed to them after business hours and they graciously worked us in so that we could continue enjoying our family vacation.Would recommend 10/10 times.Blown away not only with their work but also their customer service!

TOP NOTCH! Had a great referral off social media as specific make repair *BMW; and the gentleman that runs the place, Lee, was super knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, (extremely important for me, a now SAH mom to be understood) professional, and did absolutely what he said he would/could, and most importantly at the price he quoted for specific job! Great mechanics, great team, along with his adorable secretaries that smoothed out any wrinkles along the way! I admired he did not talk down on other local mechanics: dealer stated car needed both water pump, and oil pan replaced, (dripped oil) which was inaccurate as pump not leaking, while a second company got repair correct on oil pan, gasket replacement, bid was just too high for our budget. He spoke well of the XL local mechanic that was out of my price range (maybe as so big?)...humble, a nice thing in a business owner, and spoke volumes about his integrity perhaps. Exclusive was so worth the 30+minute drive for sure, and got our daughters 328i in quickly, two day repair, and did not break the bank for our college student! He did find a small issue, w broken motor mount, I understood need to replace, and the extra expense very small, paid for part only, and badly needed. No complaints! Not a drop of oil in 3 weeks so we are sure a successful repair and are thankful as she started University this week! Will definitely be using them only on any future repairs for her car. Highly recommend w/o hesitation!

Finding a new mechanic is really difficult. Not many will work on Volvo or if they do they really rip you off. This place was absolutely amazing and I ll always be using Exclusive Auto from now on. I absolutely recommend Exclusive Automotive! The mechanic, David is thoroughly knowledgeable and explains everything he will do and has done. You leave knowing you have nothing to worry about because your car was repaired correctly. Cat answers the phones and greets you when you enter. She is personable and patient and gets back to you when she says she will. I have had only wonderful experiences with Exclusive Automotive.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Cat and Jill are always so friendly and helpful. David and Lee are generous with their time when it comes to answering questions and giving advice. I trust them impeccably and without reason for pause. I would, without hesitation, recommend this place to anyone with an imported car. Their rates and turnaround times are exceptional. I have recommended several people to these folks and every single one has been thrilled with the speed of service, cost and results. I ve been a customer for over 10 years now. I ve taken in just about every car I ve owned and have never, not even once, felt like the staff or service technicians weren t on the same page. Any issues found have be diagnosed accurately and fixed in a timely manor. They are busy, so scheduling ahead of time is a must. The service technician I use has a great knowledge of Lexus and BMW brands and I really wouldn t trust anyone else around to keep my vehicles running tip-top.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Brakes, Auto battery maintenance, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I will get back to you to let you know the experience that I have had with executive auto and their staff in the way they have treated me stay on top of this post. This is only my personal opinion and many opinions of other people I m not saying anything bad about them I want to see the outcome of my last vehicle and where I stand and what they say and what they re gonna do for me I will say a mouthful of positive things so far that has happened to me or I will tell you the nightmares I ve had with them if any But at this time I m biting my tongue see whether or not and how they treat me from here on out so stay posted and you were here the outcome of this experience from this exclusive automobile off of Highway 65 stay in touch to hear the outcome you can always believe what people tell you and you cannot always believe what you read, but the truth does come out and for a good company it works on a lot of cars evidently they have a big rapport with a lot of satisfied customers but once again, follow up on this and I ll tell you where it comes out on my end how I was treated it s definitely worth looking up and judge for yourself. I ll be in touch for my next comment. Dave is a very friendly guy. The people at the front are very, very friendly. All the dogs are very, very friendly. It s a very very friendly atmosphere but that s not why I take my car there. I take my car there to be worked on professionally I work hard for my money, and I expect for my car to be fixed properly, wait for the outcome and follow up on this and I will give you an update on my experience with exclusive auto I will let you know tomorrow what my rating is on them if there are one star rating for a five star and the reason why but so far so good I just want to let the public know why I have been taking my car there there is a really good reason and once I tell you, I do believe that most of the people that take your car there will agree with me. I have been a customer for a couple of years with my 2011 Cadillac SRX and a 2001 Nissan Maxima. They have done my oil changes, tire flat-fixes, headlamp repair, brakes, washer motor, stabilizer links, spark plugs, speed sensors and a seat recline motor. I was referred to them thru a friend and so very glad to be a customer for life. Jill and Kat are friendly and intuitive. Dave makes personal calls to talk to you about options for you vehicle. They have done work on my 2004 Porsche Cayenne and my 2010 Mercedes GLK350. I no longer dread vehicle maintenance and repair on my finicky German cars! These folks are awesome. Made a trip from Cincinnati to Eureka Springs last week and experienced brake problems about 60miles from our destination. This place happened to be nearby. Even though they were extremely busy, they fit us in and completed the necessary repairs in time for our return trip. Cost was very reasonable -- unlike many shops these days, they didn't take advantage of our situation and only replaced/repaired what was necessary. And can't say enough about the friendly staff and great customer service. Wish we hadn't needed them but glad they were there when we did.

