When I got there I was greeted nicely and they got me taken care of quick, when I got done they had informed me that I had some curb rash on the faces of my wheels which I knew, so they loaded my wheels back in my trailer and I got home and when to put them on and seen that they completely destroyed the back sides of 2 of my wheels along with put deep scratches on 2 of them. Highly do not recommend if you have wheels you care about.

The staff is wonderful. Shout out to Hunter, Tabitha and Daniel. They took great care of my car and me. Not too many places will take you home and pick you up if your car is going to be there for a period of time. I will definitely be taking all my business there from now on

Took my company van in for a flat repair today here. I knew it was going to be repairable, as I have done tire work for Big O in the last year, for quite awhile. The service guy that helped me out, Hunter, was awesome, friendly, funny, and genuine. I say this as contrast for later. My first issue: at first, the technician (Brandon) told to bring my van in took 5 minutes to even come take my keys, when it was obvious he wasn't working on anything, and he was trying to get out of doing work because he had "just done an oil change" or so he said. After Hunter convinced Brandon to take it in, he took the tire off and immediately came and got Hunter and I to tell us that the tire was non-repairable. I went out there myself, and the mechanic standing near us agreed with me when I said that the tire was absolutely repairable. Brandon told both the mechanic and I that we had no idea what we were doing, that he had more experience than I did and that I should listen to him, in a very condescending, rude tone. I asked Brandon to do it anyways, so he complained some more and then did it. I'm home now, after being on the road with that fixed tire for three hours, and it hasn't dropped a single PSI. Brandon is ruining the reputation that Big O - Ozark has in my opinion, and I'm sure it's the same for others if he treats his coworkers and their customers the same way he treated me. I would never tolerate that kind of behavior in the workplace, even if the technician was right. I talked to the assistant manager, Avery(?), who said he would take care of it. I don't place blame on anyone here except for Brandon. Everyone else in that shop treats all their customers with the utmost respect, so this tire tech cannot have learned how he's behaving from any of them. I would rather sit in the lobby and wait an extra hour for someone else to work on my vehicle, than to ever have him work on my stuff again.

Very disappointed with this place. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They put the wrong oil and wrong amount in our car, they used the specifications for a completely different vehicle, they also overinflated our tires. After seeing that on my receipt and expressing my concerns, they dismissed me and guaranteed they did what they were supposed to do. They called me back to informed me I was right and we needed to come back so they could fix their mistake. The manager did apologize to us and assured us that they had "fixed everything," which we appreciate. However, when we got home, the tires were still very overinflated (our tires should be 30, they were at 60!) and the oil was STILL higher than it supposed to...

Got an ID/OD here in under 20 minutes on my way to work. Super helpful staff. Then this week I thought my ignition switch went out. They checked it, switched it, and switched the relay behind it. Turned out it was something else that only the dealership can fix. They put it all back how they found it, and didn't charge me a dime for the diagnostic or the service! Hard to find an honest mechanic anymore!!!

Took my car there for repair. Two visits to get corrected and I am still not confident that it s done correctly. I will be taking it elsewhere from now on

I needed 2 rear tires and a 4 wheel alignment, they saved me over $75 compared to the local Kia Dealership. The service was amazing, I really enjoyed the customer service that Tabi provided!

Daniel and Tabatha were extremely helpful not only with the appointment, but also in making sure that I had the right tire for my car. I was very satisfied with the experience and will definitely recommend friends to them in the future.

For oil changes and tires, very good place to go. Convenient location for me. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Gave me a Military discount on my last set of tires I purchased, saved me $$$.

My experience with Big o tires in Ozark Missouri has always been excellent. With always being treated with respect and letting me know exactly what's going on with my car. I recommend them to everyone!

After spending almost 200 dollars and probably 5 1/2 hours over two days. My car is still out of alignment. Though the manager did step and try his best to take care of the situation, I won't be going back.

While visiting Brandon, got a nail in our truck tire. Stopped in at Big O Tires to get it fixed. Their service was quick, courteous, and professional. Wouldn t even charge us! My only regret is that we live too far away to become regular customers!

Brought my Jeep in, and it was supposed to be done on a Saturday. But halfway through mechanics walked out on me. Then had to wait until Monday. And they were supposed to have it done and they still will not have it done. My mechanic will not be in and other cars are in front of me from today. I thought customer service was first come first serve. Get old customers done before new ones. Will not be using here again

We had other tire services look at our tires and reported no issues. Big O Tires in Ozark found the small nails and all work was exceptional.

I came in to get my tires rotated and balanced before a trip. They suggested that I could use an alignment so I agreed. An hour later they tell me that they couldn t loosen the tie rod so I need to replace the rack and pinion and they can t do the alignment. Now I m left with a wheel that s 80� away from being straight. I regret letting them touch my car.Edit - they also burned through my CV axle boot with a torch trying to loosen the bolt. Stay away from these orangutans

I experienced great service from friendly workers. The salesman was very helpful and the manager was very nice from the interaction we had. The prices were also better than many of their competitors in both Ozark and Springfield. It was great not being treated like I was dumb like many other places make you feel like. I definitely trust them with my car, and was in and out pretty dang quickly. Definitely recommend!

This is one of few places I will go to get my car maintenance done. If anything possibly slows them down, a problem occurs, they let you know immediately and will assess and discuss options and ways to fix whatever is going on. It s a shop for any vehicle not a shop that specializes in hyper cars. I just recently got new tires put on my car and they got me in and out with quality work. I love the workers, they are professional and polite, take pride in their work and will get the job done. Highly recommend this Big-O in particular!
