Clear Creek Golf Carts has moved to 65 and CC in Ozark, and let me tell you this place is amazing. They now sell Kawasaki, Yamaha and a lot lot more. The sales people are friendly and the new show room looks great

DO NOT COME HERE FOR REPAIR WORK!!!!! THEY TRIED TO REFUND SOME MONEY IF I TOOK THIS DOWN SO NOBODY COULD SEE IT TOO!!!!I see a lot of people saying this is a good place to buy motorsport vehicles. Whether that is true or not, this is the worst place to get work done. I am new to the bike scene. But i probably shouldn't have told them that. Because they tried to rip me off majorly. Not even an exaggeration. But i knew i needed a new tire on a bike i just bought. They were priced fair, so i went with them. Got the bike in there, and they came back saying i shouldn't ride it and whatnot, then gave me a list of parts. I told them i would get back to them with a plan. But they went ahead and changed the tire anyway. Because i went in the next day to get pictures of some of the bad parts so i could check prices of parts on my own, and the new tire was on and put back together as far as i could tell. I found out a couple of days later that they were trying to overcharge me on parts by a ridiculous amount. And even worse on the labor costs. So i went in with a trailer to get my bike. Remember, i said to hold off on any work until i figure something out. But when i went in with the trailor, they had already started taking apart again. Without authorization from me. I have the pictures of it put back together after they did the tire. Then, they charged an extra $40 labor charge for "diagnosing" the problem. Even though they were already taking the tire off and saw what was wrong anyway. I took my bike to Honda Of The Ozarks. Clear creak was charging me $202 for the parts, and $430 for labor. Plus the extra $40 for "diagnosing" the problem. HOTO is only charging me $84 for parts, and $250 for labor. Never in my life has anyone charged more than a dealership. If you buy a vehicle from them, just dont have them work on it. They will try to rip you off.

We had a great experience buying our golf car from Clear Creek. Their staff was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy in the slightest. Would recommend all those looking for a golf cart to head to Clear Creek.

Had a very good experience in purchasing my 2023 Club Car from Clear Creek Golf Cars. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure working with Tanner in sales. He made the buying process simple and delivered everything that was promised. Would recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a new or used cart.

The customer service at Clear Creek is outstanding. Lane went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted on our new Onward golf cart, from the two-tone seats to the black matte wheels! His communication throughout the whole ordering process was superb. The cart looks awesome and we are very satisfied! Thanks Lane!

Clear Creek has the best selection of golf cars around and at such great prices. The staff is super helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions without being pushy. Getting financing was also super quick and easy. Special shoutout to Tanner who was especially knowledgeable as well as kind. Also David who was able to get me all the accessories I needed to go along with my new golf car. I highly recommend Clear Creek!

Great place to do business. This place truly honors customer service (which is rare these days). Tanner at the Springfield store goes out of his way to make sure your needs are met! We purchased our cart remotely and every step of the process was top notch. They re nationwide delivery is 2nd to none. As someone who researched and looked for a cart for over 6 months, you won t find a better place to do business!!

I purchased a used golf cart. They were great to work with because I didn t know a lot about golf carts. They have a huge showroom with a lot of nice inventory. I will use them for all of my future needs. Great place and great people!

It is always a pleasure working with Clear Creek Golf Car when purchasing or needing service on our golf carts. The entire staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful each time that we've purchased a golf cart and also when we've needed routine service. We recently had a nail in one of the tires and they were so helpful and fast in coming to our house to change out the tire for us. They truly go above and beyond in all they do. We would absolutely recommend Clear Creek Golf Car if you are purchasing a golf cart. They do a wonderful job start to finish on every detail to make it such an enjoyable experience!

Purchased a 8-seat Golf/Utility Cart from Clear Creek Golf and was blown away with the service provided from the initial phone call until delivery of the cart. The cart is exactly what we were looking for at a cost that was in our budget. Our sales representative (Brian) was extremely helpful and worked closely with us to determine exactly what we wanted. He stayed in contact with us to let us know when to expect our cart as well as following up after we received to ensure we were completely happy. I would highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a golf or utility cart! A+++ Service!!!!

Clear Creek is an excellent company. Very timely and professional. My endless questions were answered and everyone was very helpful. The purchasing and shipment were also seamless and easy. I could not recommend Clear creek enough. As someone who did not know much about golf carts going into it; Brian and everyone else at clear creek were very helpful in choosing a car that fit our needs at John Brown University.

Exceptional customer service and employees. I have worked with Brian Cheever and his crew and the Springfield location and they are always prompt and knowledgeable on anything I ve needed. They truly do go above and beyond to keep their customers happy and operating with the best possible equipment. I've really enjoyed working with Tina over the years. Every summer we need two six-passenger golf carts for roughly six weeks. The summer is a busy time for Clear Creek but she's always been dedicated to helping us as best she can including networking with other locations to try to get us what we need whilst also helping her other customers. For example, there is a huge event happening August 11th - 15th which impacts the busiest day for which we also need golf carts. Even though her other client is a bigger client, she's not at all cast us aside. Instead, she has remained communicative and has tried to be flexible and persistent to take care of everyone's needs. Over the last 15 years I have coordinated many charity golf tournaments and we typically needed additional carts for the events. I have always called Clear Creek to assist us with those needs and they've taken great care of us. Great service and always professional. Highly recommend Clear Creek!

The guys in there are very helpful. Very nice place. Had the part I needed. Went to put the part on and had a issue figuring out what wire went where, mainly because someone worked on it before and not a professional and wires didn't match up. Called them and they were ready and willing to help me over the phone.

Went to Clear Creek in search of a golf cart. Being new to golf and knowing little about what I was really looking for, I was greeted and helped with impeccable service. The knowledge and helpfulness of the staff pointed me in the exact direction needed to fulfill my needs and provide me an excellent experience for such a big expense. I would only recommend Clear Creek if your looking to purchase a golf cart.

When we asked on where to buy a new golf cart, most people answered Clear Creek. I worked with Dakota to choose the right one. Dakota was very knowledgeable, kind, patient and professional. My wife bought a golf cart from Brian for my birthday. It was delivered in top notch working order (he even kept it a secret from me). Have added additional items added to cart. They picked up, did the work and returned back to house. GREAT customer service, GREAT people to deal with. No need to ever look elsewhere when looking for carts.