Worked on my MB SLK280. They did a great job and was not over priced. They scheduled for a Monday and finished the same day. Hard to find a good mechanic for foreign cars but they are great!

I have used this business for many years, and many cars. They are just the best ! They always get it right, let you know what the cost will be before hand, and always explain what they did when you pick up. They are busy for a reason ! Just got my BMW's oil changed & coolant flushed the other day. Got me right in, didn't take them long, like 1/2 the time of where I used to go. They have dogs to play with while you're waiting. These people are saints. My son, his wife and myself were caravanning in 3 separate vehicles moving to Ashville, NC. We had just left the Kimberling City area when my sons F150 started shaking violently just before getting on to US 65. We discovered he was missing 3 lug nuts on 2 wheels and many lugs were loose. He had his tires rotated a few days before we left and the knucklehead mechanic did not tighten the lugs! We were within 1/4 mile of Exclusive Automotive. My son called and explained the situation and they said to bring the truck by and they would get right on it. That's when David the mechanic discovered 3 lugs had already sheared off and they had none in stock. They called around and found some studs at the local Auto Zone and they were delivered within a short time. David installed the new studs and tightened all the lugs and the truck was back in service in less than 2 hours. This could have been an absolute disaster as the front wheels were close to flying off. They saved the day and we were able to continue our journey to NC. The shop was busy and I know they put us ahead of a few other customers and they did not have to do that. Not very many businesses would have made this effort to help someone in need that quickly. Their efforts were above and beyond and deserve recognition. We are very appreciative of what they did for us. Thank you Lee and David.Service: Tires

Love these guys. Friendly, no nonsense, and they definitely know what they re doing. Fair labor rate, but even more than that, very fair in the hours and fees they charge for work and diagnostics. I always walk out of there paying less than I expect to pay for any service. And the time waiting for them to work passes quickly with the friendly dogs to play with. :)While they advertise that they mostly focus on German makes, they re the best mechanic around I found that can work on my Nissan.

This is the best shop I have ever taken any of my cars to. The staff is all great. Very friendly always! Very knowledgeable and willing to take the time and explain everything to you. If I had any complaints at all it would be that the parking lot is a little small and crowded. Otherwise no complaints. I will continue to take my vehicles here and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good auto shop!!

I couldn t be happier with my experiences with Exclusive Auto. They ve always done a great job on any repairs I ve needed but what I appreciate even more is being able to trust them when it comes to them telling me what is wrong. I ve found that finding honest mechanics can be hard and you won t have a problem with that if you bring your vehicle here. BMW 2004 325i got my back brakes done and some other much needed things - was given david's number by my other mechanic who won't touch "luxury cars". David was very nice and informative as well Jill was very helpful getting me information over the phone, making an appointment, and checking me out. Fast and Fair these are really nice people ! love the doggy's too !! will be returning for sure ! thanks so much
